Dear all,

I transfer 15000 and 6000 rupees from my hdfc and icici credit to mobikwik wallet, and than transfer 20000 to my axis bank account. But i could not get the money in my axis bank account and debited from mobikwik wallet. I raised the complaint and ticket id is 11045875. I call to mobikwik customer care but no one pick the call for 24 minutes. And now i cant also login in mu mobikwik account. B cz when i try to login, shoe the user is disable. So plz give a service proper and plz return my many as soon as possible..

I have 12064 in wallet balance u debited the amount was bank refund.bt our bank is not respond me.it wil say amount is credited in ur wallet but ur debit the amount 12064.so please refund the amount quickly.
