Yesterday i installed mobikwik app and logged in and recharged my wallet with 10k and after that i transffered 4k first later a few minutes after again transffered 1k again to my saving account central bank of india remainining was 5k in the wallet and again i thought to transfer 5k to my saving bank account but there occured a message that is (there is only 5k limit per day to transfer ) so i just got exit from the app and again when i opened the app the wallet was having 0 balance .The amount was deducted automatically from my wallet so please check for the inconvenience happend ...

    I added Rs 200/- in wallet on 23rd-Nov. Today I checked my wallet and no amount. I shocked.

    Tried to reach customer care number and non of the numbers are working.

    This is really a worst service from Mobikwik. Now I am really worrying on why I joined Mobikwik?

    This is really serious matter, Add my money to wallet immediately.

      Today[protected] i added rs 6000 in my mobikwik wallet to transfer money to some friend. After adding money when i tried to log in my mobikwik wallet it showed user disabled without any reason. I tried to call the costumer care but no one answered the call and after some time the route was busy. My account was registered with only mobile number and not email. I cannot post my phone number here due to security reason. It would be good if some official reach me for more information. I would like to get refund of my rs. 6000 in my bank account. I was not expecting this kind of service from mobikwik. Kindly look in my matter and solve my issue. My wallet no [protected]

        I am not using mobikwik wallet account since couple of months and having balance of 0. Even then, i have received the following message yesterday:

        "rs. 1000 is due for payment on account of an inaccurate bank transfer. Add rs. 1000 more to your wallet by 5th dec 2017 to clear your dues and avoid legal action. For clarifications, email us at [protected]@mobikwik.com."

        I tried to log the ticket to permanently close my mobikwik account but getting standard reply that "we understand that you want to delete bank account details of the beneficiary. We would like to inform you that bank account details can not be deleted once added to your wallet." after re-opening the ticket two times, now i am not able to login into the account.

        Asking the user in such a way to add money to the wallet is totally unfair, when there is no notification sent to the registered email id or to the mobile app.

        I tried contacting mobikwik customer care support at +91 [protected]. However, the IVR is saying that they are in process updating their system and contact center details. You can currently reach out to Help section through online web site or mobile app. And, I cannot do so as they have disabled my account.

        I suggest you to log a ticket to disable the account and stay alert for any notification from their end.

            I tried booking an hotel on makemytrip through mobikwik. My mobikwik wallet dint have enough funds so i tried loading the necessary 11, 000 using my debit card. My card has been debited of 11, 565/- but my mobikwik wallet has not been credited. It's been 20 days since this happened and hasn't been resolved yet. Mobikwik has no customer care center and they don't even take complaints from customers.
            Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            This happens with everyone. Such a fradulent site. Should challenge them legally. We shud teach them a lesson.

              Hi i am trying to contact your customer service but i did not get any response in the last 12 hours i made a bus booking from hyderabad - pune on november 26 21:50. I got the confirmation that bus is booked but when i am in the boarding point the bus has arrived but the bus contact person said that my reservation is not made for that bus and they are saying why did i book through mobikwik due to that i had to miss the bus to pune and i was unable to attend the office i need to speak to one of your representative about this situation.

              If this is not responded i will try to publish it in my twitter account/social networking about my situation which caused so much inconvenience to the passenger i want to get to your attention to avoid this for any future passengers.

                I tried to book a train ticket from irctc via your payment gateway (Mobikwik, bank zaakpay) on 13 november 2017. Transaction id [protected].
                The ticket was not booked due to technical error. However the amount was debited from the bank account and no refund process has yet been initiated. We tried to contact mobikwik but the contact no is unavailable. Seems many consumers have similar complaints about the site. Pls look into this and resolve the issue. Thank you

                Planning to file a case. Shall deal with this legally. Gtta teach them a lesson
                Mobikwik is a fraud site. People be careful. Do not choose their gateway for any payment.

                    I recharged on 11 november 598 rs on mobikwik online, before recharge i was called customer care, and conformed, if i online recharge 598 rs, i getting 300 rs cash back my account. That's way i recharge 598 online, according mobikwik police, whoever recharge more then 598, they getting 300 cash back. But still amount not add my account, even i complaints mobikwik customer care, but they not response me proper way, that 's i want raising complaints here, plz refund my amount.

                      I have made a transaction on mobiwik app to recharge to my jio no and amount has been deducted but recharge not done, and tried to log a complaint in help center as suggested but no use no operator id given and where do i register.
                      There is no customer care no the no which shared that's ivr its only suggest to log it in help center that already tried which is of no use, there is no way out to reach a person to at least to inform the issue.

                            I am ravi shankar gautam. I had some issues with icici bank debit card online payments and complaint to the bank. Some body by name rahul tripathi had called me up from phone number [protected] posing as icici bank employee and asked me share some details of my account in order to resolve issues, some of which i shared after which i got suspicious and stopped. He has made two unauthorized purchases through mobikwik on 18 november2017 on 3.33 p. M. For rs. Inr 1, 250.00

                            I am available at mobile number [protected] for verification.
                            Please refer to my complaint number[protected] to icici bank.

                            Kindly block the purchase so that i can get my money refunded to my account.

                              I just opened my wallet after a few days and then i came to know that my account has been disabled for no reason. Atleast you should inform the customer about whatever you do in their accounts. I dont understand how can such a big company do like this to us. I have money in my wallet.                                 Hello,

                                After purchasing credit i only received an email of acknowledgement 24 hours later. I then purchased recharge of prepaid bsnl and 2 days later am stiil waiting for the recharge on my phone.

                                This is preposterous! This kind of service has an immediacy required. Now i'm trying to contact them and put complaints in form of tickets and again 24 hours later and when tracking the ticket it is still 'in progress'.

                                Now i've written a complaint demanding reimbursement.

                                Please do not use this company!

                                Last night I tried recharging my electricity bill, but transaction failed saying down due to maintenance, today I was trying to login via OTP, OTP comes but whenever I put it says something went wrong. kIndly help

                                      I order pizza twice thru mobikwik on 13.11.2017 at 17:38, 17:50 n got confirmation message from mobikwik n mail from dominos, but i rcvd only 1 order, after complaining to dominos, they r saying that they rcvd only 1 order, i complained mobikwik they r saying from ur side order confmd, so mobikwik asked me to take written from dominos that they rcvd only 1 order, n dominos bareilly is not authorized to do it, nobody is tkn responsibility, blame game is going on. I paid for pizza twice, 230rs each
