Mobikwik — My bank transfer from mobikwik wallet to my uncles bank. | |||||
Hey i just added money to mobikwik wallet and i then went to transfer it to my uncle's bank account but when the transaction was completed when my money ws debited i founded that i wrote wrong spelling in the place where my uncle's name should be written but now my money is also debited and money is not transfered because i wrote wrong name i tried contacting mobikwik but they will respond very late and till that time i cant wait fir my money to get refunded really very bad customer support. Really mobikwik doesnt have any means to contact them and they just a system to create ticket and that ticket is getting replied something after 10 days because i did that before 12 dats and it git relkied after 12 days so what can we expect with them... मैने 11 जून 2017 को अपने Mobikwik Wallet नंबर [protected] से एक एयरटेल नंबर पर 349 रू का रिचार्ज किया।
पर रिचार्ज नही हुआ लेकिन मेरे वैलेट से 349 रू कट गये जो कि आज तक रिफंड नही हुआ ।।
कस्टमर केयर के सारे नंबर गलत बता रहे है।।
आप सभी से निवेदन है कि इसका उपयोग बन्द कर कन्ज्यूमर कोर्ट मे इसके खिलाफ प्रकरण दर्ज करवाये।।
*यह एक फ्राड और लुटेरी कम्पनी है*

Hello dear friends while posting you complaint on consumer support please be aware that after posting your complain and if he calls you and asks you to get you registeret mobile otp never ever share the otp...their are people among us who are doing like this asking for registeret number and then asking for mobikwik otp and then they will simply tell you to add money dont do that...
Be aware that if someine calls from consumer complaints really he will never ask otp from you...The posted query on consumer complaints will may get resolve early or late but they will not ask or mobikwik will not ask for same this happned with me and i have again lodged complain to consumer complaints and they are looking to it please be aware...

My num is [protected].a ctually my balance got deducted...bt recharge is not successful...i recharged my bsnl no but by mistake i wrote telenor...so balance deducted bt recharge is unsuccessful
