Hi..! This Sushant. I have created a wallet in mobikwik and also made a payment of rs 60 by using my bank of india account. Whenever I want to recharge my account that is not happening. I think it's fraud company cheating the customers. please take some needful actions... Was this information helpful? | |||

I recharged MY TATA Indicom no [protected] via Mobikwick, Transaction Id [protected] on 03.01.2015, But till date my same recharge not done. And deducted from my bank A/c ..

i have done 120 rupees recharge on [protected] on 20/01/15. it was shown in my history but it was not added in my wallet. my transaction id is [protected] transaction amount is 120 rupees, my registered email address is [protected]@gmail.com, my phone number is [protected].

TICKET #2137886 and TICKET #2128483 both is for same issue. These tickets were logged on 5the feb. and 6th feb. But still not resolved.
I recharged my Airtel mobile number [protected] for Rs.210. I got the recharge notification but recharge is still pending and the recharge amount is still not refunded to my wallet.
Please resolve this as its been 9 days and the ticket is still open.

Recharge was not done.The msg received was TRX ID [protected] for Rs330, [protected] for Rs 129 & [protected] for Rs 440 is pending.i[censored] do not get the recharge today the amount will be refunded to your wallet automatically but nothing has happened yet.
