[Resolved]  Airtel — deduction of balance

I was using [protected] sim in dongle on 08 Oct 13 from around[protected] hrs after that I checked my balance it was only Rs 2.35 only where as it was 96+.When enquired to exec. Mr Shyam he talks rudely and ignored. He told that your amt is deducted in SMS send by you. Where as I did not send any SMS. Kindly look into it and help me in getting my balance back

everytime i recharge my my airtel number. my balance is deducted automatically.i dont use airtel for makin calls and sms. but still i have .25 balance now.thi sis not the first time.My balance gets deducted almost every time. and d customor care dosnot give appropriate help with tis So i have stopped calling the customer care.

I still did not got any refund of my balance which has been deducted ..
I have been using Airtel for last 5 years but never have been cheated like this. Previously it was working as 1ps per 1 sec. But since last 10/15 days it is working as 1rupee per 1 min. More interestingly when I am calling customer care it is guiding step by step & finally in last step it is listened something like this "THANK YOU FOR CALLING US" & the call is ended. Some of my friends are also facing the same problem.

Airtel prepaid mobile — Without information start hello tune seva, & deduct balance.

Hello tune seva has beel started without my information at my mobile no [protected] & Balance has been deduct up to minus 10 rupies. I am surprising if we want to make a call at zero balance then not permitted but airtel can send the balance in minus stage. Its a totaly cheating with me and other custmors.

I recharged my mobile with Rs.175 (1500 local airtel minutes with one month validity) on 9th may.i used it till 14th may n till had 1082 minutes left but they(airtel) expired my minutes.When i complained they registered it and said that they'll contact me on17th but they never did so.n I've been repeatedly trying to call them at 198 but nobody is even receiving my call!!!!!
I'm sick of Airtel eating my money at whim!!!
please tell a legal recourse against them??
I want 2 sue this fraud company.

airtel poreaid mobile service — duduction of balance

my self ashok kumar. my mobile no .is [protected]. from airtel.
i recharge the my mobile from shop of amount 225 on 3 may2011 evening . i will get the full talk time from recharge.i use the phone in evening and makes calls.after that my balance is 187rupees in my account. In morning of next day (4 may )at 9:00 am . i checked my balance. the balance is zero. i talk to customer executive. they make me fool every times. they told mether is no detail showns in system of dedution of amount.. theey registered my complaint and tell me it will resolve me in 3 day. but nothing done.then i againe call 198 customer care.but they dont resolve my complaints.. my copmlaint no. is registered in aiertel is cbdcc[protected].but no action taken by them. i call 198 in 11 may the airtelcustomer care line diverted from my phone. i am unable to talk customer care also from my phone . plz do need full

My Airtel prepaid number is [protected] and I recieved a message from 543211 saying "Thankyou for choosing Hello tunes.you have been charged Rs.30/- for 30 days." I want to bring to your notice that I've not opted for Hello tunes and without my concern they have deducted Rs.30/- from my balance, I have unsubscribed the hello tunes but kindly credit Rs.30/- to my account as they have deducted it for Hello tunes.Thank you.

It is tosbmit that airtel is a froad company .they r taking custemers on ride .they have activated my hello tune for sixth months. with out my consent and deducted rs140 frm my m.no:[protected]

Whenever i recharge my mobile with more than 200 Rs. I want that strict action should be taken aginst the compony and my balance should be returned

I activated my daily internet pack of Rs.5 but without any use they deduce my Rs44 without any use(my number [protected]). Your c.care is worst in all . I am trying to complain to the c.care but no reply from more than 20 days. Reply my complete balance detail of last 30 days

AirTel — Deduction of balance

Dear Sir

On 29.05.2011 at about 19.30 hours my balance of Rupees 331.40 paise was deducted without any rhyme and reason. At that point of time i was using internet package on my laptop through USB port. When i saw that there is minimum usage of balance is left to use my GPRS service i disconnected the internet. But to my utmost despair i was surprised to see that Rs.331.40 was deducted from my balance and i was left with only Rs.00.20 paise in my account balance of prepaid mobile service. Then and there i called the customer care representative on 198 from my number and talk to one Mr. Surojit Kar who heard me at lenght and was unable to give answer to my problem and forwarded me a complaint No. being CBDCC3052945 and assured me taht within 48 hours they will be contacting me and solve my problem and asked my alternative number and i gave him one.
After 51 hours passed and nobody contacted me from airtel i called 198 and talked to one Mr. Sankar kar who heared me at lenght and was unable to solve my problem and transfered my call to his senior Mr. Mridul Nandi who againg heard me at lenght and was unable to solve my problem and transfered my call to his senior and in the meantime my call was disconnected. Again i called 198 and talked to one Mr. Ontu Jana who heared me at lenght and was again unable to solve my problem and transfered my call to his senior and in the meantime my call was disconnected deliberately. And at last again i called 198 and i found one customer care executive Mr. Shiv Shankar Das who heared me at lenght and was again unable to solve my problem and transfered my call to his senior and in the meantime my call was disconnected deliberately for the third time.
sir, i have been harassed deliberately by these executives of Airtel Mobile Service Provider in general and the Company Airtel mobile in particular. I am at great displeasure and annoyed with this whole episode kindly provide assistance and obelige.

AirTel — deduction of balance by airtel

Yesterday evening my balance on my airtel no [protected] was rs 30(approx) but on night when i checked it was less then a rupee, they deducted my balance without any reason please take the matter in consideration as soon as possible

Deducted an amount of Rs.120/- on 27/03/2011 charging the hello tune for 6 months, wheareas I have not informing to customer service of Airtel to activate the hellotune. They have simply deducted the amount without my knowledge. I gave many complaints on customer care but no response. Again on 16/05/2011 Rs.15 charged for same Hello Tune for monthly charges.

You are requested to arrange to return the same amount.

You are also requested to stop them to do this type of activity & arrange to deactivated my hello tune.

I took a airtel recharge of Rs.98 for free browsing. But yesterday morning while browsing, balance was deducted from my main balance instead of dedicated balance. I called up custumer care complaint at 198 and they said it was because of browsing through airtel live instead of doing the same from mobile office. i agreed to it and they gave me mobile office settings so that no further balnce would be deducted.. but again my main balance started getting deducted and when i again called them up they again repied it was beacuse of browsig through airtel live but actually it was through mobile office only....

It is not the first time they are doing all these stuffs. they regularly do this and whenever they are called up they put me on hold for 20-25mints. minimum....

Deduction of my balnce was for around 30 rs.
Dont know what to do now.....
Please help.....
