[Resolved]  Airtel — deduction of balance

I was using [protected] sim in dongle on 08 Oct 13 from around[protected] hrs after that I checked my balance it was only Rs 2.35 only where as it was 96+.When enquired to exec. Mr Shyam he talks rudely and ignored. He told that your amt is deducted in SMS send by you. Where as I did not send any SMS. Kindly look into it and help me in getting my balance back

why are you making me fool for two week . you say that you will be resolve my complaint with in two or three days . but two week has gone .. but complaint is not resolve by you and your . it is show your company image .my no. is [protected] and you contact me from this moblie no.[protected] and when i call back at this no. some other person pick the phone . but no responce from him. plz airtell team and consumer forum resolve my complaint as soon as possible
Yesterday i was frm my mobile no.[protected] surfing internet and all of a sudden Rs. 65/- has been deducted from my main balance account. I already have Rs. 98/- GPRS activated plan for internet surfing, but eventhough such balance has been deducted and also i recd sms tht i have downloaded game for which such balance was deducted.
Frankly speaking, i have not downloaded any games or application. Numerous of time airtel are deducting the balance by any mean.
One more thing to share that there Customer Care Executive are also not speaking to us (198) is dialed.
I want my balance anyhow which has been deducted of Rs.65/- to my account, please.

Airtel Prepaid Service — cheating (deduction of balance)

my self ashok kumar. my mobile no .is [protected]. from airtel.
i recharge the my mobile from shop of amount 225 on 3 may2011 evening . i will get the full talk time from recharge.i use the phone in evening and makes calls.after that my balance is 187rupees in my account. In morning of next day (4 may )at 9:00 am . i checked my balance. the balance is zero. i talk to customer executive. they make me fool every times. they told mether is no detail showns in system of dedution of amount.. theey registered my complaint and tell me it will resolve me in 3 day. but nothing done.then i againe call 198 customer care.but they dont resolve my complaints.. my copmlaint no. is registered in aiertel is cbdcc[protected].but no action taken by them. i call 198 in 11 may the airtelcustomer care line diverted from my phone. i am unable to talk customer care also from my phone . plz do need full

Airtel — GCLUB BALANCE DEDUCTION

Hi,

Every time i recharge my mobile( [protected]) airtel deduct all the money and the text msg came to me in the form like "thanks for downloading guerrilla encounter/ fire bird/ deepika padukon wallpaper from airtel and the charges is like 5,10,15,30,40 and 99. am really fade up and frosted by airtel. there is no one to give a specific reply. Call centers are just like fish market. Please note this complaint on a serious note that its a public hardcore money how can they deduct like this.

today morning i got a message from airtel saying thank you for downloading game from airtel live u have been charged rs.99 & i got deducted rs.99. but in actual i have not downloaded any game. when i called 198 to register my complain he is saying that i am saying lie that i have not downloaded any game. according to their records i have downloaded the game in morning at 01:25 AM. but actually i am sleeping at that time not downloading any game. so i request u to look after this and send my money back in my account.this the third time i am getting deducted rs.99 without visiting airtel live for downloading the game

NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME HAPPENING WITH ME I HAVE REGISTERED COMPLAINT BEFORE ALSO ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO AND I HOPE THIS TIME IT WILL BE LAST TIME FOR ME TO BOOK COMPLAIN.

what the nonsence u r talking. u resolve my copmplaint on 15 jun. either i am mental or you. you dont have any knowladge about my complaint. why you and your team making me fool again and again. i want talk to your senier management. provide me their mobile no.
i was paid only rs.99 what about another rs.30 hen that will be refunded to me...????

I have an airtel mobile number([protected]) and have been deducted 500 rupees without any reason.
And moreover was given totally wrong information by the airtel costumer care.Someone said that your money has not been deducted and someone said that it has been deducted in a call and the other that it was deducted while using internet.
This is not the first time airtel doing any such thing.
I just wanna ask the airtel people that takin small amount of money from citizens makes them rich,are they so in trouble.
Almost evryone using airtel i know is suffering with this problem.
I therefore request Bharti Group to look into the matter.

my balance is being deducted after every minute....i m fed up of these and nobody is there to help me out..........even i m not able to contact customer care.......and i m having more than 37 rupees ..the call is disconnected due to insufficient balance,,,,,,,
Hello,
Its been noticed that there is a deduction of amount from my AIRTEL PRE PAID connection.
15 days before I had recharged my number ([protected]) for atleast 50Rs where I get 43Rs balance. After usage there was a balance of 34Rs, however next morning i found that the balance in account is only 24Rs. Kindly check & investigate on this.

Airtel — Rs.100 deducted with out any cause

I had recharged my mobile on 26/07/2011 by rs. 150/- and today suddenly airtel co. deduct my rs 100/- with out any reasonable cause from my mobile balance, i am a business man so i could not followed it but today i am sure that airtel cheated me .my mob. no-[protected]

Yesterday my airtel prepaid sim balance deduct the amount in 35 rupees about issue of hungama game,
and today my airtel prepaid sim balace deduct the amount in 92 rupees about issue of videos and hellotune services.
I'm called the customer care support and they didn't reply correctly and disconnected and also till not outgoing the customer care call.
Please issue of these and please reback my deduction amount.

Airtel — Balance deduction, Dissatisfied reply from airtel officers

Hi

Today(07/08/2011) my balance was deducted without any prior notice. I came to know about this balance deduction only when i called to customer care today morning this is due to friendship day. Also i want to bring to your notice the customer care executive to whom i was speaking disconnected my call, i didn't get proper response from her. Last year i was able to send message on these days. When i tried to call again to customer care i couldn't reach executive.
I was trying to reach airtel customer care through various number(Friends no) , each one are telling one reason, one of the customer care is telling amount will be credited in 2 hrs. when i called after 5 hrs, executive is telling i cant/wont do it, and your call will be disconnected in another few mins, Their answer was very irresponsible.they are putting call in hold for 30 mins and the call get disconnect after some time. I am using this no for past 8 yrs. I like airtel service than other networks, but nowadays airtel is deducting my balance without any reason, when i complaining about this they are refunding, i don't know what goes wrong.

One of the care executive said that, a message was send to my no before few days. You can very well check the incoming message i didnt get such SMS.

Today there is strick in recharge agent. So i couldn't recharge . My balance is zero. Request u to credit my balance back asap.
