The reimbursement has been sent from indian railway. But still i have not received the amount back in my account. Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I book an online ticket for journey from guwahati to sibsagar for[protected]. but on 30-12-17, , I got the message of cancellation from the operator. till date I dont get my refund amount. when asked the operator/ counter, they said that it will be reflected in the a/c within 7 days, bt nw it almost 1 mnth, I font get my money.
