[Resolved]  Airtel — deduction of balance

I am using airtel card for my phone. i have used it as postpaid for 1 year and now using as prepaid. I never used caller tune facility any time . 15 days ago they deducted Rs.30 from my account and start the caller tune. when I asked for that they says from your phone you have dial some 57878 and so we can't give your money reward back. when I visited customer care center ther was a number of customer who has same problem and to all they answer them we will not give you the money reward back.

i want to see my call history for previous months on internet how can i.

yesterday 02/12/10 at 4:30pm my balance was Rs.138 without making a single call
But after 1 hour my balance turn to Rs.15. I call customer care they told that they didnt know how balance is deducted.so plz take action against it!

charged rs30 for games without my concern
charged Rs30 after a message of one day free trial and will be charged Rs99 per month the message received message was from 54321. and with free trial and ireceived 2nd message from http//gclub.in that Rs30 was charged. I also get calls for some ring tone calls,astology,film stars news etc...

bharati airtel is the no.1 fraud,cheater,liar telecom operater.there technology is too far poor compared to other telecom operater.they always cheats with the custumers .they again fradulently deduct my account balance,i dont know on what basis they recruite people for job in there company,they didt know how to manage the softwares & equipments .all the workers in airtel is uneducated & fraud. i am 100% sure they did not manage,handle 3G services in india .they says that AITEL LIVE & FACEBOOK IS ALWAYS FREE IN AIRTEL LIVE but they charge me also of that .and they also deduct my balance for airtel live even when i am not use that servcice anymore.I request all of not to purchase any new airtel number,they will deduct your balance any time. shame on you airtel [protected]

due to the down network when we i remain on line serveces are activated & amount is un nessary deducted from my acount.on 10/01/2011 about seven services were activated & with out our pemision rs110 was deduted frm my acount, afer contacting customer care ser vices were stoped but amount wasn't refunded, on 16 /01/2011 tsdka live was activated& rs20 were deducted & on 01/02/2011 tadka was renewed & rs 20 were deducted from my acount un nesasarly .cotacing c.c servic was stoped but amount not refunded
Please take nesasary action that i could get mymamountnback

They deducting money without my knowledge & without any confirmation from my number-[protected]..
When i called CC,they told me that i had subscribed service pack which i dont in real.
Just 15 days ago they activated caller tune service without my confirmation & deducted 15/- from my main a/c,when i complaint about that,they returned back 15/-,but this time they are misbehaving.
when i asked them that tell me the proccess of MNP,they completely denied to help me.

I m using my Airtel Prepaid No [protected], I m using this connection as so lon g time & I m facing many time of Deduction Of balance in my Acc/ount many time, then i want to claim against Airtel to giving me my Desuct Balance. if i not Solve my Prob. then I m Switch to MNP.

I am Ramanan.My Airtel number is [protected].I use airtel for the past two months. On 27/02/2011 sunday evening, I e-charge(top-up) Rs 150 for my mobile and then activate internet for Rs 98.Amont top-up for me is Rs 135, for internet deduction amount is 130.
For Rs 150 -amount top up is Rs 135
I select internet plan for Rs 98 but amount taken from my account is 130.
More over i can't able to speak with customer care executive. I need a solution for my problem. Already i sent a mail to customer care but there is no response.
I feel Airtel is best in customer satisfaction,but when a problem arise,Now i analyse airtel needs improvement in customer satisfaction. i hope fully need a positive result

main airtel ka niyamit grahak hun. Main airtel ki gprs mobile internet seva ke saath judaa huaa hun. Lekin mujhe baar baar balance deduction ki takleef ho rahi hai mera airtel no-[protected] hai.aur gprs service activate hai phir bhi coustomer care wale call desconnect kar dete hai aur thik se information bhi nahi de rahe please help me sir.

I m regular customer of airtel my no is [protected] and i have airtel to airtel free minutes but in morning time when i am call to airtel no. then my main balance is deducted by airtel and no any good response showen by customer care.

Airtel company starts useless services to my mobile. Four time company deduct balance from my mobile.
as on 5/03/2011 they start talk friend service on my both mobile phones without any reason e.i. [protected], [protected], when i call to customer care to refund the balance they told, you start the service yourself, i don't understand what to do with the company. Every day Airtel company start service to illetrate person's mobile and deduct their balance and earning huge profits.......A action should be taken aginst this activites of the company......

i am using the air-tel mobile, since last 3 yrs, but from last 2-3 months it's service is not good. yesterday form one of my number [protected] a sum of 10Rs is deducted, saying that "you have been renewd for sub waphwsizzler's subscription service from Airtel, you have been charged Rs. 10." This incidence was repeted 3rd time. when i called to customer care, they replied 1st time , that u r applying it after 24 hrs, so the money can't be given back to u and service is no more form ur number. the 2nd tim they didn't give any response and yesterday they told that i have been downloaded the things, so money can't be returned, but actually i didn't downloaded anything from my handset.
From my another number [protected], the balance of Rs. 30 has been deducted for renewal of Hello tunes, that i am not using.
i kindly request you to see this matter seriously, b'coz many of the customers may get the same problem.

I have been charged Rs. 99 on two consecutive days i.e. total of Rs 198 has been deducted from balance by airtel . When i contacted to airtel customer care they told i had downloaded a java game which i never did and on the very next day they say that the game you have downloaded its subscription is renewed.

I want to refund my balance , i am using airtel connection for many years and using its GPRS Internet connecttion for last 7 months, this time they deducted my balance without any proper reason.

There is daily deduction Rs 5 from my account of Airtel No. [protected] inspite of my subscribing to Voice Cricket Pack. It has been happening for many days and it has happened for the days when my phone was swich off due to my movement to J&K where prepaid phones do not work.

I had complained many a times earlier also and some amount was refunded on request but again the same deduction starts thus embarrassing me and my position.

action may be initiated against the erring company AIRTEL Mobiles soon.

Dear sir,

1- I have issue regarding my deduction of balance for our airtel main account at the time between when stop my all service (outgoing and incoming ) ,when stop my service that time I have main account bal is + 7 rs and automatic deduct near about 5 rs .kinldy look in to matter .

2- as per our talk with your customer care when i was Switch my operator he commit us you will give fist two month give 100 sms and your A2A call charges 1p 2sec , but it is not getting. Kindly look in to matter I have also register complain regarding same issues but still pending

3- Last on my no is [protected] but these number not connect with your customer care number ([protected] ,121 and 198 ) kindly explain why do this.


I hope resolve my issue as soon as possible and I will awaited your positive response.

AirTel — deduction of balance

every time airtel service provider deduct some account from my balance for services i never wanted to be started.......and when i call them there was no satisfaction

i have recieved message saying thank you for weekly subscription on airtel live you will be charged rs. 15
& one more message after 2 minutes saying thank you for subscribing game pack on airtel live you will be charged rs.99
I Have totally charged rs 114 without any reason. i didnt opened airtel live. when i called 198 for complaint he said to wait & kept my phone on hold for 10 minutes and then he put down my phone . Now when again i am calling 198 it is not transfered to any one. it is saying to dial *121*23# to check the balance...
so please help me to get my balance back.
