[Resolved] Idea Cellular & Nokia Lumia 610 — 3G NOT ACTIVATE | |||
I purchased Nokia Lumia 610 a before 3 days back which has an offer of 2GB per month free 3G internet for 4 months. After I got my handset and micro sim activated, I dialed Idea Customer Care to get my free 3G activated. The customer care executive told me that the offer is valid only with the sim cards that are bundled with the Lumia handsets. Both Nokia and Idea are duping the customers by giving insufficient information about the offer. Please take necessary actions.
