Mobikwik — no solution anytype of customer complaint

I have 3000+ supercash but i make any trans. Not use this amount than i contact with mobikwik helpline but the helpline no is wrong so i am checking feedback of other customer but i found many complaint against mobikwik but not solution provided by the company please help me

I, Sarita Baid, have paid electricity bill online through mobikwik gurgaon, on 17.11.2017 of Rs. 920 and the same has been debited from my SBI account as well but it has not been credited to the beneficiary account till today?
