Treasury Branch, Bhubaneswar account number [protected] in respect of Srinibas Mishra through your payment gateway via SBI gateway with transaction ID as[protected] Rs. 2500 /-,[protected] Rs.5000 /- on 09 December 2014 between 3.29 PM TO 3.32 PM. Kindly intimate the details of transaction company and delivery address of the goods. This matter has been reported to bank and police which is under investigation of Ciber crime department. Please intimate the any information the amount has been fraudulently transacted to the unknown individual. please intimate the earliest. Thanking you. My mobile no [protected].

My name is Akhil R from Vellore. Today I have received a call from mobile no. [protected]. He told me that he is from SBI Bank, Salem Branch. He asked me my debit card details. I told him my atm card details. Txn ID 332327, 332445. ATM CARD details 622XX4914. They used to make a purchase of Rs 500 each on POS WWW MOBIKWIK.COM at 3.30 on 04.03.2015. This was a fraudulent transaction. With the above details I hope that you would be able to know what the transaction was for(probably a bill payment) and in that case you be able to intervene and stop further proceedings of this transaction.
I have a/c in SBI, Singhana Road, Narnaul(Haryana) in the name of Ranjan kumar i received a call from mob no.[protected] of an unknown person on my mobile No.[protected] on 04.06.2015 saying that he is speaking from head quarters of SBI branch Mumbai and told me that your ATM card will be issued within 72 hours as i had applied for New ATM Card in SBI Narnaul on 4.6.2015 and he asked me to tell my old ATM card number and as per his inquiry i gave him my ATM card number.after few minutes i received a message on my mobile regarding Purchase of an item worth Rs.9, 999/- from my ATM card. My bank passbook shows debit entry of Rs.9990/- on 4.6.2015 in favour of POS 943972 WWW MOBIKWIK COM NEW DEL. Please help me AND REFUND ME MY MONEY AND CANCEL THESE FRAUD TRANSACTIONS. My ATM-CUM-DEBIT card no.[protected] and my saving bank account is [protected]
Please today i.e.15/07/2015 at 11.59 AM I received a call from Mobile No.[protected] from a Bank Manager that my ATM card is changed and asked present card No for verification. After giving ATM card No. within 20 mnts at 12.19 noon the person has made a withdrawal of Rs.9990 and the msg received " a purchase worth Rs.9990 on POS 70005454 at WWW MOBIKWIK COM NEW DELHI IND" The person has committed a fraud on me. Kindly

1. Stop delivery of goods to the person and return/transfer the such amount back into my account.
2. Kindly inform the complete address of the person who is committing frauds on behalf of your company. Thanking you.

      After posting my complaint against Mobikwik today, I got a fake call from +91-[protected] with below details:

      Organisation: Consumer forum mobikwik.com customer care

      asking me for my bank card details for cashback against my complaint reported at Mobikwik and consumer forum but after some time during conversation I felt him as a fraud caller also as per true caller app in my android smartphone his number shown as Fake Bihar.

      He told me that he is from Mobikwik, Mumbai having department in Bihar.

      When I googled this number [protected], found many complaints as a fraud caller So all friends be aware from these type of fake callers and frauds.

      I request to responsible authorities to kindly take appropriate actions against this fake caller.

        Mobikwik gave false commitment regarding promo codes and bluff after taking money in advance.

        They sent me a promo code for cash back of RS. 150 with rules. I followed all rules but promo code not working and giving false message that I have used it before but that is completely wrong as per account history. I raised tickets: 1612246 & 1617964 in their Help section on their site also sent mail to CouponDunia <[protected]@coupondunia.in>, [protected]@mobikwik.com, [protected]@mobikwik.com but no response. Worst and most fraud services I faced yet!!

        On[protected], I reported this complaint to Mobikwik team, and on[protected] they replied me that they will credit the reported amount for promo code by[protected] but still there is no credit for that again I reported them but still there is no reply.

        Kindly suggest how to treat this fraud service provider - Mobikwik.

