Mobikwik — irctc transaction failure

When booking tatka ticket in irctc, payment has done from my bank end to mobikiwik but not reached to irctc,
Even i irctc it's not showing in failed transaction history. To check the refund status.
How this problem could be resolved, should i need to raise any complaint
Is there any way to see failed mobikwik transactions, how many days will it take to refund the amount
