So a fraud happen with me on dated 30/july/2019
so i received a call saying that i am selected for axis bank and to fulfill some of their formalities to fill a form and to pay rs 25 for the online form. and have to fill the form today only i.e. on 30 july 2019 so as per the instructions i filled the form and the payment details for rs 25. but when i entered my otp the amount deducted is rs 5025, and the again within a minute or 2 again the amount deducted was rs 5025. and again one otp came and without entering it anywhere the amount deducted was rs 1025. so in total the amount deducted was rs 11075.
i have also attached the screenshot for that in which otp for one amount rs 5025 i didn't even receive.

    We tried to pay bwssb bill through mobikwik, but the amount of 1517/- is deducted from my bank account. But bill is not paid and refund amount not received. Kindly refund the amount immediately. We experienced poor service. Kindly do the needful immediately. There is no proper response from your end and there is no proper customer care number in the website. Kindly look into it and resolve the issue.

      I paid icici bank credit card bill through your upi portal of mobikwik for a consideration of rs 42, 000/-paid in respect of my credit card of icici bank being xxxx xxxxxx x 5007, from chandigarh, on july 11th, 2019, vide online mobile transaction from your mobile portal [of my client’s mobile number [protected]] vide id mbk[protected] and reference id kkbk[protected] and the same was deducted the same day from client’s bank account.
      I also paid sbi elite card ending with digits 4335 xxxx xxxx 6373 has not been remitted by you to the concerned operator, which was to the tune of rs. 10, 000/- made on the same day i. E. On[protected] from chandigarh, and the same was deducted the same day from client’s bank account. The same was remitted vide order number mbk[protected].

      Both the payments aforesaid have not been credited to respective operators by you despite three weeks having elapsed and i am being levied heavy penalty, interest and other charges besides facing flak due to non-payment. Earlier complaints have failed to elicit any response at all.
      Forthwith make the payment of rs. 42, 000 to icici bank; rs. 10, 000/- to sbi and also to tender an unconditional apology plus reimburse a sum of rs. Two lakhs each towards mental agony and harassment suffered

      I have paid my Rs.159/- NBPDCL Electricity bill on the the day before yesterday through mobikwik, but amount is deducted and bill not paid...and till now no response from mobikwik and amount is also not refunded by mobikwik...

        I had tried to recharge my bsnlmobile number [protected] with special recharge of ₹99 through mobikwik by debit card number 95#25 o[censored]co bank on 27/07/2019 and amount was deducted but mobile couldn't be recharged. This is second consecutive time when this happen in a week. Therefore, you are requested to dissolve the issue by refunding the amount into my same account.

            I had made an electricity bill payment on 21st july, but the amount hasn’t been yet credited to the operator.

            I had registered a complaint at bbps in help section as per suggested by the support.

            But there was no worthy response.
            I tried reaching the customer care, but all the contact numbers as well as mails are invalid.

            This is very poor service from mobikwik.
            I would like to request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible.

            22.07.19 i was trying to recharge my mobile phone by using Mobikwik. My mobile number [protected]. The transaction got failed but amount got deducted from my account .
            amount is nearly 399.
            My transaction I'd is RJ[protected].

            Please resolve it as soon as possible.
            A balance of Rs.399 was done to a wrong no. I need refund since its not a very small amount. Transaction ID : RJ[protected]. Please help ! The transaction was done at Thursday 25 July 2019 at 9:27 am

              I paid my electricity worth rs 2162 on 23/7/2019.
              But due to some technical problems my recharge got failed. My money had been deducted from my account which i havent got back yet.
              They are not even recieving my call. Pleasee to solve my problem and one thing more mobikwik is probably the worst app i have ever used.

                I am using a mobikwik wallet as 1st time in feb19
                I will done my recharge of my jio no for rs 449 on 1feb19 evening..
                Payment of 449 will deducted from my account but recharge will not done.. From the date 1feb19
                Mobikwik will not help for this refund.. I have done mail on mobikwik official id to lodge complaint and refund my money back... But till date.. No reply

                    My father received a call claiming to be from sbi. They (The caller) confirmed his kyc details and asked for further verification - such as alternate credit card, as a reference point. My father gave the credit card number and refused to share any other detail. On completion of the call he receives 3 text messages of three transactions each of 39999 towards mobikwik. None of these three transactions were authorized by him. These are fraudulent transactions. Request the company to reverse these fradulant unauthorized transactions.

                      इसके तुरंत बाद मेरे मोबाइल पर vk-hdfcbk द्वारा"you have successfully registered for upi payment on mobikwik. If not you, please report immediately to your bank. Do not share your card details/otp/atm pin with anyone."संदेश आया।
                      इसके तुरंत बाद मेरे मोबाइल पर ax-icicib द्वारा"acct xx7259 debited with inr8100.00 on 11-may-19 and acct xx4049 credited. Info:up[protected]. Ca[protected] for dispute or sms block 7259 to [protected]" संदेश आया।
                      इस प्रकार छलकर्ता द्वारा छल कर अनधिकृत रूप से मेरे icici बैंक खाता से rs. 8100/- निकाल लिए गए हैं।
                      अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप छलकर्ता से मेरे रुपये वापस दिलाएं। यदि हो सके तो छलकर्ता को पकड़वाने में पुलिस की सहायता करें।

                          I have an issue of a number [protected] from this number I am getting only 20 message and 20 outgoing calls apart from this I am not getting any calls from past 4 to 5 days I am getting this same issue and I have mailed u guys and I have called to ur airtel costumer care number also no response from u guys so please resolve this issue asap i[censored] guys don't do this resolve by today I am going to close ur sim and I will go to another network I want to do it today asap,

                            I paid a sum of Rs. 42000 through UPI Service of Mobikwik to make payment of my ICICI Credit Card bill on[protected], and they had portrayed that the same gets remitted in 48 hours. my bank account was deducted the same day by Mobikwik and yet they have not remitted payment to operator ie ICICI Bank till date, due to which I have lodged over half a dozen complaints with them repeatedly and have been calling them but they dont respond. they are not sending me the proof of remittance to the ICICI and rather they are replying in one word that my payment stands made.                             It is quite strange that three weeks have already lapsed since the deduction of this amount and I have made over a dozen complaints, yet, the MOBIKWIK is highly unresponsive and even to this portal they are not responding. This shows how incorrigible and thick skinned they are. their intentions are clearly fraudulent to the core.

