Dear Team,
It makes me unhappy to write and report to you about one of your product quality at today's occasion. While sweets and gifts are meant for occasions and surprises, today it has been a bad time for me and totally unpleasant to buy this.
I bought a Cadbury Celebration Special Silk select pack today ( 1st Nov 2023), priced at Rs 350 from Vita Milk Bar and confectionery, Huda Road, Naraingarh, District Ambala, Haryana, PIN 134203.
The pack was in seal condition, when I opened Silk- Fruit and nut today and gave it to my spouse and mother as sweets, it gave pungent smells and the worst taste as if it was expired and inferior quality dry fruits were used. It totally destroyed the moment and was never expected from a brand like you.
