I have ₹ 16.45 in my Mobikwik wallet on dated 02nd Jan 22. So I have use and done my Jio Mobile no. [protected] with Mobikwik wallet balance ₹ 16.45 + ICICI Credit-card balance ₹ 2528/-(Total ₹ 2545/-) on dated 2nd Jan 22 successfully. It has clearly shown in Mobikwik history.
But in my CIBIL score hitting by Unauthorized transaction ₹ 2545/- + To many penalties charge, with too many message for paying amount with penalty.
I have called many times regarding this issue, but no one present on customer care for attend call/here me..!!
On dated 27th June 22, one person Mr. Vijay send a whatsapps massage for legal notice. I have called to him and submit profs of payments and try to convince but no positive response found and told me you have done transaction through ZIP, So you will have to pay.
I am too tired from Mobikwik and submit profs of transaction. Also never used any ZIP services. I have 2 credit card and never bounce.
