      Dear sir
      In September-October 2015 Mobikwik and Microsoft start a offer in which they give a code LUM300 and use it in mobikwik add money section and add Rs 300 and get additionally Rs300 extra for the 12 months. During the period of one year you will get Rs 3600. I purchased Lumia 540 because of this offer and get this offer with LUM300 code in this i am get additionally 300 from October 2015 to February 2016 (5 Months)
      During this period first 3 months they redeem LUM300 coupon. Jan 2016 and Feb 2016 this code is change by LUMZIFV1Y8.
      Till now there was no problem but this month this coupon LUMZIFV1Y8 is not work alongwith LUM300 code also not work. With the code LUM300 popup come use the code which was use in Jan16 and when apply code LUMZIFV1Y8 give popup this code no longer active. Further I complain to mobikwik and they simply reply this scheme is closed so no redemption on this code.
      I feel cheated because first they commit this offer will run for one year and after withdraw in 5 months only.
      May please look into the matter so that I they resolve this issue

      ALWAYS BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU TRANSACT WITH MOBIKWIK BECAUSE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY DOES NOT FOLLOW BUSINESS ETHICS.
      Still mobikwik is not respond properly. very bad experience with mobikwik customer care.
      Mobikeik can not withdraw a offer of cash back which it has committed to its customer since its a breach of trust and no company is allowed to hide such things in terms and conditions..
      Your offer was the main reason to attract customer to buy Microsoft Phones for which you have given advertisement on Microsoft website and your own website.
      So therefore Semiclosed wallet Licence of Such company should be taken away by RBI as this company is cheating customers by running such fake scheme of cashback

        Mobikwik has given an offer of RS.2100 wallet money on purchase of HP laptops. Customer tops-up his/her MobiKwik wallet by Rs. 350. Customer needs to enter voucher code while topping up his wallet by Rs. 350. MobiKwik will put additional Rs. 350 in customer’s wallet, so total amount in wallet will be Rs. 700. This scheme is from Dec 2015 to May 2016.

        I was able to redeem the promo code in the month of Dec 2015 and Jan 2016, Feb 2016.I am not able to redeem it in the month of Mar 2016 as it shows Promo Code is no longer valid. This is not the first instance of Mobikwik cheating customers in the garb of terms and conditions. It has been a part in many such frivolous complaints in the past as well. Please ensure speedy settlement of the issue and take appropriate actions against the company.

        Mobikwik is cheating on their customers by not providing Hp Amazing Diwali Offer

        The code is not working for the month of March

        I've used 4 times only. There should be 2 times more usage of this code
        I could not use the promo code for February also and complained all Mobikwik, HP and also Flipkart from where I bought the HP Notebook online, but still got no reply from HP, Mobikwik unsatisfactory reply (I got the message problem resolved) and Flipkart told me to wait till March 4, 2016 and no further reply from Flipkart yet. I think only way remains here is go to consumer court
        Same issue with me also, Mobikwik is now denying to pay any further cashbacks. There should be a regulatory body who can tame such Cheat companies to operate further.

        Amount not recharged or even refund done

        I have made special recharge on 23rd 6 pm but still not updated in the phone but amount went please do the recharge if it is not updated or refund the amount order id: [protected] i have attached the screen shot.

          Same with me. They have no reason for this also. I had called the customer care number they said that it has been closed for all hp users. I said that its not fair as they had promised Rs.2100 over six months and now they have stopped this offer at 3 months only, the person said that they are sorry and this code will not work. I feel cheated.

            Mobikwik gave a offer with Microsoft that if any Microsoft user use mobikwik from Microsoft Windows mobile than they gave ₹300 extra per months for 12 months.They gave the offer when the user add ₹300 using the promo code LUM300.
            But after few months(5 months) they don't give the offer.
            When I asked their customer care they told that the offer was closed.
            How can they do this.?
            I bought this phone because of that cash back.
            Now i want the offer for the renaming 7 months.

              The promocode lum300 is not available for costumers who already started using this code.when i bought the phone nokia lumia 430 there was a offer of mobikwik wallet of getting 300 ruppes extra for adding 300 ruppes to your wallet every month for 1 year.i bought my phone on 13 th oct 2015.i availed the offer till february.now its showing that it is closing this offer.when they have comitted for 1 year they should give it

                        Mobikwik is always cheating people by giving attractive offer.

                        Below are the issue observed while using this Wallet

                        1. Amount deducted from moikwik wallet but order fails. It won't appear in the transaction.
                        2. No cashback as promised
                        3. InActivating Wallet with out customer notice
                        4. They are holding million of people of money illegally.

                        4 of our family member accounts Blocked by mobikwik. Around Rs. 2000.00 they hold.giving false information like already credited, just now credited, escalating for getting the money, already escalated, wait for 24hrs, wait for 48hrs, we are working on it... Till now prospective response.