                              I borrowed from dmi mobikwik finance... Its emi is 1844 rupees. I have 1 emi left which is july this month. I lost my job 2 months ago so i couldn't pay for this month's emi's but i asked for some time... But some dmi finance executives / recovery officers called me by different names or various offices like idea cellular, dmi finance, mobikwik. Vijay, digvijay and some women are speaking in abusive language without giving their name.
                              The language of defamation and defamation of all my society is being used. I am getting calls from their number [protected], [protected], [protected]. They have violated my human rights by speaking in vulgar language.. I only expect that i take some time and strict legal action to pay off this debt.

                                मैंने mobikwik dmi फाइनेंस से लोन लिया था... पर मुझसे 1 emi नही चुका पाया जो कि 1844 रुपये की हैं, क्योंकि मेरी नोकरी चली गई... ओ लोग गली गलोच कर रहे हैं... और धमकिया और मुझे मेरे नाम और मैं जिधर रहता हूं उस एरिया के नाम पर भद्दी भाषा का इस्तेमाल कर रहे है... समाज मे मेरी बदनामी करने की और मेरे घर पर गुंडे लोग भेजने की धमकियां दे रहे हैं...
                                मैंने इस पर mobikwik औऱ dmi फाइनान्स के कस्टमर हेल्पलाइन को कॉल किया उस पर ओ भी कुछ अच्छा रिस्पॉन्स नही दे रहे हैं... अगर ये नही रुका तो मुझे अपना जीवन समाप्त करने के सिवा में पास कोई विकल्प नही हैं...मेरा संपर्क [protected]

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I recieved a call frm mobile no impersonating as sbi customer care executive being mobile no:[protected], as i got new sbi credit card she described about the usage of card and lastly offered that i got a good offer of rs 10, 000/- as gift for being new customer which will be utilised from sbi credit card. She confirmed about sixteen digit customer number and she told i will recieve a message for confirmation of the offer, as i recieved the password from www.Mobikwik.Com it was about rs 20, 000/- she asked to tell her the password so that it will be confirmed within few second money was debited from my credit card account. The password was not spelt by me and it got debited from my sbi credit card account.

                                  I have talked to sbi customer care executive they confirmed about the transaction bearing no:[protected]/002416 dated[protected].

                                  I am still not aware where and what purpose the money was taken by mobikwik or their customer.
                                  Kindly track this fraudster from your company or your fraud and cheater customer.

                                  I HAVE TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE AND CHARGE BACK, BUT I DIDN'T GOT ANY GOOD RESPONSE FROM THEM.WHEN THIS AMOUNT WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT I INSTANTLY INFORMED THE ISSUE, THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS BILL IS NOT SETTLED WITH THE MOBIKWIK YET AND IT'S TAKE 2 TO 3 DAYS TO SETTLE, STILL SBI DIDN'T PAY HEED TO MY COMPLAINT AND SETTLED THE AMOUNT WITH MOBIKWIK ITS CUSTOMER, AND THEIR BODY LANGUAGE WAS THAT I WANTED TO DEFAULT IN THEIR PAYMENT.I AM STILL ASTONISHED HOW THESE PEOPLE GOT AWARE OF ME OF HAVING SBI CREDIT CARD, THOUGH I HAVE OTHER BANK CARD BUT I DONT RECIEVE ANY FRAUD CALLS, AND THIS ALL CALLS ARE FROM DELHI PRINCIPAL PLACE OF FRAUD.

                                  Kindly track the fraud customer of Mobikwik, as the oppened mobikwik account after fullfilling all KYC and have all instument to nab the fraudsters.

                                    I have recharge on my airtel number [protected] on 22 july 2019 at 8.32 am but recharge failed and money deducted from my bank account. And till now i have not get back my refund in my bank account. And as written on the help centre on mobikwik app i have contact to operator and bank customer care they told that not any requests of recharge come to them. So kindly please check and refund my deducted money. Transaction id: rj[protected].

                                      I was paying my electricity bill through mobikwik application but after entering my upi pin the page is stuck and money was deducted from my bank account and wheñ i tried to call mobikwik costumer care they not pick up my call. I also contact with mobikwik help section but they still not resolved my complaint. Mobikwik replied to me contact with your bank with your rrn no but when i contacted with bank they said you used third party application so we cannot help you about this matter

                                        21.07.19 iam trying to recharge my mobile phone by using mobikwik. My mobile number [protected]. The transaction is failed but amount is deduct in my account
                                        I contact more time but there is no response they didn't take my call the amount is nearly 398. U r worst service customer service
                                        I totally discouraged about this incident. Please solve this issue

                                        I was trying to recharge to my mobile through mobikwik but i did not get recharged successfully . But the payment amount debited . Still now i didn't get refund amount . Please solve it as soon as possible.
