I am very upset & dissatisfied with MOBIKWIK services..It Always use to harrass customers..
I have made an online recharge for my Videocon D2h through Mobikwik by online payment on 12th sep...Also the company gave me a message on my mobile that the recharge was done successfull..(Order No.- [protected])
But when I made contact with Videocon D2H with reference to recharge(Consumer id[protected].. They told me that problem is with mobikwik(The company have not paid the amount to videocon & thats y our account is not recharged)..
Then the biggest problem I faced that there is no consumer contact no. for Mobikwik users so the users can contact the company...
I mailed the problem to the comany by making a complaint ticket No.1194383 (which the comapny closed & told that it was the problem of videocon)...
Also company tol to remitt Rs. 230 for the recharge which is not been received by me up till now...
