    I've chosen mobikwik platform to order on Myntra but the money is debited from my bank account but Myntra didn't receive it. Order neither placed nor failed. So please refund my amount as early as possible.

      I have cleared all my dues of rupees 7127/- in mobikwik through SBI UPI...money got deducted from the bank..but it is still the same in due position in mobikwik...and there is no hearing and resolvement .in mobikwik..

        I made a transaction in 21/05/22 via mobikwik zip account and that transaction got failed but money deducted, an refund was initiated but before I got that refund I repayment my zip account and than my zip account got blocked. After that I got my refund back to my blocked zip accounts instead of wallet. Now I am unable to use zip account balance nor my refund balance. It's really hilarious and disgusting.

          I am using mobikwik, my mobikwik is hack and lost around 15000 i have complaint about immediately, but no response from till now technical team didn't reply for mail and call, everyday I am getting i threatening message that penalty of 3000, I don't know what's the issue if call or inform about that I ll pay, without knowing how should I pay

            In my cibil report there is a personal loan with idfc and it is impacting my cibil score. I've never applied about that loan and neither used that amoumt.
            When i contacted Idfc first bank they told me to contact mobikwik and they are lending partners. I have installed mobikwik app but never enquired about loan however they opned personal loan account in idfc first bank without my consent or documents submitted.

            Either parties mobikwik and idfc are no where concerned about this while after loadging complaint.

            With immediate effect both mobikwik and idfc first bank please close my personal loan account as it is impacting cobil score.

                I added money to my mobikwik wallet amount with a UPI transaction amount of Rs. 1899/-. Money was deducted from my bank account but not credited into my mobikwik wallet.                                 I had ordered a product on m2all and paid using mobikwik zip cash, and had cleared my due within the due date. So as I received a damaged product m2all had processed refund later and I received an email saying that amount credited but I cannot see the money either on wallet or my account. This is the mobikwik order I'd of refund[protected] I cannot see the money in wallet or zip cash. I have tried payind electricity bill to check whether it reflects on zip cash but still I can't find the money. I am requesting you to please take a look at it and take action accordingly because we are loosing trust on apps due to such issues.

                                  So I made couple of transactions using Amex card (ZIP service) in mobikwik, 1st dated 19th april 2022 valued at Rs 6000 and the second one dated 8th May 2022 valued at Rs 13000. Money got deducted but it never reached the beneficiary account. its been a month since the first transaction but refund is yet to be received. Customer support keeps telling me to have patience without any resolution. I'd like to get my refund as soon as possible.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    This is regarding the wallet transfer of amount Rs 15557.55 to my Bank account on 24th April 2022. But the same is deducted from my Mobiwik Wallet but not credited to my Bank account and the same is showing in Pending status in my Mobiwik transaction history, the Invoice is also not available for the same. I have tried to raise this request on the Help section and as per the automatic reply it was mentioned that the Refund will be credited back to my wallet within 5-7 working days. And now it is more then 25 days but still it is not credited back to my account. And whenever I tried to communicate on the Help section again for the same query it shows a message that your previous request is in the review process. I have also tried to call on the customer care center between 09 AM to 08 PM but no one picks the call and a recording is played that our customer care executive is busy in taking huge call volume. It will take more time than usual, but no response is from customer care number. And I have also tried to email to the nodel officer but every time they say that we are in rigorous follow up with the concerned team to get your concern resolved at the earliest. Kindly help to resolve the issue on priority and let me know when I will get my money back in my wallet.

                                      I Said That Why I Should Take Loan In Louder Voice Then He Cut The Phone

                                      There Is Nothing Mentioned In Cashback Offer That To Avail Paylater

                                      Then I Called The Second Number
                                      It Was Official
                                      Computer Sound
                                      All Like Other Companies

                                      Then After Clicking The Digit
                                      Computer Said To Wait
                                      Almost 10min no one picked up the call
                                      Then i cut the phone

                                      Again tried to call
                                      Bt result is same
                                      No one picked up

                                      It Is The 9th Day after recharge
                                      Still i have not received my cashback

                                        On 26th april 2 fraud trasaction are done from my wallet account and then i mailed to [protected]@mobikwik.com for complaint after mobikwik disabled my account due to account disabled i unable to pay my bill. And penalty imposed on me how can i pay this bill without any link of account activation
                                        So, i mailed 2 to 3 times also called to customers care for enable my account but no any response from mobikwik

                                        Due to this impacts on my cibil score who can take this reasoniblity.

                                        Im irritating about mobikwik service
                                        My Worst experience for using mobikwik.
