My mobikwik account got disabled yesterday evening. When I tried to login it showed, user is disabled. Some amount of money is present in my mobikwik wallet which I want to transfer back to the bank account. I tried contacting mobikwik customer care but there was no response. I even emailed mobikwik but no response. Kindly help me with this as soon as you can.

    I have not used zip money and automatically zip money deducted. I tried to reach customer care but no response. Automatically the transaction has happened. No response from customer care. I have filed FIR against this company. I have also case file in cyber crime . They have told to not to pay a single rupee. What they want to do but you don't pay a single rupee

      On 7th June recharged for airtel package of one year for 2, 999 rs. Transaction said successfull! But it never got recharged! My validity was almost ending and needed it desperately. When checked doesn’t give invoice..doesn’t allow me to raise a complaint in help section. Then had raise a complaint from some other section twice but never got any response till now. Tried calling the customer care number, even after half an hour it tell line busy . Frustrated with with whole experience and lost hard earned money. Pathetic service and none to answer the query or complaint. Ticket id 25398694

        Booked Tatkal ticket from irctc app and made payment using mobikwik app. Ticket not booked but amount deducted. Today checked the refund status in irctc app, it is showing as refund amount sent to wallet. But amount not yet credited to wallet. Please help.

          Mobikwik is fraud application. I have not done any transaction through zip account and the credit automatically got reduced. I tried to reach the company be no response from the company. They are Fraud. Inspite of complaining so many mails no response. I have case a FRI against Mobikwik and also done complaint in cyber crime . They told doesn't pay any money because these are Fraud company . They are not RBI register so there is no worries. Indian government should banned thes application because because they are Trapping people and sending threatening msg and calls

              My MobiKwik no is [protected] and email id is khalid.bashir.[protected]@gmail.com.

              On 1st June 2022 . I made a transfer of 10286.15 from my Mobikwik wallet to Bank Account. My wallet was debited but my bank account was not credited and invoice of the transaction is as Invoice not available for this transaction..

              Please stop giving messages that I will get my money in 7 days. It has been 9 days and you have still no returned my money.

                      Fraud alert my wallet auto debit yesterday night that trasection are not done by me its a fraud trap and my money is deducted in my wallet there are two times of 3662 rs deducted in my wallet and no response to me mobiquik and the trasection not to show any details and i havnt received any email of that trasection its fraud please i request to mobiquik refund my money

                        I have to pay my Myntra order through mobikwik.as the wallet has insufficient amount I need to pay the mobikwik wallet first.i tried to pay the wallet using phonepe. amount got debited but it's not in my mobikwik wallet and neither order got placed.please do the needful from your end

                          Dear Team,

                          Issue: On 10th March 2022 at 23.37, I added 26919 INR to my Mobikwik account wallet using my Slice credit card.

                          Money got deducted from my credit card but it did not add to my wallet. Did not even generate transaction id in my account. This is Big scam.
                          After lot of email followups i came to know that money got added in some other user's wallet.
                          No response from the customer care for my request 25156677 since last 20 days i raised

                          Transaction id 22eacb37c25fd ( This is generated in some other user's account (7337xxx012))
                          Date and time: 10th March 2022 at 23.37
                          Amount: 26919

                          1) Why the transaction id is not generated in my account? when i Initiated transaction in my account
                          2) I did not transfer money to any account wrongly, because i used "add money to my wallet" feature. Which should add money to my account wallet. How come it added money to some other user's wallet
                          3) My other transaction (add money to wallet) 10 minutes prior to the above one was successful.
                          4) I demand refund for this transaction

                              I bought a gift voucher of spencers retail from Mobikwik Wallet on 28.05.2022. The value of voucher was Rs. 500. I did not get the complete standard e-gift voucher. I got only message having 14 digit code which should be of 16 digit. When i tried to use it on spencers, i was told that it is invalid. I have raised complaint to mobikwik but no action at their end has been initiated even after 7-8 days.

                                I took a small loan of 3200 from Mobikqik zip. At the time of repayment transaction got stuck as it was last day of payment they charged 300 penalty fees but fault was there's I tried contacting though mails and calls but no response then after a month person calls and whatsapp me all my phone contacts and says to me to repay all the dues otherwise I'll call all of your contacts I got shocked and called him about how did you got all my contacts he abused and said do the payment otherwise I'll call them and abuse them too. I want to repay the amount but before I want resolve this issue so anyone else don't have to get to it.

I understand it's not right but it's doesn't mean your representative can abuse me and threaten my family for this. Your representative abuse me and my family on call.                                         Dear Sir,

                                        On 07th June i have transferred Rs. 1116/- to my Mobikwik Wallet Balance i can see it as success under the Head UPI in Mobikwik but the balance has not been credited to Mobikwik wallet. I would request the Mobikwik to refund back the amount at the earliest to my actual account.

                                        I see there is no support as such from the Mobikwik Service center...
