    I made a transfer of INR 10000 from my Credit Card to my Kotak Bank Account using Mobikwik app. The amount has been deducted from my credit card but the same is not reflected in my bank account. I am unable to reach their customer care executives. . My 10000 INR is stuck... Status shown on MobiKwik app is still pending

        Money Transfer from credit card to bank account

        I made a transfer of INR 42000 from my HDFC Credit Card to my HDFC Bank Account using Mobikwik app. The amount has been deducted from my credit card but the same is not reflected in my bank account. I am unable to reach their customer care executives. They are not accepting emails since the inbox is full. My 42000 INR is stuck...

          I have taken a loan from the company and was not able to pay it before due date the terms and condition states that they will be adding late fee payment and penalty till I clear. But these guys have leaked my data and broke my trust and privacy, they have harassed me and humiliated me by telling others about my debt by sending whatsapp messages to all of my contacts without my knowledge. They have sent my data to debt collectors. How can they send messages to listed in my contacts when they are not even related in this that to without my knowledge and tell others about the debt will they pay them the loan ? Its not acceptable. I have asked them to apologize to me and all my contacts they have sent those messages till then I wont pay the debt. Who gave them the right to leak my data ?

            I have done a BSNL recharge for [protected] for rs. 797 on 05/06/2022 at 05:46 AM via MobiKwik Application, but the same is not reflected.

            I tried reaching out to several customer care of the application, but no response
            I tried mailing them but the message cannot be delivered as the recipient email id is full

            Can you please assist me on getting my money back

              Booked 7 tickets for Kehvatlal Parivar movie for the the show in via bookmyshow on 08.05.2022 for Rs.1998.54/- by mobikwik upi. Amount got debited from the account. This failed transaction amount is not credited back into my account.
              I request you to take necessary action for the refund of the failed transaction amount.

                  I made payment of Rs 5222.70 on 1st june 2022 to rentomojo via mobikwik application. My mobikwik wallet had insufficient balance so i paid via googlepay to mobikwik. Entire amount of Rs 5222.70 got deducted from my bank account on googlepayapp but neither the money is reflecting on mobikwik transaction history nor the amount was paid to rentomojo. I crosschecked with rentomojo, they did not receive the amount. I emailed, called even contacted mobikwik on twitter, but i received no reply or help or call back from mobiwik. Mobikwik shamelessly stole all my money and they are not even replying. Please help me get my money back.

                    While ticket booking on 21st May and 02 June on irctc portal amount debited from my bank……while booking ticket on irctc portal Rs 1875 & Rs 5930……..through mobikwik……ticket not booked and refund not received till 4th June.

                      My registred mobile is [protected] in mobikwik my account is disabled i have called customer care so many time they were giving me promise on promise that they will unblick my account withij 24 hour its being more than 4 days i am taing follow up from them but no response . My mobikwik credit card payment is due i am ready to pay my bill amount but not paid any extra charges so please unblock my account and take your payment due amount as soon as possible

                              Dear Team,
                              My user id is disabled and my zip amount 30000 rupees was deducted by some one without my knowledge. I had complained against this fraud through mobikwik app and also through mail. I had tried to contact your customer care many times but always it was busy. I want resolution as soon as possible.

                                  I have ₹ 16.45 in my Mobikwik wallet on dated 02nd Jan 22. So I have use and done my Jio Mobile no. [protected] with Mobikwik wallet balance ₹ 16.45 + ICICI Credit-card balance ₹ 2528/-(Total ₹ 2545/-) on dated 2nd Jan 22 successfully. It has clearly shown in Mobikwik history.
                                  But in my CIBIL score hitting by Unauthorized transaction ₹ 2545/- + To many penalties charge, with too many message for paying amount with penalty.

                                  I have called many times regarding this issue, but no one present on customer care for attend call/here me..!!

                                  On dated 27th June 22, one person Mr. Vijay send a whatsapps massage for legal notice. I have called to him and submit profs of payments and try to convince but no positive response found and told me you have done transaction through ZIP, So you will have to pay.

                                  I am too tired from Mobikwik and submit profs of transaction. Also never used any ZIP services. I have 2 credit card and never bounce.

                                    With the mobikwik app I'll do online Shopping with shop on emi on September
                                    After that's my emi is for 6months from October 2021 to march 2022 I've paid all my emi's on time or before due date because emi date is 5th of every month
                                    I'll paid my last emi on 1st of March 2022 it's been 3months . I still receive messages from mobikwik that's your last 3emi is pending & their lending partner is INCRED, They put overdue remark on my cibil that's 1846 is overdue, i have send many times screenshot of payment to mobikwik and incred, call to their customer care number they are always telling me that your problem will resolved soon please wait 48-72 hrs all time & incred customer care executives says that that's the problem with mobikwik we cannot do anything it's been 3months i am facing these problem & i want to sue mobikwik and make them pay for harassment
