    One of your executive name Jaswinder Singh, Phone number [protected]. I want to file a complaint against this person. He didn’t called me but my relatives and threatens them. When we were calling him he didn’t even picked up the call. I want to know how come he has the complete contact list of my family? How dare he called them ? Who gave him the right to call my family members or does your company gave him the right to disturb my privacy?
    He was such a disgusting drunk man. Does such executives work in your company, who give rape threats to a women, who use cheap language with a lady, who use abusive words. If you want I tell you the exact rubbish language that he was uttering. Even if there is a problem regarding the payment or anything can’t he speak politely if I’m responding politely or you give your executives rubbish language speaking course? Please tell me who gave him the right to say anything that comes to his pukish mouth. Do you call such uneducated staff your so called executive team? I’m really shocked how this huge company hire such people.
    Kindly take a action against that man or else I’m going to definitely fill a police complaint against him. He called many of my friends and so they will file a harassment case against him.Is you value your customers you will surely take strict action against him.

      This is the second time it is happening they got the money in their account but neither they send it to merchant nor refunding me . Such a fake app. One should not use it… how they are surviving after doing fraud. When you call on their customer care their people always say you will get refund in 24 hours and this is pending since 9th june 2022

          Respected Sir/Madam,

          Today dt. 04/07/2022 at 08.45 AM my RBL Bank Credit card and this email ID hacked and hacker made online transachin with ONE MOBIKWIK SYSTEM PVT LTD. of Rs. 19, 675.00. I have alredy register complaint to my Credit Card department and block my Card. But not I havar one more help from your side if it possible kindly decline this ttansaction in your systems and reverse the amount in my Credit Card.
          Kindly look in the matter needful.

            I am seeing charges on my zip account my name is Nazar charges of which the transaction done on swiggy and swiggy has also refunded back the amount than also on my zip account it's asking me to pay the bill or face penalty, I have also raised a ticket regarding the same but it's still showing pending in the app however mobikwik is saying that the resolve tat for a ticket is 24hrs it's more than 24hrs now tried contacting them trough phone but was on hold for 10 minutes no executive was there to respond

                I have made transaction on[protected] of transfer from wallet to bank account of bank of baroda nakhhas lucknow UP branch but by mistake of one digit, amount is transferred to other account number of bank of baroda some other state branch, which is not traceable. Amount is transferred throug mobikwik wallet IMPS. However system of the company not good as it cannot considered the name of the account holder and IFSC code of the benificary brach. mobikwik company is also not reponding to our request.

                  Hiiiie... my name hrishikesh mohan jadhao and my reg mob no. is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com ... so i have apply for SHOP ON EMI amount for 20000 and i got loan amount 19058 on 8th april 2022 and after 2 months i have already paid the 1 st installment 3700 rs on 5 june 2022 and in 7th june 2022 17, 331 automatically deducted from my wallet ... so plz kindly help for this concern . and i already askd about the customer executive jyoti, priya but they are unable to tell what actually happened ... pathetic service.and after all this chutiyapa mujhe emi bhi bharne ke liye due date bata raha hai month ke 5 tarikh par... 2 sceen shot hai

                      Multiple times i have raise complaint ..
                      To IDFC first complaint team or mobikwik customer services but they are not doing what is required to be done ..
                      They are impacting my Cibil without any usage of their loan and ZIP wallet amount usage ..but still 500 rs amount is showing in my cibil with account number ending with 8056 but i am not aware of that ..i am not getting any proper resolution .. i am really fed up now kindly...

                      I made a trandaction using mobiqwik zip pay later 8010 rs on 16 june. Amount deducted but not received my merchant. I did the transaction on no broker. Nobroker didn't get the money but money got deducted from Mobikwik wallet and I still haven't got refund. It's been 25 days since I waited for me.

                        I added Rs 2201 money to wallet from my credit card it comes success. In same time waller debit against transfer money Rs. 936.
                        I get only Rs. 1265 to my wallet. Please solve this as quick and refund my money back as soon possible.

                                Maine 23may ko 10250rs liya tha mobikwik se ..Aur payment date 5june ko jab payment kar raha tha..To mere account se nhi kat raha tha balance..And after that 6 June ko 1200 fine lag gaya..Maine customer care ko call lagaya but laga nhi...Fir 15 June ko mai dubara payment kar raha tha..Aur nhi ho paya ...Again 16 June ko fine 1200rs aur lag gaya..Total 2400rs..Very unfair...27 June ko mobikwik se call aaya ki..Aap 10250rs payment kar dijiye..Aapka fine hata diya jayega..Maine payment kar diya 10250rs ka but wo charges hata nhi...Maine wapis se call kiya customer care m to wo bole ki hat jayega...But nhi hata aur aaj 1july ko fir se 300rs lag gaye..Matlab 2700rs...Aise to penalty pe penalty lagta hi jayega..Pls isko settle karwaye..Jhuth bolte h company wale aur customer ko fasate h penalty k chakravyuh m..Pls do some fair justice

                                      Hi Everyone,

                                      I would like to tell about the worst Pay Later service of Pay Later in India is Mobikwik. They didn't shown the charges to use pay later of Mobikwik named with Zip Balance and after kyc I thought I will pay broadband bill and will pay within 15-20 days. But I shocked they Rs 199 extra charges in my upcoming bill for the activation of Zip Balance named of Mobikwik Pay Later service. I have used many platforms but no one charging like this to use Lay Later service. This is really very very bad services with worst policy. They didn't show Rs 199 activation charges in front of first page. Once I used they added Rs 199 in my upcoming bill. Really thief type thinking policy made by Mobikwik. Now I understand why Mobikwik will never grow if they will try to straw public money like this.
