[Resolved]  Airtel — deduction of balance

I was using [protected] sim in dongle on 08 Oct 13 from around[protected] hrs after that I checked my balance it was only Rs 2.35 only where as it was 96+.When enquired to exec. Mr Shyam he talks rudely and ignored. He told that your amt is deducted in SMS send by you. Where as I did not send any SMS. Kindly look into it and help me in getting my balance back

This is been pending for more than two days, can you please expedite.
Please don't reply due to blackout out day, amount was deducted, Please note that, i asking why i was not sent SMS for blackout days.

Airtel Mobile — charged rs.3/- for downloading bw logo all the time

I am the owner of airtel prepaid connection(mobile no: [protected]). I am being charged for downloading bwlogo all the time from airtel live even though I do not try to download it, whenever I recharge my prepaid account rs30/- to 40/- is charged for this and I have complained about this to airtel customer care, they gave me a request reference number CBDOV[protected]. I don`t know when this issue will be solve. Please look into this issue and provide a solution for this.
i was very happy being an aitel coustomer frm many years but lately i am very pissed with this fraud company.i have been activated with FHM services from airtel and they deduct 5 rs everyday from my account.this is the 3rd time they are doing this.2 times i called them up and told them to deactivate the service,it does not appear for a couple of days and then again it comes up.today i tried getting in touch with airtel customer care,they kept me on hold and deactivated the call.and now i cannot get through the customer care no at all.i am surly planning to shift my services from aitel if this problem goes on, as i feel with these kind of experience that airtel has become a company to grab money with irregular services.AIRTEL do something for this no :[protected].
I have an airtel prepaid mobile no. [protected]. Company has deducted Rs. 30.00 from my balance. and not agree to refund my balance. They are saying that this amount can not be refunded. I told that I will port than thay told as u wish.

I want to refund my deducted balance as soon as possible.

when i call to customer care they told me that ur problem will solve in 2 days
but ,they stop my customer call facility
i again call customer care from another no.then i asked what is my fault then they told ur customer care facility will be started in 3 days
till now i can not speak to customer care reprenstative

I had recharged with Rs 149 ( 2gb - 30 days validity ) plan of airtel on 22 Sep 2011 at around 10:30 pm, Transaction Id[protected]. My main balance was deducted with Rs 98 today 25th sep 2011. I called up 198 - complaint no and spoke to many people who are ill trained even to take up a complaint and give me a complaint number. One Mr Vishwajeet told me that I am lying and that I am on 98 plan, I fail to understand how Airtel can be so callous and have such ill trained people manning the complaint dept. I requested him to take up my complaint and give me a complaint number to which he declined. I was told that i was being put on to senior personnel and was put on hold and finally disconnected.

I am sure if Airtel would play such games in a country it will be sued in millions.

I am using Airtel connection with number [protected]. Today i got the message from number [protected] with message that "Martimonials on mobile service has been renewed.You have have been charged rs. 3 for 3 days of service." and after some time company deducted rs 3 from my account although there was not even sufficient balance for this deduction. I have not send any request for that service. When i tried to call 198 i could not succeed. Please try to solve my problem.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I often calling Airtel customercare service for deducting my balance unnecessarly. Without my knowledge they activating some stupid service their own and deducting my balance. If I call they telling we not get any request from ur side and we dont know how it activated. may be some technical issue like. And they not also refunding my money back. So if its goes on the Airtel going to lose ur customers & ur reputation too. My no [protected].If you not take immediate action on this, no way for us, we wanna go towards mobile portability. Please take action ASAP.

Airtel is simply deducting my account balance ([protected]) for no reason . simply they are sending one message saying thata they have deducted sos and so money for subscribing some crap.So revert my money or will have to take some legal action.

Deducting like a silent thief : Sir, airtel is deducting my account balance every day without any information for subscription of Hungamaclub from my mobile No. [protected].They deduct Rs.5 /day for last one week. I cannot stop this service by sending SMS as I do not have any subscription of any services .Airtel is indulge in very nasty and corrupt practise of deducting accounted balances from their customers I hereby request you to take very stringent action to prevent them from looting customers.

Airtel Mobile — Amount deduction for unused data browsing using mobile office

I want to highlight one incidence which has many times happened with me. The AirTel mobile service is unnecessarly charging from my main balace on name of data usage which i have not used. This incidence has occured several times with me and every time i have raised this issue to the concerned team of Airtel. The worst part is their customer care just drops my call the moment i say that i have been charged for what i have not used. Yesterday they have charged INR 190 and when i asked the customer care team they agian dropped my call two times with every call chraged. Third time i called them and i talked to supervisor she told me that it has been charged for data usage which i have not used.
Similar instance happened last month and two months before also. I am totally unhappy with their service and their attitude. I want to highlight this issue to all the mobile users that they should be caraeful from Airtel,. They are behaving as cheaters.

My 30 rupees balance has been deducted from my no.[protected]*(airtel),and when i am calling to customer care then they are saying that you have activated" MITTI KE RANG SEWA" on 18th jan ,when i request them that i haven't activated because my phone is off since last 1 week.
Then they are saying sorry sir we can return your balance because this is not possible.

Can i know for what purpose you are activating this service as i have already register to DND service, so can can this is possible.

Please take necessary action regarding my issue.

I am Kamaraj and my mobile no is [protected].I activated Mini GPRS pack of Rs 5/day on 20.12.2012.
They deducted RS 5/ from my balance and sent an confirmation message for activation of the pack.But after some times I noticed they have charged Rs 100 for using internet.ie my balance got reduced from Rs 142 to Rs 42.When I called customer care no connection was made to speak with customer care representative.I am fed up with their service.I need my balance back.

AirTel — deduction in the balance

My main balance was deducted without any reason on Monday 23rd. Till now it is not been refunded. And i`m not able to speak to customer care executive even. please help me out soon im facing too much problem.
