Mobikwik — Not credited amount from airtel payment bank

This is venkatesh kc mob no-[protected] i have transferd amount from airtel payment bank on 23.4.17 but it has not credited mobikwik account..
I have transaction id and all.
Actually i made 3 transction on same day 2transction got success which i did 1000rs each transction here am attatching transction id of airtel payment bank kindly find and solve the issues..
And credit 500rs my mobikwick account as soon as possible.

I made a recharge against my JIO mobile no [protected] of RS 303 on 8, april, 2017 amount was deducted from my wallet but my No was not recharged & it is not refunded till now.

There is an extra debt of amount Rs. 688.
I book a ticket & paid though mobikwik & found that there was a extra amount debit.

I tried to make a recharge of 339 on on 13'th April 2017. The payment was made successfully through internet banking but the transaction was failed. So i am here to claim my refund because i had tried to pay through mobikwik wallet.
