I was using [protected] sim in dongle on 08 Oct 13 from around[protected] hrs after that I checked my balance it was only Rs 2.35 only where as it was 96+.When enquired to exec. Mr Shyam he talks rudely and ignored. He told that your amt is deducted in SMS send by you. Where as I did not send any SMS. I AM USING A PREPAID CARD OF AIRTEL,[protected]. EVERY NOW AND THEN THEY DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY BALANCE FOR NO REASON AT ALL.THIS HAPPENED LAST WEEK ALSO AND I EVEN COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS.YESTERDAY I DID RECHARE AND CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND TOLD THEM TO ACTIVATE ME INTERNET PACK.BUT TODAY MY 42 RS WAS DEDUCTED SAYING I WAS SURFING THE NET.I HAVE A SMS AND INERNET PACK ON MY MOBILE WHICH IS AUTO RENEWABLE. TODAY WHEN I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE FIRST 2-3 TIMES THEY DISCONNECTED THE CALL AND WHEN INQUIRE THEY SAID IT WAS TECHNICAL PROBLEM BUT EVERYTIME MONEY WAS DEDUCTED WITHOUT FAIL.THEN ONE OF CUSTOMER CARE PERSON VARSHA THAKKAR SPOKE VERY RUDELY TO ME.INSPITE OF HAVING SMS AND INTERNET PACK THEY DEDUCT MONEY FROM THE MAIN BALANCE.WHEN WE SPEAK TO THEM THEY SAY MONEY ONCE DEDUCTED CANNOT BE REFUNDED AND YOU CAN COMPLAIN WHEREVER YOU WANT.FROM LAST 5-6 DAYS I AM FACING THE SAME PROBLEM .THEY ARE DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT SAYING ALL RUBBISH TALKS.THEY HAVE CHARGED ME RS.5 FOR EACH SMS IN SPITE OF ME HAVING SMS PACK.IN ALL THEY HAVE DEDUCTED NEARLY RS.150 BEFORE AND 42 RS NOW. This no registered on my uncle whose nae Appasaheb Dhondiram kakade. their is deduction in my mobile balance two times i.e. Rs.10 and Rs.20 fist in last week and second on 19/12/12 Due to mocricket service by Aitrel mobile service. i had already contact him and tell that stop my service before reduction Rs.20 .but their is deduction in my balance again and now Airtel customer care block my number for complaint . so please kindely accept my compaint do action and refund my money.

My mobile number is [protected]. On 12 Jan 13 my mobile balance was rs. 78-). I received sms from airtel @ deduction of rs.75 against value add service download which was not done by me. Then I called 12133 for asking why it was deducted. Customer care executive kept me waiting for 19 minutes for clarification and latter phone call disconnected. Tills the time balance remained was rs. 0.2. Later I could not contact with airtel because of low balance.I request airtel must retutn my deducted balance immediately.
I am a prepaid user of airtel. I have a complaint about the deduction of balance without my knowledge.On 18th January 2013 noon at 12 pm i recharged my airtel number with a 2G offer of rs.125 with 1GB and 30 days validity(TRANS ID[protected]. I got the activation message of the internet of 3.6GB with 30 days validity from airtel. And i started using it. after sometime I came to know that my main balance(around Rs.20) got deducted. Then immediately i called airtel complaints and enquired then they said that its because i used the internet before activation(Ref.no. is CWRCH[protected]).Again I recharged with a voucher of Rs.20 and it also got deducted instantly.Again i called airtel complaints next day then they told me the same thing and assured me that the balance will not get deducted again (complaint Ref.no is CBDMO[protected]). Then on that day (19th jan 2013) by 11:18 am I recharged again for rs 220 and by evening all got deducted.Then also i called airtel complaints but the didnt had a proper solution for my problem and they cancelled the call (complaint Ref.no is CBDMO[protected]).why its so? kindly please help i lost more than Rs.225...
I had recharged for 60 rs. On my number [protected] on 28th January and the next day on 29th January my 50rs . Was deducted and after that everyday 5rs. Was being deducted from my number. I contacted the customer care and asked them for a refund but they refused for a refund straight away. And everyday I call them up but they refuse for a refund. Please help me as soon as possible
I have also been charged with an unwarranted deduction of Rs. 15 six times since the 24th of Jan. The total amount of Rs. 90 has been deducted without even prior intimation of a subscription and i am unable to deactivate/unsubscribe! Plz refund the amount.

On 24th Feb I received a message from Airtel that 12rs. Had been deducted from my balance for some value service which I did not activate on my number [protected] I called up the customer service and the agent over the line spoke to me and disconnected my call and it happened thrice. on 18-5-13 my balance of rs. 140 was deducted. i dont know why? i call several times to customer care but they didnt give positive responce, they say this balance was deducted for browsing. but i didnt do any browsing and secondly i have netpack also. same thing was happened on 5-2-13, that time also balance of rs around 150 was deducted. i want my balance back. please help me.

I had balance of 214 till 21st may next day morning my balance has been reduced to 130. I had called customer care four times they told they will give me the credit but nothing has been credited- if I call to customer care they are not connecting to the higher officials and they just cut the call.
