Hello, I added 200 rs(100rs each 2 times) to my wallet on[protected], but i received only RS 100 in my wallet.Order ID for the transactions[protected] and[protected]. I am bringing this matter to here as i find mobikwik support system to be useless, for the last three weeks i have been getting the same reply that i will be credited soon, you people are not even bothered to read my response.     As talked with the customer care executive, they cannot refund the amount in my debit card account. They asked for the credit card, which i donot have. At the end they refused to refund the amount in my account. Kindly help.

            My money is stuck in their so called wallet. I tried their online support they are saying they had a server problem. When I asked for refund they are asking to wait for sometime and try again recharge. I think they are cheating with me. My wallet balance is Rs 282.

                Hi, I have recharged my DTH service from mobikwik of rs.310 on 15th Aug at 12.30am and I got a message from mobikwik stating your request is pending and we are trying to fix the issue . I called their customer service and they raised a ticket :3335473 on 15th Aug at 1.30pm and they asked me to wait for an hour and the money will be refunded, which dint happen, then I called them again they asked me to wait for an hour for the 2nd time but I dint get the money back. I called them on 16th Aug 3rd time and this time they asked me to wait for 24 hours . I want you to look into this matter and help me getting my amount refunded into my wallet or my bank account plz

                I have transferred money from wallet to bank on 03 march 2017, but transaction did not complete and money has been dedcuted from wallet and its not reflecting in bank account or in wallet, I have raised a ticket on the same day and have been responding to the same ticket, but there is no response for this till today, tha ticket status is still in progress, when will you reply or when will you update the wallet?                 Recharged Airtel DTH of INR 199 (One Hundred Ninety Nine Rupees Only) on Feb 13, 2018. Amount got deducted but recharge not done nor has amount been refunded. Reference ID is LF[protected]. Debit card of HDFC Bank Limited had been used for the transaction on Feb 13, 2018 around 11:30 a.m.

                Mobikwik does not have a dedicated Customer support, and so the customers can't track/followup any of their loses or bad transactions. Its an irresponsible app where the users have no clue where and how the loses can be claimed.

                I have made a transaction a long time back and waiting for a refund, raising a query several times in the app Help section, but as many as you raise they set status to RESOLVED, without intimation nor any resolution. Now it is more than 20 days and no clue whats the status. Lost my 2K. They are clearly a money minded fraud company.

                *Please do any Transaction for large amount, if so, then you are in risk !!!

                              i added money twice in mobikwik.but money is not added in wallet but my bank a/c debited that amount. so where is my money now. transaction ref no-IGW0190003 AND IGW0205165. SO PLEASE ADD MONEY IMMEDIATELY OR REFUND IT BACK, BUT DO NOT DELAY.
                              Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              My SB A/c **********02031 is debited for Rs. 3000 on[protected] by Debit Card Swipe. I didn't get money in my mobikwik account i want reply from u as soon as earlier. Thanks.

                                I have add balance to my wallet, but the payment is stopped due to some security reason(said by mobikwik). 5 times i have send send copy of my voter id card to mobikwik. But they did not update my wallet balance. So, i reqest u to plz corprate and update my wallet balance I also attach payment details mobikwik id-jitin.[protected]@gmail.com contact-[protected] please contact me as soon as possible.

                                  I initiated a bill payment on 23 June of Ndpl. I visited this website and tried to paid bill. They put my transaction on hold 2 days and did not pay my bill. Bill amount is Rs6980. They asked for the driving license proof to complete the transaction. I sent it 4 times, no body replied. I sent my email for any response, no body replied. Now I have plenty on bill. I don't have money to pay it. They are not replying. I don't know where is my money. What should I do now. Ndpl people can stop power supply at my home. Can someone help me please?

                                    Rs 6640 deducted from my account but payment was unsuccessful after that used wallet balance for other payments. balance deducted from wallet and shows payment successfull but actually payments are not done. kindly resolve my problem its a very big amount
