I recently received a Cadbury Celebration box as a Goodie with 5 piece of Dairy milk, 3 piece of Gems and couple of 5 Start Packets.

The quality of none of the Dairy Milk products were fit for consumption and in different shapes though the Box was not damaged which makes it clear that it was not damaged in transit.
I had never seen a Dairy milk in that shape, color and marks which is highly Condemable.
I have also raised it in my Office as it is surprising such a poor quality delivered to high volumes catering to MNC companies.

I purchased a crispello chocolate on 8th December it was in spoiled and non consumable state, chocolate colour was changed and white and green spot on it.its expiry date mentioned as Mar-24, attaching photos.
This is my first bad experience from Cadbury.

today I bought crispello from a shop nearby for INR 35 and when I opened it it was completely covered by fungus also the texture was very rough it had structures like worms in it.
also, the expiry has not yet come
it has mfd MAY 2023

the shopkeeper refused to take it back and give me another piece, It is terrific for a brand like Cadbury products and brand value

I got a completely dissatisfying chocolate from dairy-milk. The chocolate is full of little bubbles on it and holes in it. We unknowingly consume it and suffered a lot. One of our family member suffered from vomiting, loose motion, cough, and high fever. We had paid about 10, 000 Rs for medicine + travel and doctor fees, The doctor fees was 2200 is just for 1 day whereas my family member was there for 2 days on glucose. The fact is that chocolate is still not expired because the expiry date is May 2024. the condition of chocolate was very bad. We suffered a lot and we don't have the bill of the medicine so prescription page is also below so one can calculate with the name of medicine. Cadbury produces 40 crore chocolates in one day one stock. So if 1 crore are like mine so crores of people had to suffer a lot just because of their mistake which violated consumers right. Please consider our problem and request. We want justice for our and other's suffering. The amount I written is very less than our loss, that's why we are expecting a call from you because the loss amount is just a approx without travel and more that's why we are expecting a call from you. We could see this small dots on the some of the dairymilk's we purchased yesterday for 10 rupees. Is it safe to eat? Expiry date shown is August 2024.

The chocolates inside the 5 star chocolate bites pack. All the chocolates we opened had wierd bumps / bubbles and a change in taste
The pack is not expired

I got four celebrations on bhaidooj 14.11.2023 but when I cut celebration ( 15.11.2023) and I cut dairy milk pack I was totally socked, these are not edible. I also gave two dairy milk packet two children they also ate these and they told me It was not good to eat . Now you can tell me that children eats these and if they can affect any harmful diseases will you take responsibility for them?? I complain this matter and I hope you can take appropriate action . And atlast I demand compensation against this.

Very very bad quality & harmful for our child health. Dairymilk it very big brand but first I will show it very very bad quality.

Just bought a dairy milk celebration pack recently, and all the chocolates inside were not what they come in their loose packs.
The chocolate was dry and grainy, not something you'd expect from Cadbury.

If possible, I'd like to get a refund for the pack bought.

Today i gifted this Cadbury celebrations to my friend. When he opened that all chocolates like dairy milk, five-star was rotten, spoiled. After that my friend sent that pic of that celebration. It is very shameful for me to gift this. This completely shows that company is not considering about providing good quality to the consumer.

Dear Team,

It makes me unhappy to write and report to you about one of your product quality at today's occasion. While sweets and gifts are meant for occasions and surprises, today it has been a bad time for me and totally unpleasant to buy this.

I bought a Cadbury Celebration Special Silk select pack today ( 1st Nov 2023), priced at Rs 350 from Vita Milk Bar and confectionery, Huda Road, Naraingarh, District...

The company has not yet resolved the complaint.

They arent giving any acknowledgement regards to the missing pack.

They dont want to accept the pack is missing and not willing to give any response in writing.

Customer executive says i will come and give you 1 piece which is missing..!! Preposterous approach.

The company refuses to acknowledge ans replace the whole pack which they should.

I bought a 6 piece chocobakes of cadbury. But upon opening the pack only 5 pieces were found inside.

Complaint was made and their customer service executive says, i will come and give you the 1 piece missing, but they refuse to provide an email acknowledging that they made this error and that they will take measures to prevent such in the future.

But they are refusing to acknowledge the problem officially.

It seems that there could be a larger problem at hand and they dont want to accept.

We Are Business Partner Of Cadbury. Our Complaint Was For Non Repairing Of Freez Since 6 Months And No One Want To Listen Complaint/Support. Our Dealer And Cadbury Area Sales Manager Also Not Listing. You Are Requested To To Save Brand Image In Customer Brand Company Has To Take Action And Replace Freez On Immediate Basis.

Hello, my Cadbury dairy milk which is far away from its expiry date has mould in it.

I have brought five star chocolates from a shop near to my house for my kid, and i have noticed that the product is full of insects on it. I feel very depressed a lot. The cadbury firm should bare my mental agony. Now a days big firms are playing with people health, if we have ate these in a dark place, we wouldn’t have noticed it. It can lead to the health hazard, i think my government will take a quick action against the firm mondelez india foods (Cadbury india)

Dear Cadbury India Team,

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and anger regarding a recurring issue with your products. I have encountered fungus on multiple occasions in Cadbury chocolate bars, including the most recent one. Initially, I tried to overlook this problem by disposing of the affected bars. However, it has reached a point where nearly every 5 Star product I purchase is defective due to the presence of fungus.

Expecting a swift and comprehensive resolution

Chocolates were spoilt. They had whitish layer on them and the texture didn't seem fit to be consumed. This is very disappointing! Almost every time this happens with me. I used to be very fond of Cadbury dairy milk but the continuous disappointment has developed an aversion from my side.

I have bought a cadbury bournville chocolate worth 100 rupees but half of the chocolate bar is missing i have dissatisfied so much as this seems to be frequent when buying cadbury products so i want to file a complaint

I have received cadbury celebration pack from my brother. All of the dairymilk cadbury were having fungus ok it which can be seen with naked eyes. It was really disgusting to see ani so shameful of dairymilk to provide this type of service. I want compensation on this that's it. Otherwise I'm seriously going to take strict actions against cadbury
