Mobikwik — Mobikwik PG transaction debited from account Prathap AP__

Dear mobikwik, PG transaction was deducted from my paytm upi account but was not credited to merchant account. Please check the transaction and initiate the refund as soon as possible.

Also below are some screenshots of payments. Please look into it....

Transaction in pending state

I made a multiple transaction of RS 4076 from my HDFC credit card, Rs 3920 from my Icici credit card, 4076 from my uco bank account and 2593 from hdfc credit card to my bank account via mobikwik in 20th march. But it shows transaction pending, but the amount was deducted from my credit cards and bank account and its been 7 days. AS per instructed by mobikwik i raise a ticket in help section ticket no. 24359715, 24359710, 24354884 but still...

Money debited from me but not credited to the receiver

I did a transaction of 2700 on mobikwik it's showing completed but it's not credited to the reciver where as the mobikwik app shows its completed but it's not credited to the account i even have bank statement to back it up but the mobikwik customer support is utter garbage they aren't even responding...

Imps transfer pending from last 7 days

I did an imps transaction from mobikwik wallet to my bank account on 20th march2022. However the amount got deducted from my mobikwik wallet but the same went to Pending state and not credited yo my bank account. Mobikwik simply gives roboted and copy paste replies of money will be back within 7 working days.. but the given time frame is over now and still i didnt received my money....

Unsuccessful transaction

I added money to my mobikwik wallet amount with a bank transaction amount of rs. 5100 /-. Money was deducted from my bank account and still not credited into the mobikwik wallet. Kindly refund my money or atleast credit it to my wallet. My email id is swati.[protected]@gmail.com and my registered mobile number is [protected]

Money not updated in wallet

I have added Rs 1010 to my wallet from my bank account. The money have been deducted from the bank but the mobikwik wallet has not updated. Please refund my money as soon as possible....

Money got deducted from bank but mobikwik wallet not credited

I recently added rs 500 in mobikwik wallet, and it went good. But when I added rs. 500 again, the second time, my money got deducted from bank but still not credited in my mobikwik wallet.

Hello Sir/Ma'am. I have added money to the UPI of my MobiKwik account. The transaction is successful with order id[protected]. But the amount is not yet added to either my wallet or the bank account. I have tried calling customer care but could not connect after multiple attempts. As such I have registered a query in the help section of mobikwik with ticket id[protected]. Nothing has been heard till now. Kindly request you to solve my issue....

Fraud person from Mobikwik

A fraud person called today claiming he is from Mobikwik. He got my details as I have shared my contact in Twitter in Mobikwik support due to yet another problem in Mobikwik which is not yet solved. I was unaware that Mobikwik support is fraud. Then he asked my registered number and 500 got debited from Mobikwik wallet. The person name I got is Ram Milan Prajapati and his UPI I'd [protected]@myicici. This type of fake person really create trouble...

Wallet balance not updated but amount deducted from bank account

First i put 265 rs amount deducted from bank but didn’t updated in wallet then i put 500 still amount didn’t updated...

IMPS transaction pending since 22nd March 2022

I did an imps transaction from mobikwik wallet to my bank account on 22nd march 2022. However the amount got deducted from my mobikwik wallet but the same went to Pending state and not credited to my bank account. Refund for a Railway Transaction

On the 21st of March tickets were booked on the IRCTC website for Bangalore to Pune. and then while payment was being made the payment failed. Have been waiting for the refund to happen but it has not happened till date. Request you to please look into the matter and have the money refunded. Refund for incomplete Transaction from Wallet

Ordered Groceries from Flipkart but after entering the OTP Money Got Deducted from My Wallet (American Express Blue Card) but order not placed stated Payment confirmation Pending from Bank.
After having conversation with Flipkart Team on 21st March They said payment still not reflected kindly contact Bank for same.

Payment modes of Mobikwik

Have a complain with Mobikwik.
I was doing a recharge and for that I have added money in Mobikwik wallet and while doing the payment there was no any to pay from the wallet rather zip payment was the only option available . Also, for using ZIP they are charging 99 rs extra .
When I tried to contact the customer care, noone was there to respond . I have very bad experience with Mobikwik....

Fraud, Malpractice & Mental Harassment

I have done one transaction worth close to 2000 Rs from MobiKwik to AJIO. There was close to 500 Rs reward was mentioned. I didn't get the same so I raised the ticket and it should have taken a max of 24 hours as per their policy. But I didn't get the response in a timely manner so I did mention that I won't pay dues in time if you don't clear the query on time.

Now my query was not answered satisfactorily...
