        I was done a transaction of rupees 576 for my recharge, on 3 april 2022 at 3:55 PM.
        I paid from UPI.
        But the amount of 576 is deducted from my account but the Recharge was not done. And the transaction is showing successful.
        Please forward your team to investigate as soon as possible and help to refund the amount.

            I made zip payment to MobiKwik and it failed but my money got deducted so I had to make the same payment again. But my first payment didn’t reverse in my account till now

              Loan account related to Zip

              Since a long there is no Zip facilities in Mobikwik. The Zip section is showing wrong information. All the Zip dues were paid on or before the due date. I had requested Mobikwik team to close the loan account in CIBIL and other credit reports, if any. They said it will be closed within 45 days. Now it's more than 60 days, the loan account is not yet closed. Doing lot of timepass everytime I ask about it... It's been many months I am requesting...

                I made a payment of 3000 rupees through UPI by Movikwik on the 2nd of April. I raised a dispute and the reply came that your amount would be back within 48 hrs. But now the time is more than 48 hours. My issue has not been resolved yet. I called the Movikwik helpline number but it always shows busy. Please help me so that I get my amount back into my account.

                  On April 3/2022 at 6:37PM .I mistakenly sent money of rupees 5782/- TO mobikwik official upi id :- [protected]@okaxisbank From [protected]@oksbi. Upi Transaction id :[protected] And Google Transaction id is :- CICAgODdsZ3eIQ .you can investigate sir.i cant do anything because its not personal upi id.the owner o[censored]pi id is mobikwik itself.hence i am reaching to you for help.
                  Please help me and solve my issue as soon as possible.

                          Mobikwik credit card to bank transfer activity - 30/03/2022 - Transfer amount to bank entered - 71000. Mobikwik charge (including convenience fees) 71837.5.
                          After successful transaction, Mobikwik message, you cannot transfer 71000 to bank account, daily limit is 10000.
                          Then why Mobikwik allow credit card transaction, there should be error before adding through credit card.
                          I have transferred 10000 to bank account, for this 10118 has been deducted from added 71000.
                          For remaining balance transfer, Mobikwik is asking convenience Fees again which I have already paid. I should be able to transfer remaining 61000 without additional charges.
                          There should be 61000 transaction back to my credit card or I should be able to transfer 61000 to my bank account without charge.

                          Please do the needful for my query resolution.

                            I have transferred 10370 rupees from my credit card to my MobiKwik wallet, the transaction was successful and money was debited from my credit card, but the money was not credited in my wallet . I was in some urgency need of money but the money was stocked in ur wallet then how can we do our works, is this what the MobiKwik services be like . Plz resolve the issue asap.                               Fraud transaction from my zip pay wallet

                              Somebody did fraud on my mobikwik account and used zip pay balance for credit card payment. I do not know whose credit card it is and how they used it.

                              I have transferred ₹4225 from mobikwik wallet to bank account. The amount got debited but it has not been credited to beneficiary's account. The transaction is showing pending.

                                Transferred ₹25000 CC payment from my axis bank through mobikwik payment gateway tried 2 times on 31-03-22 but failed and one time amount refunded/credited in my bank but 2nd time failed msg rcvd but amount not refunded/updated in my bank account as on today (2nd April 22)
                                Calling at mobikwik support number but not responding. Opened ticket also but no response/resolution from any person from mobikwik. This company was doing very well previously but from 2-3 months it’s performance is so poor and harassing.

                                Getting fake fraudulent call through someone named Rahul Sharma mobile no, +[protected] introduced himself as customer support from mobikwik. Asking for OTP rcvd from mobikwik sms to resolve the issue. Bastard abused me when I ignored to give OTP to him to excess my mobikwik account. Already complained in police by providing number from which call rcvd.

                                  Wallet to bank transfer is in pending state, my money got deducted and they put my transaction is in pending state.
