Dear Sir, Today i have recharged my mobile no [protected] from Rs 250 through my account user-id shubham.[protected]@gmail.com but the recharge has not been credited in my mobile account. The transaction was successfull and balance has been deducted from my mobikwik account, i have raised a ticket in mobikwik website but i haven't got any response yet. Ticket no is #893040. As talked with the customer care executive, they cannot refund the amount in my debit card account. They asked for the credit card, which i donot have. At the end they refused to refund the amount in my account. Kindly help.
