Hello, My name is Ajnas Muhammed, I have performed a mobiKwik transaction of rupees 10, 522.72 on 2nd April to my coinswitch account . The amount is not credited to my coinswitch account. I have contacted coinswitch team, and they said they have disabled the mobikwik transaction on the coinswitch because of poor service of MobiKwik. On 8th April they have replied that the amount is reversed back to my source bank account with refund UTR:[protected]. With this information I again contacted mobiKwik. MobiKwik have replied to me that the wallet to bank transaction is successful with RRN number[protected]. and provided this email id to send the transaction details if the amount is not credited. I have already sent the details to this email ID. From mobiKwik I got a reply that " they believed this email was sent to us ([protected]@mobikwik.com) by mistake and wanted to make you aware ...". Again I tried to call mobiKwik but not always busy and not connecting. Similar problem had happened me earlier aswell. I have performed a transaction on 26th Nov 2021 for rs 9991.53. I recieved the refund on 12 th feb 2022. After more than 2 month.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
