Mobikwik credit card to bank transfer activity - 30/03/2022 - Transfer amount to bank entered - 71000. Mobikwik charge (including convenience fees) 71837.5.
After successful transaction, Mobikwik message, you cannot transfer 71000 to bank account, daily limit is 10000.
Then why Mobikwik allow credit card transaction, there should be error before adding through credit card.
I have transferred 10000 to bank account, for this 10118 has been deducted from added 71000.
For remaining balance transfer, Mobikwik is asking convenience Fees again which I have already paid. I should be able to transfer remaining 61000 without additional charges.
There should be 61000 transaction back to my credit card or I should be able to transfer 61000 to my bank account without charge.
Please do the needful for my query resolution.
