I have done transaction of rs 12999 on 19th april 2022 with mobikwik wallet and so amount got deducted from the wallet but the beneficiary which I have chosen to pay that doesn't exist so how could you make the transaction successful when the account number doesn't exist and the mobikwik payment gateway is zakpay utilities almost 7 days passed still waiting for refund to get from them please give me refund as soon as possible my question is to mobikwik is that

When the account number or beneficiary doesn't exist so how could you make the transaction successful form your side

    I have done transaction with mobikwik wallet for sum of rs 12999 and the transaction gets successful but the beneficiary which I have chosen for transaction that account number doesn't exist so my question is how could you make the transaction successful when the account number doesn't exist and almost 7 days passed still waiting for refund customer care service don't respond and the payment gateway for my transaction is zaakpay utilities so I request you to please provide me the refund as soon as possible. Please

        1. Refer to order id: [protected] on MOBIKWIK. A transaction of Rs. 11400/- was done through mobikwik on 06 Dec 21 in which payment of Rs. 5962.26/- was made through mobikwik wallet and Rs. 5436.95/- was made through a credit card.

        2. It is pertinent to mention that the transaction failed and merchant confirmed the same. The issue was raised with mobikwik and refund of Rs. 5962.26 /- was made on 17 Dec 21 which reflected in my wallet amount. However, pending refund of Rs. 5436.95/- is yet awaited from mobikwik from four months. Multiple Calls to customer care and numerous messages have been sent on twitter handle without any positive reponse.

        3. It is requested that necessary action be taken against mobikwik and the relevant amount of Rs. 5436.95/- be refunded to me by mobikwik along with penalty at an early date.

        4. I am a defence officer and have wasted great amount of my time on mobikwik customer care calls. I request that mobikwik be penalised for appropriate amount to waste my time and let me go through unnecessary mental harassment.

            My mobiKwik account is disable and I'm unable to pay my zip pay later bill due to this company is charging late fee. And I've tried to contact them multiple times & even talked to there coustomer support through fb messenger, email & call. It's been 1 months I'm unable to pay my zip bill & the r charging me late fee.
            Because of the it will affect my Credit score.
            Kindly review my case.

                  My name is Akhil no. Sharma. I am mobikwik user whose zip number is [protected] whose zip amount is 12000. I made a payment from my Zip Paylater which bounced or it came in the wallet of my MobiKwik account or I thought the Zip Paylater was updated or I am sure. But when I got the statement to pay the bill I spoke to the customer care or transferred the zip paylater mian from the payment wallet to the customer care executive's solution I got the solution that the wallet payment is different. Or this law is different from zip paylater only in mobikwik otherwise i am using zip paylater amazon or flipkart from last many years i never worried about date.

                  But now Mobikwik is asking me to pay the late fee of Zip Paylater which I have already paid.
                  you see in the screenshot
                  i am very angry with MobiKwik or I am telling you everything that I have proof.
                  please solve this problem as soon as possible

                    My mobiKwik account is disable and I'm unable to pay my zip pay later bill due to this company is charging late fee.                       2nd April transaction a bsnl customer number transaction successful but customer don't get benefit of transaction then I call customer care number then they get cleverly take my OTP and transaction 1299 bank account to Mobikwik wallet but then my Mobikwik account disable and don't transaction through Mobikwik account still today my problem not solve 1299 rupees don't reverse my wallet to my account and my Mobikwik account disable then why should transaction through Mobikwik app and face this type problem

                        Hello, My name is Ajnas Muhammed, I have performed a mobiKwik transaction of rupees 10, 522.72 on 2nd April to my coinswitch account . The amount is not credited to my coinswitch account. I have contacted coinswitch team, and they said they have disabled the mobikwik transaction on the coinswitch because of poor service of MobiKwik. On 8th April they have replied that the amount is reversed back to my source bank account with refund UTR:[protected]. With this information I again contacted mobiKwik. MobiKwik have replied to me that the wallet to bank transaction is successful with RRN number[protected]. and provided this email id to send the transaction details if the amount is not credited. I have already sent the details to this email ID. From mobiKwik I got a reply that " they believed this email was sent to us ([protected]@mobikwik.com) by mistake and wanted to make you aware ...". Again I tried to call mobiKwik but not always busy and not connecting. Similar problem had happened me earlier aswell. I have performed a transaction on 26th Nov 2021 for rs 9991.53. I recieved the refund on 12 th feb 2022. After more than 2 month.

                          I have ordered grocery from Flipkart on 7th April of amount 470/-. Order was not placed but payment was debited from my Mobikwik account. Flipkart was saying that they didn't receive payment.

                          Already 7days gone but I didn't get any response from your side.

                          Please solve my issue as soon as possible and refund my amount otherwise I have to complaint to consumer forum.

                            Mobikwik is a fintech company which doesnt refund money into your account on time and lays late fee on that. And they scammed of 10k and now asking me to pay the total amount which i was ready to do but they disabled me on their account.and i dont understand how come RBI has given permission to this company

                                ONE MOBIWIK SYSTEM PVT is a fake fraud company which is causing fraud transactions . They will pretend to be a genuine customer support agents of your credit card and bluff you to get all details. like reward points or scare you etc.

                                Pl. block this fraud company ASAP.