        Got a mail from [email protected] as well as SMS from mobikwik that they have credited the reported amount and I have verified same from my Mobikwik account and it showing that amount has been credited.               I am recharge my tata sky and the Transaction ID is [protected], dt.- 10/12/2014 for Rs.- 1700/- The problem is this that this recharge was shown the validity of 365 days but after recharge validity shown on my Television was only for 07 months.                 On 07-Dec-14, I tried to recharge my mobile with Rs. 300/-, It deduct my money from my account and says that unable to process. That money is added in my MOBIKWIK WALLET, i also tried to recharge with other numbers, but its useless so i logged out.And when i try to log in again after some time it shows error = "Wrong Password".                 Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I hav estill not got any information on the fraudulent transactions. This shows lack of interest on the part of Mobiquik and the credibility of the company. I shall be taking legal action against Mobiqwik if i don;t get the information on the fraudulent transactions. I have been cheated of hard earned money and the company should provide the information and verification of the beneficiary.

                      I have recharged my Mobikwik wallet on 4th december for an amount of
                      8500/- to buy a product in ebay. but while purchasing in ebay I am
                      getting an error of technical failure and I am unable to purchase the
                      product. similarly i tried for snapdeal also. may be my account was
                      blocked. As there was huge money in my wallet I was in a bit of tension from last four days.
                      please resolve the issue as soon as possible. I have already complained
                      through Ticket #1678328 in Mobikwik wesite, but I havent got reply. please do the
                      needful as soon as possible.

                        Respected Sir, I have order an item on snapdeal and pay 441 rupees through mobikwik wallet, This transaction was done on 14 November 2014 but order number was not registered on snapdeal and they told that payment was not successful hence order was not registered and tell me for contacting mobikwik, So i do the same and told mobikwik to refund me, but each time they told me to contact snapdeal but snapdeal have already denied that they have not received any amount hence order was not conformed. This is regarding MobiKwik Transaction Id- CCABK1ADY903 Mobile number-[protected] My Registered email Id on mobikwik -manish.[protected]@gmail.com This is regarding complaints Ticket No given by mobikwik - 1534313, 1536774, 1569459, 1552504, 1539798. Even after so much compliant they are still not giving proper response. Initially mobikwik care told if order was not registered we will refund your amount in 7 -10 business days but it's more then 25 days, and they are not even replying now. Which had been successfully done, after that I tried to purchase few products from Homeshop18, but it was unsuccessful .                             So far Mobikwik customer support team has not contacted me. But the fraud team called me to check whether i have lodged a police complaint...Kindly reverse the payment to the same bank account. I have sent a mail to partners @ mobikwik.com . I dont know who these partners @ mobikwik. I want to crack this fraud racket.

                                  Respected Sir, Iam the customer of www.mobikwik.com, my account is locked by mobikwik, Iam trying to reactivate my mobikwik account i send so many mails to mobikwik till now one response also not came, in that account i have 9000rs, iam suffering daily very much tension, and Sir, yesterday someone called me we are from mobikwik, i want to confirm my details, and they are also asking my bank debit card details, they are asking 16 digit atm card number, expiry date of card and also cvv number, i didnt disclosed my details. His mobile No:[protected] and his name : KASIF, Mobikwik creating the so many issues to customers.And today also at 2:45P.M. called to my mobile, they are also telling that" we are from mobikwik we will send the sms through google account i want to tell the google verification code, i got an sms from google but i didnt tell them the code, if i tell this verification code they will misuse my gmail account, my email address have so many confidentials like bank details etc; and also they are asking send the mails to [protected]@india.com, [protected]@mobikwikindia.com, And their Cell No is: [protected] and iam asking them their names they are not telling, just they are telling we are from MOBIKWIKYou want to tell who is the original people and duplicate people iam not understanding, I UNDERSTOOD that the mobikwik is not giving security and also privacy to the customers, iam very disappointed regarding these issues!!!So, THE MOBIKWIK team to resolve this issue immediately and reactivate my mobikwik account with the amount of 9000rs.                                   i have recharged my mobile number but recharge is not successful as confirmed by my service provider . I am sharing the required details below Transaction Id [protected] Transaction amount 700 ruppey email id - [protected]@gmail.com mobile number - [protected] Please do needfull as this is not a small amount for me.

                                  i have also registered a complaint ticket but they are not repling on the same .. please do needful.
