I paid rent via credit card on mobikwik app, where money deducted from my credit card and got in pending status. Still the amount is under pending status. Request to process the transaction on urgent basis.

I had ordered a product on m2all and paid using mobikwik zip cash, and had cleared my due within the due date. So as I received a damaged product m2all had processed refund later and I received an email saying that amount credited but I cannot see the money either on wallet or my account. This is the mobikwik order I'd of refund[protected] I cannot see the money in wallet or zip cash. I have tried payind electricity bill to check whether it reflects on zip cash but still I can't find the money. I am requesting you to please take a look at it and take action accordingly because we are loosing trust on apps due to such issues.

Updated by Narasimha Kumar 3112 [protected] a scammer from this number called me and tried to login with OTP. @consumer complaints.in please don't give read acess to images for everyone.
One month since failed transactions, no refund yet
So I made couple of transactions using Amex card (ZIP service) in mobikwik, 1st dated 19th april 2022 valued at Rs 6000 and the second one dated 8th May 2022 valued at Rs 13000. Money got deducted but it never reached the beneficiary account. its been a month since the first transaction but refund is yet to be received. Customer support keeps telling me to have patience without any resolution. I'd like to get my refund as soon as possible.
This is regarding the wallet transfer of amount Rs 15557.55 to my Bank account on 24th April 2022. But the same is deducted from my Mobiwik Wallet but not credited to my Bank account and the same is showing in Pending status in my Mobiwik transaction history, the Invoice is also not available for the same. On 26th april 2 fraud trasaction are done from my wallet account and then i mailed to [protected]@mobikwik.com for complaint after mobikwik disabled my account due to account disabled i unable to pay my bill. And penalty imposed on me how can i pay this bill without any link of account activation
So, i mailed 2 to 3 times also called to customers care for enable my account but no any response from mobikwik
Due to this impacts on my cibil score who can take this reasoniblity.

I made transaction from SBI card to Icici bank credit card... mobikwik deducted money and showed it as successful...I confirmed with my ICICI Bank but even after 11 days it has not been credited...and there is no solution provided by mobikwik.

I had place an order on 17th may, 2022 on Myntra of Rs. 1142 through mobikwik wallet. The amount was debited and an error page popped up and the order was also not placed on Myntra.
Make sure to revert back the money amount of Rs.1142 as soon as possible. The payment proof has been attached below and the mobikwik details are also mentioned.
I pay rent through mobikwik american express card on 5 may 2022, at 7:13 pm money got debited from my card and not credited to the receiver accont it have been completed 12 days, and not credited in receiver account, and i raised a complaint/ ticket on the same day about the transaction issue which on 5 may 2022 at 7:31 pm, trasanction id : 24971960 but the issue not solved, and there is no respone from there side and they closed the ticket,...
My account has disabled past 45 days i will mail my documents and all details more than 50 times . i will get the automated replay .but still my account has been disabled.

Didn't Gave My Cashback Money, And Also Poor Customer Service
Mobile paid for Airtel Recharge through mobikwik. Didn't receive cashback of 75rs even after 48 hrs. Customer support no's not working and in the help column, even after raising a complaint, they replied very late and said to wait more 4days. Please provide a solution to the same.

I paid via UPI on 13th of May for Mobikwik Zip Paylater service, amounting INR 15900 (including 750 as late fees for previous cycle of 15 days).
usually payment gets updated on mobikwik in 1 minute. but it is showing as pending since 13th may even after payment was successful.
customer service is worst, takes 45 minutes to connect with executive on landline number and twitter team gives automated replies.
a lot of people have lost their money, i'm myself taking a hit on my cibil, since they have now reported to cibil regarding this.
i want to update my payment as soon as possible, and i'm attaching herewith the payment screenshots + the penalty they're applying!
15 days credit limit? you must be insane. rbi said no to such schemes yet you're doing as you want.
