Mobikwik — money debit in my account but not added in to my wallet or not reversal to my account | |||
In 15/11/2018, i have done two 1000/-transactins but one transaction is failed, that one amount is not credited to my wallet or not reversal to my account. One transaction is successful, already 25 days completed but my money not added in to my wallet or not reversal to my account, I have already sent my bank statement but customer service not resolved my issue. My account from mob no [protected] got blocked due to non kyc. an d i have my 11k money in this account please help me. i use this account from two years. it demads KYC documents many times but i ignored.
