Respected Sir, Iam the customer of www.mobikwik.com, my account is locked by mobikwik, Iam trying to reactivate my mobikwik account i send so many mails to mobikwik till now one response also not came, in that account i have 9000rs, iam suffering daily very much tension, and Sir, yesterday someone called me we are from mobikwik, i want to confirm my details, and they are also asking my bank debit card details, they are asking 16 digit atm card number, expiry date of card and also cvv number, i didnt disclosed my details. His mobile No:[protected] and his name : KASIF, Mobikwik creating the so many issues to customers.And today also at 2:45P.M. called to my mobile, they are also telling that" we are from mobikwik we will send the sms through google account i want to tell the google verification code, i got an sms from google but i didnt tell them the code, if i tell this verification code they will misuse my gmail account, my email address have so many confidentials like bank details etc; and also they are asking send the mails to [protected]@india.com, [protected]@mobikwikindia.com, And their Cell No is: [protected] and iam asking them their names they are not telling, just they are telling we are from MOBIKWIKYou want to tell who is the original people and duplicate people iam not understanding, I UNDERSTOOD that the mobikwik is not giving security and also privacy to the customers, iam very disappointed regarding these issues!!!So, THE MOBIKWIK team to resolve this issue immediately and reactivate my mobikwik account with the amount of 9000rs.
