[Resolved]  Airtel — deduction of balance

I was using [protected] sim in dongle on 08 Oct 13 from around[protected] hrs after that I checked my balance it was only Rs 2.35 only where as it was 96+.When enquired to exec. Mr Shyam he talks rudely and ignored. He told that your amt is deducted in SMS send by you. Where as I did not send any SMS. Kindly look into it and help me in getting my balance back

I bhagwan sahay meena jaipur having airtel prepaid mobile no [protected]. I got a massage 6th July 2014 from 55382 for activating some service and also got a sms from AT-AIRINF showing "Thanks for downloading whats_new service-...". and Rs. 3 deducted from my balance.


Thereafter i called to airtel customer care no 121 form my airtel no. and asked from customer care executive but she replied that " this service was activated from our side only " but it was not done from my side.


Therefore you are requested to please take necessary action at your end and credit my balance Rs. 3.00 again


I hope you will take action against it.

Yesterday, we have an advertisement when we switched on mobile data in our mobile. When I clicked that, Rs.130/- has been deducted. We are facing so much problem with these ads. When called to customer care, the one who attended it gave us response in a rude manner.

I had a balance of 90 or 100 in no. [protected]. And i didnt used my no. For approx 3 months. But when l checked balance it was only 20. i want my balance back. Refund it immediately
My balance is deduct without my knowledge and customer care could not give any support. They could not give any valuable response.

...I had activate no plan...but i talked to customer care they told you activated some service at night 2 am on friday which is not possible. And no one use my mobile.

I user of [protected] is very unsatisfied with your services as well as your customer dealing. Pathetic is the word. I used the 2G internet service of 14 days, which was supposed to end on 30th may 2015 i.e. yesterday. In the morning of 30th may I had a balance of something 98MB left in the data balance, and Rs. 40.20 in main balance. In the evening I checked I just used 38MB, and in the evening after that I went to play. Around 10:47 I made a call of 9sec after which my balance became Rs. 39.95. When I switched of my data pack at 12:00:17 am it showed a notification that your main balance is Rs.0.00. The last thing I was using was whats app.
With no intimation that my data balance is over how can you deduct from main balance, and since the data pack still left in balance, how can you charge up till 11.59.59pm of 30th may. In the night I called 11 times on 198 service to talk to customer service to get the information, none responded in a correct manner, and disconnected the call, only when I got rude and a bit hard over them, was I told that 3.99MB has been downloaded in those 17sec after 11.59.59pm. Now can you tell me, how on earth can that be possible over a 2 G network to download 3.99MB in 17 sec.

Hi, i am a subscriber of airtel hello tune Service & this is giving their publicity on my mobile when any one called my mobile .

They start 3G on my unsupported mobile and deducted my balance,
Can we believe on Bharti Airtel? So many complaints have been seen about unauthorised deduction from the pre-paid mobile balance. Bharti Airtel has cheated with me. I didn't ask for service but the company has deducted Rs. 75.00 from the balance. Screenshot of fraudulent SMS is attached. I have requested Chief Regulator Officer of Bharti Airtel to look into the matter and arrange to credit back Rs. 75.00 in the mobile balance as advised by TRAI but so far no reply. This is a cheater company. I don't know why the TRAI has given so much freedom to this cheater mobile company.

I am the vodafone customer.my number is protected. but recharge is airtel prepaid in online payment.so kindly refund the amount Rs.199 in my bank account
