Mobikwik — regarding refund of returned product from cromaretail.com | |||
This is regarding an order purchased from croma retail and payment done through mobikwik wallet on april 28th 2017 and returned the product on may22nd 2017. From croma side they have returned money back to the wallet on june 6th 2017, time: 14:47:46. Till now i havent received my amount. When i contact croma team they are saying the refund has been done but i didnt receive my refund in the wallet. Croma team is saying to contact mobikwik team. I have raised complaint but i didnt receive any response from them. I made a payment to Quikr via Mobiwik. The payment got failed and cash Rs 18260 is returned back to Mobiwik Wallet. Even after so mails they are not ready to transfer cash back even to my Source Account. They are asking me to transfer via app which charges me 5% which nearly comes 1000 Rs. Its so pathetic and fraud activity by Mobiwik.
