My mobikwik credit card has been blocked by zaakpay without any reason. I had paid my emi before due date but still it had been blocked. So please unblock my card.

    Hi,

    I made a Zip Bill Repayment on 1st June 2022, which was paid using your Zip EMI Service.

    The amount got deducted from my Mobikwik Wallet and I received the receipt but the bill wasn't settled yet.

    Again on 3rd June 2022, I had to make the Zip Bill Repayment using UPI to settle the bill.

    Now it has been 14 days since the first transaction done, and I didn't receive my refund of Rs. 30, 000 in Mobikwik Wallet even after raising two Queries on the App and Calling Customer Service thrice for the same.

    The receipt of the Paid Bill for Zip Pay later Repayment is attached for your reference.

    Please do the needful as soon as possible.

    Looking forward to hearing from you and receiving the Amount of Rs. 30, 000 in my Mobikwik Wallet.

    Thanks to Mobikwik for resolving my query within a month. I was really afraid that I would never receive back my ₹30, 000 from Mobikwik as I found similar complaints of other customers of Mobikwik, but all thanks to their helpful support executives who helped me through the App chat interface. After a lot of internal investigation over a period of 25 days, they informed the lending partner about the issue and sent me a final chat that my query will be resolved in a week's time. They kept their word and I received my amount back. I'm really glad and thankful to team Mobikwik for this tireless support and wish that they would help other customers the same way and keep up their good work.

      There was a fraud transaction of Rs 149/- from my Mobikwik pay late account in Dec-21 on my mobile no. [protected] .After complaint Mobikwik disable my account and I was not able to pay . But I paid Rs 149-/on 30/12/2021 through paytm with order no [protected] to its partner bank IDFC first bank of my loan account where my pay later loan account no.40541458 exist
      But every month i got message from Mobikwik for payment with penalty.
      Customer care no. not reachable and no reply from help section after lodge complaint.
      My Credit score impacted for it.
      Pls. help..to permanently close my mobikwik account.

        I paid 1448 to merchant on 9th june but the transaction was pending from mobikwik side as confirmed by mobikwik executive that they will refund in 24 hours its been 3 days nothing has refunded and there is one more refund which mobikwik got from make my trip of Rs 1310 that also been not given to me. Such a fraudulent service . Just playing with customer money

          I was given a mobikwik zip paylater limit of rs twenty two thousand rupees loan account number five four two four zero three seven nine in the month of march two thousand twenty two the zip paylater limit was used only fifteen days time is given to repay the full amount that was used ie 22000 rs, and if not paid due to some personal reason the levy huge amount of interest every fifteenth th day since then till now my zip paylater bill complete outstanding is rs twenty four thousand nine hundred and ninety two my father has expired recently and i lost my job due to my fathers illness and sudden demise i kept sending messages and requesting mobikwik to split the out standing amount into three emis so i could repay the amount and lessen my burden, but they are not helping me at all instead of spoiling my cibil score and increasing overdue interest on interest penalties charges etc in a one sided customer mental physical harassment .please look into this matter and ask mobikwik to consider my case for converting my total dues into three to four emis with nominal interest so that i could repay the amount and settle my dues and lessen my debt burden asap, as a respectable concerned citizen of the society, i never got any respite form them, i am forwarding this matter to you for your cognizance, i hope for justice from your side now, please help me out of this problem soon, thank you, you can reach me on my email id khanfaisal seventy six at the rate gmail dot com please do the needed soon thank you

              Hello Sir/Mam
              Someone Used my Mobikwik account and used all my zip wallet balance (rs22240).I tried to call customer care many times but not connected, I complained on this mail ([protected]@mobikwik.com) also but no reply came from there.There after I have complained in cybercrime cell. and I have complaint same in Mobikwik help section, there after my Mobikwik account disabled by your side.But no action has been taken from your side, and again and again threatening calls are being made from your side to pay the amount used, and the penalty is also increasing which is gone 22240 to 25990. So I am requested you to kindly take action on this, otherwise kindly find out its solution.

                I have paid the amount for the ZIP 2054/- and it is not reflected they said to wait for 7-8 days and contact the bank . now it has been 12 days i still not get the refund the bank says that the payment is sucessful to mobikwik i have attached the screenshot of payment PLEASE REFUND MY AMOUNT :

                  Amount due for service provider is TPDDL with connection no -[protected] with a due amount of 16700 for which I was able to use Supercash of 35, hence the asking was 16665 for the payment to be made, but while using my card for the payment it has deducted amount of 17044.43 which is likely to be 379.43 extra charged by Mobikwik.

                    This is a complaint regarding credit card bill payment. An amount of 25000 rs paid towards hdfc credit card bill on Wednesday 15th June 2022 with order I'd MBK[protected] operator reference number given by mobikwik[protected]. So far the paid amount not reflecting against my credit card. Very disappointed and pathetic credit card payment services this by mobikwik.

                      I have placed an order in Dominos dated 14.06.2022 at 9:13pm for Rs. 797 through mobikwik app using upi transaction mode. The amount have been debited from my bank account but the order was not placed.

                      I tried to contact customer care in night only but they were closed. Then I tried mobikwik help to raise concern but not received any response.

                      On 15.06.2022 I contacted customer care and I have been told that the complaint have been escalated and the response will be received within 10 working days. Although customer care executive have not provided any complaint no. for future reference and follow up.

                      At evening I have received a message on mobikwik help that the transaction have been successfull from their end and I should verify with Dominos for success status of my verification.

                      The order was not confirmed with the Dominos and I have to reorder the same for which I have done payment through paytm app at 9:40pm.

                      Kindly look into the matter as I am not getting any positive response from the mobikwik team.

                        First of all there was a refund from Makemytrip amount 1310 dated 11may they have not refunded yet

                        Now second issue i did the transaction of 1448 on 9th june but it got pending from mobikwik that is confirmed by Mobikwik executive and committed that refund will be given back to you in 24 hours now again they are declining amount of 1448.

                        They are just eating customer money nothing else. Need my money back at any cost.

                            I had opted for a boost loan from Mobikwik of Rs 30, 000 during the month of November 2021.

                            The loan duration was of 6 months and I had duly paid all the payments w.r.t the boost loan.

                            In spite of Making all the payments, I’m still getting alerts on behalf mobikwik asking me to complete my loan with a ‘zaakpay’ link which seems completely fraudulent.

                            The app reflects I have made all the payments however I am still getting constant reminders on behalf pf MobiKwik, to the point where people are constantly calling and threatening me to complete my loan, and when I inform them that I have made the payments, they resort to name-calling, abuses & Hindi slangs.

                            This is next level harassment from mobikwik, I tried reaching out to their managers and tried reaching out to the help desk, however no one has found the time to respond to me, I even get texts from mobikwik at 1 o clock in the night.

                            I want to lodge a serious complaint against mobikwik for harassing their customers.

                                  Actually I buy a policy and it’s instalment was 13715 something and paying through Mobiwik zip after 3 days suddenly my policy was cancel and refund was initiated by company but the amount was not credited in wallet or account.

                                    They never told me that for first there is any activation fees for Zip money, and while doing shopping on Myntra, I choose to pay payment as a Mobikwik gateway from my bank account but they directly paid bill by Zip money/Pay later money and asking me to repay the payment with extra charges in name of so-called activation fees.
