Hi Mobikwik, This is regarding the Recharge of Below Aircel no. I recharged from the mobikwik site. According to information on Mobikwik site i should get following plan. For Rs449, Rs 349 TT + 3 GB 3G/2G Data + 399 Local & STD SMS. Data & SMS Validity 60Days. This was clearly mentioned in Your Site. When i checked aircel site, they mentioned it as Website only offer and I didnot get any offer except "Free Local calls for 18 days" which is not the offer i want. It is a mistake from your Side to Mention their Web only offer in Your Website and Misleading me to recharge. I request you to refund my money to my account as i essentially got nothing for the Recharge of 449Rs i did. Following are the details of the transaction. I have made payment via credit card the amount debited from my account but it does not credited to Cheftoon . Why tell me u fake people don't even pick up when I call the customer care. Hold the phone for 20/30 minutes.
