Dear Sir,
On 29th January 2016 I tried to add Rs 300/- in my MOBIKWIK WALLET. Some how though the money deducted from my HDFC account (A/c No.: [protected]) but not reflected in my MOBIKWIK WALLET.
My mobikwik Log in Mail ID is : sauptik.[protected]@gmail.com
The REF NO. of the same transaction is :[protected]
My contact No. is [protected]
Please Refund the money(Rs. 300/-) into my HDFC Bank Account(A/c No.: [protected]).

      Sir/Mam,

      As per the rules complaints for fake transaction On 16th Jan 2016 were launched On 17th Jan 2016 that is within 48 hrs. no intimations regarding further progress in the matter is given except forwarding the complaint kindly intimate the further progress in the matter of transaction of rupees 2, 000 of transaction ID 706466 I had requested to stop the transaction being fake whether those were stopped or otherwise. kindly intimate the same on respective e-mail.

          This is in regarding that on 27th Jan 2016, i paid my MTNL bill from Mobikwik amounted RS 964. Bill due date is 29th Jan 2016, & till date on MTNL site it is not reflecting. I have lodged a complaint to mobikwik also as per them they have initiated the same and they want me to check with my operator (MTNL).

          I also sent two mails to MTNL ([protected]@bol.net.in) but there is no revert from there side.


          I am feeling handicap because i don't know what to do now as due date is gone, till date on MTNL site the same bill is showing under unpaid bills.

          Now i want answer from both Mobikwik & MTNL on below mentioned points :

          -who is now liable for surcharge,
          -when i am able to see my bill under paid bills

          I am following up with mobikwik team on 27th Jan'16 onwards...& till date there is no solution of my problem...Yesterday I raised a ticket for the above mentioned questions to them but there is no response from them.

            I had made a transaction of Rs.1545 for payment of ACT broadband bill via mobikwik on 15th jan 2016. While payment, through mobikwik, i chose Sbi netbanking to load amount to mobikwik for bill payment. The amount got deducted fro my SBI account (SBI transaction id: IG0BHSOLL6), but the transaction failed. Now the amount isn't even reflected in my Mobikwik wallet and also payment to act failed.

            The amount deducted from SBI account is still not reversed.

            I raised two tickets with mobikwik, but they are not responding atall.

            I am attaching screenshot of tickets raised with Mobikwik.

              I have created my mobikwik account named [protected]@gmail.com which has been blocked by mobikwik without any notification and valid reason. I have some money also in my account. They enforced us to create mobikwik account by some fraud offers. I am one of the victim who suffered with this problem. I have raised various complaints with the company. But till now there is no proper solution for my problem. now I am bound to act with legally . So please unblock my account as soon as possible otherwise I have to take some strict action.

                        I added money to my mobikwik account from the bank account it appeared in my mobikwik account but later it was not found in my mobikwik account the money was gone but I didn't made any recharge or transaction after adding money to my mobikwik account still though I lost my money in my mobikwik account how do I get my money back to my mobikwik account
                        Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        Same thing happened with me. Checked my Wallet balance (which should be 1469/-) yesterday on 29th Jan, but found it NIL. Have raised issue ticket with them but haven't got response yet. Called customer care and they are saying to wait for atleast 72 hours for the ticket response.
                        So, I will will till 31st Jan and if still issue not resolved, I am going to raise complaint against them.
                        Moreover, I am discovering similar cases against Mobikwik on Play Store reviews as well as this forum.

                                    I have added money in wallet two times that was 403*2=806/-, only first amount is added but the second amount that one is 403/- didn't updated in my mobikwik account till now.                                       My transaction of 3615 rs failed on Book my show when I used Mobikwik wallet on 30th Dec., 2015. The money got debited from my bank account but were not received by BMS. Due to which my 31st night ticket was not generated and my all plans for 31st got shattered. I called Mobikwik customer care for 10-15 times. Every time they kept me on hold for 20-25 minutes and never picked up to call to listen to my complaint. Due to which I suffered a lot of mental tension as 3615 is not as small amount.
                                      Then-after suddenly I got the amount of 3615 rs debited into my Mobikwik wallet on 13th January. (13 days later). And not into my bank account. Who would trust mobikwik again for any of their transaction again after suffering so much in the first one. So again I called them several times to debit the amount into my Bank account. But again no one picks up the call on their customer care number.
                                      They do provide a facility to transfer money into bank account from their wallet at a cost of 20rs for each 500 rs transaction which amounts to a loss of approx 180 rs from my pocket for no fault of mine.
                                      kindly help me with the matter and provide justice.