                          When I contacted Mobikwik, they informed me the following TnC -
                          TnC - MobiKwik reserves the right to change or call back the offer (offers) any time on their sole discretion.
                          However, the original TnC mentioned by "HP Amazing Diwali Offer" is as below-
                          MobiKwik reserves all right to block coupon usage, should the company notice any fraud / misuse of the system.

                          I have asked them to prove in which way I have misused it or there is any fraud. Without proving this, they can not close the offer. I did not receive any reply from them on this.

                            I have made a recharge of Rs. 50/- on my Tata Docomo number. And I haven't received the top up yet. Further I have enquired with operator and he mentioned that the recharge amount is invalid. Though I have selected this top up plan from the provided option, I guess your list of options ate not updated.
                            Further I have also made recharge of RS. 10/- on the same number and haven't received this top up yet even. I would request you to please act immediately in response or else I would be compelled to take action against it. As a first time user you really build your rep regarding your service. It has been 3 days and no refund or recharge has been made.

                            I have even tried to call on customer care no but no one picked been hold for 12 mins, posted two complain ticket on the site no response yet.

But in march, it says 'Coupon is no longer valid' and Mobikwik Customer support says Mobikwik has closed the offer. It says Mobikwik has all the rights. This is a complete fraud. We are being cheated.

                                  I purchased Lumia 535 and applied a code in mobikwik Lum300 . The offer was that each month to add 300 and 300 you get cashback . First five months there was no problem but from 6th month problem started . And in 6th month they are saying that offer is no longer valid and we can't provide any cashback on this offer though it was valid for 12 months. Firstly if you cant afford to provide such offers then don't provide them but if you are providing them then don't ruin them. Customer satisfaction is mandatory for any company to survive in market . But as I can see in the reviews not a single positive response from any of the customer. I am just writing this to get my offer amount as my 2100 Rs are still pending to be recovered from mobikwik. I had only purchased the Lumia mobile just because of this offer.and now when these cheaters are cheating I am forced to write this review. I tried to make a conversation with them but no proper response. I raised many of the tickets but still pending . Don't understand why they cheat . They just want a registered user in mobikwik and further they don't even care about them. I just want my 2100 Rs cash back from mobikwik.

                                    I purchased Lumia 540 and applied a code in mobikwik Lum300 . The offer was that each month add 300 and 300 you get cashback . First 3 month there was no problem but from January month problem started . And in this month March they are saying that offer is no longer valid and we can't provide any cashback on this offer though it was valid for 12 months. Firstly if you cant afford to provide such offers then don't provide them but if you are providing them then don't ruin them. Customer satisfaction is mandatory for any company to survive in market .

                                      I had a worst experience with Mobikwik app. I have chosen “Mobikwik” as a payment gate option when i booked the ticket in “Via” app. The amount has been deducted from my credit card account but failed to process the transaction and failed to confirm the ticket in “VIA”.
                                      Then i paid through another payment option & booked the ticket. I was trying to call “Mobikwik” on that day but could n’t able do that as their support working hours are from 8AM to 10PM. But why they are offering the services in out of office hours where there was no support available.
                                      I tried to contact them next day and they said the transaction was not successfull due to their server upgradation/maintenance. There was no answer from the customer support team when i raised the concerns like “Why it was not mentioned at that time of selecting this option as the payment gateway??” & “How the money was deducted from my credit card when server was in maintenance??”.
                                      I asked them to transfer the money back to my bank account immediately & they said ok for that. It was initiated on Feb 13th 2016. Till today(Feb 29th 2016) the money was not transferred.
                                      I was following up from Feb 13th to till date but no luck. I have to pay my credit card bill & it was double now as paid twice to confirm my flight ticket. it’s not at all a good “APP” & playing with customer’s/people’s emotions by offering cash back offers/discounts.

                                        We checked and found that your payment was unsuccessful as MobiKwik did not get an update from your bank for this transaction.

                                        As a Standard Bank Policy, the amount automatically gets credited back to the same account within 3-15 working days from the date of transaction.

                                        This may vary from bank to bank as per their guidelines, which is beyond our control.

                                        Please contact your Bank for further information.

                                        complaint : MOBIKWIK CHEATING BY MAKING TRANSACTON FAILED FROM THEIR SYSTEM AFTER COLLECTING MONEY FROM PAYERS BANK TO THEIR RESPECTIVE BANK. IF WE MAKE COMPLAINTS THEY ARE ASKING US TO WAIT FOR 3 TO 15 DAYS. THIS IS UBSOLUTELY FRAUD. HENCE WE REQUEST YOUR FORUM TO LOOK IN TO THIS BY LODGING COMPLAINT IN CRIME BRANCH TO STOP LOOTING PUBLIC.
