Got a call today and the representative said he is from Mobikwik his name was Rajesh (Sr Manager)
He was very rude over the call and sent me and otp and wanted me to share that otp with him . He said i have used the amt rs 500 for a mobile recharge however there is no transaction is my mobikwik history. I called him again and asked kindly inform the complete information regarding that recharge then he said i have used the amt from Zip and i have already checked my application where the available balance for Zip is Rs 500 which indicates i never used that feature . Mr Rajesh was threatening me that if I won't pay that amt then he can effect my cibil score badly and cut the call. I tried to call him again but the number is not reachable. I need to knw how the transaction went through if there is no payment history
I am attaching the screenshot of my wallet where you can se tha available balance in ZIP which i never used and 0 transaction history.kindly resolve this issue asap or i need to take some hard steps against mobikwik. Contact no. Of Rajesh (Sr manager) is [protected]. I don't have any issue to pay the amt but atleast i need to knw where and how the transaction went through. And who is responsible for this.

    All the payments are done within the due date but MOBIKWIK updated negative remarks on my payment history to CREDIT BUREAU kindly help to resolve this issue also MOBIKWIK had blocked my access to their mobile app

      This side Shankey Sharma ..there is loan o/s which i can see in my cibil report related to idfc first bank but i am not aware of that and while initiating the concern with the idfc first bank they replied with this resolution ..
      Revert from the idfc first bank i got as below as i am having some o/s with mobikwik in regards of pay later
      But i am not aware of that ..kindly provide the full resolution along with pendency or due amount if any .. if your team unable to help me out then I would like to escalate the same case ..i need to improve my cibil asap kindly check and do needful on priority ..

          I have been trying to repay my MobiKwik bill incurred for the electricity bill payment since two days.

          None of the payment methods provided in the app are working. I tried UPI and i am not getting payment requests in the UPI apps.

          I tried axis bank card, but it is saying International card supported !

          I tried to raise a complaint in the app but it is showing error, try again when i try to use the chat option.

          On top of all this, MobiKwik is now charging 1000rs fine for payment delay which happened due to issues in the app itself.

          Please fix the issues and waive off the penalty charges.

            I tried to transfer amount(15000) through MobiKwik, but it showed pending. After that i searched in google for MobiKwick customer care number and i got one number and called [protected], i explained problem and he send OTP to add Rs.10 to my Wallet, he asked OTP and shared to him and added 10rs to my wallet.

            After that asked me to install one software, I said no but he said if you installed this software your problem will solve immediately, so i installed but it asking my mobile access so argue with him and disconnected call and removed that software from mobile.

            But he used my Zip balance, but i never used that amount. But i am receiving messages from MobiKwick like pay used amount of 1000 and they are adding penalties now it 1999. Please provide solutions for this.

                      Hello sir/Madam,

                      It's been almost 2 month since my account is disabled, still it's not activated. Last month may5th 1000rs had been deducted. Now this June 5th also 1000rs has been deducted from my zip wallet.. So please deactivate my ZIP account.so that money won't be deducted automatically and Please cancel the Gold SIP Deduction also i have cleared all the payment also please and refund my amount soon. Please take some initiative and solve the problem soon please. It's my humble request to activate my account soon to mobikwik but still now my account is not activated also..

                      i have done all possible ways from my end i emailed and called customer care, contacted through facebook also but still now i didnt get any solution its been two months my account is disabled still no reply from mobikwik team. very careless mobikwik about the customers

                            My mobikwik credit card has been blocked by zaakpay without any reason. I had paid my emi before due date but still it had been blocked. So please unblock my card.

                              Hi,

                              I made a Zip Bill Repayment on 1st June 2022, which was paid using your Zip EMI Service.

                              The amount got deducted from my Mobikwik Wallet and I received the receipt but the bill wasn't settled yet.

                              Again on 3rd June 2022, I had to make the Zip Bill Repayment using UPI to settle the bill.

                              Now it has been 14 days since the first transaction done, and I didn't receive my refund of Rs. 30, 000 in Mobikwik Wallet even after raising two Queries on the App and Calling Customer Service thrice for the same.

                              The receipt of the Paid Bill for Zip Pay later Repayment is attached for your reference.

                              Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                              Looking forward to hearing from you and receiving the Amount of Rs. 30, 000 in my Mobikwik Wallet.

                              Thanks to Mobikwik for resolving my query within a month. I was really afraid that I would never receive back my ₹30, 000 from Mobikwik as I found similar complaints of other customers of Mobikwik, but all thanks to their helpful support executives who helped me through the App chat interface. After a lot of internal investigation over a period of 25 days, they informed the lending partner about the issue and sent me a final chat that my query will be resolved in a week's time. They kept their word and I received my amount back. I'm really glad and thankful to team Mobikwik for this tireless support and wish that they would help other customers the same way and keep up their good work.

                                There was a fraud transaction of Rs 149/- from my Mobikwik pay late account in Dec-21 on my mobile no. [protected] .After complaint Mobikwik disable my account and I was not able to pay . But I paid Rs 149-/on 30/12/2021 through paytm with order no [protected] to its partner bank IDFC first bank of my loan account where my pay later loan account no.40541458 exist
                                But every month i got message from Mobikwik for payment with penalty.
                                Customer care no. not reachable and no reply from help section after lodge complaint.
                                My Credit score impacted for it.
                                Pls. help..to permanently close my mobikwik account.

                                  I paid 1448 to merchant on 9th june but the transaction was pending from mobikwik side as confirmed by mobikwik executive that they will refund in 24 hours its been 3 days nothing has refunded and there is one more refund which mobikwik got from make my trip of Rs 1310 that also been not given to me. Such a fraudulent service . Just playing with customer money

                                    I was given a mobikwik zip paylater limit of rs twenty two thousand rupees loan account number five four two four zero three seven nine in the month of march two thousand twenty two the zip paylater limit was used only fifteen days time is given to repay the full amount that was used ie 22000 rs, and if not paid due to some personal reason the levy huge amount of interest every fifteenth th day since then till now my zip paylater bill complete outstanding is rs twenty four thousand nine hundred and ninety two my father has expired recently and i lost my job due to my fathers illness and sudden demise i kept sending messages and requesting mobikwik to split the out standing amount into three emis so i could repay the amount and lessen my burden, but they are not helping me at all instead of spoiling my cibil score and increasing overdue interest on interest penalties charges etc in a one sided customer mental physical harassment .please look into this matter and ask mobikwik to consider my case for converting my total dues into three to four emis with nominal interest so that i could repay the amount and settle my dues and lessen my debt burden asap, as a respectable concerned citizen of the society, i never got any respite form them, i am forwarding this matter to you for your cognizance, i hope for justice from your side now, please help me out of this problem soon, thank you, you can reach me on my email id khanfaisal seventy six at the rate gmail dot com please do the needed soon thank you

                                        Someone Used my Mobikwik account and used all my zip wallet balance (rs22240).I tried to call customer care many times but not connected, I complained on this mail ([protected]@mobikwik.com) also but no reply came from there.There after I have complained in cybercrime cell. and I have complaint same in Mobikwik help section, there after my Mobikwik account disabled by your side.But no action has been taken from your side, and again and again threatening calls are being made from your side to pay the amount used, and the penalty is also increasing which is gone 22240 to 25990. So I am requested you to kindly take action on this, otherwise kindly find out its solution.
