        - payment made, valid transaction id, money deducted from bank. - the merchant(Airtel) did not receive payment even after 3 weeks - Mobikwik has NO customer care at all - The online support ticket system is BROKEN. Press submit on the support site and NOTHING happens - The management clearly has ZERO confidence in their own business which is why they don't even have a support system forget a customer care number. - Hopefully a foreign payment company comes in soon and takes market share from these losers like taking candy from a kid.

          On 12/12/2014 Wallet Debit to coke2home.com Transaction Id CCABL1AFW480 payment was made but coke2home haven't receive the amount .Mobikwik has given not reply and not given back that amount.this is totalyfraud . also they doesn't have any direct way of contact .

            Hi..! This Sushant. I have created a wallet in mobikwik and also made a payment of rs 60 by using my bank of india account. Whenever I want to recharge my account that is not happening. I think it's fraud company cheating the customers. please take some needful actions...

            Hi All,

            TICKET #2137886 and TICKET #2128483 both is for same issue. These tickets were logged on 5the feb. and 6th feb. But still not resolved.

            I recharged my Airtel mobile number [protected] for Rs.210. I got the recharge notification but recharge is still pending and the recharge amount is still not refunded to my wallet.

            Please resolve this as its been 9 days and the ticket is still open.

                mobikwik is the most dormant site i have come across... no costumer care person is replying... i have mailed, messaged, done everything... but these ppl dont care at all... i I have not received any reply from your side for my transaction no. BMBK[protected] what is the reason for your non responsiveness ????????                     My initial wallet balance is rs. 4. i got call from [protected]. they said as call from mobikwik, they asked me to tell the transaction number i said to him. after that my wallet balance is 0. they transfer money rs. 739 to [protected]@india.com. I got confused when will i get my refund amount of 739. this is fraud call or mobikwik customer care?? they said ticket number as[protected] reply as soon as possible.                       i transferred an amount of Rs.10, 000/- from my SBI account to Mobikwik wallet for my purchases .details given below. Txn Date : 03-Dec-14, Description .:TO TRANSFER-INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd--, Ref No./Cheque No: CCABL1ERW160IG00GTZMF2 Debit Amount:Rs.10, 000.00 but very pathetically it gave a message it has not added to the wallet. I filed a complaint in that site with ticket no:1647860(on 03.12.2014, time:18:37:21). They havent resolved. i got a regret message from them on 8th December 2014 telling within 3 days(by 11th December 2014) they will resolve the issue. They haven't informed anything till now. Now, whenever i try to sign in, there occur log in problem. My amount has been there for last 10 days and there is no reply from them.                                 Sir The mobikwik have debit in my south Indian bank account trough internet banking but the amount does not credit in to my valet.so that i lost the money that i tranfer in to mobikwik valet. I have to re-fund my amount in to my account My acount no of south indian bank is [protected] The secont last transaction of 51 rs does not credit in to my valet ( in the screen shot)
