I got a completely dissatisfying chocolate from dairy-milk. The chocolate is full of little bubbles on it and holes in it. We unknowingly consume it and suffered a lot. One of our family member suffered from vomiting, loose motion, cough, and high fever. We had paid about 10, 000 Rs for medicine + travel and doctor fees, The doctor fees was 2200 is just for 1 day whereas my family member was there for 2 days on glucose. The fact is that chocolate is still not expired because the expiry date is May 2024. the condition of chocolate was very bad. We suffered a lot and we don't have the bill of the medicine so prescription page is also below so one can calculate with the name of medicine. Cadbury produces 40 crore chocolates in one day one stock. So if 1 crore are like mine so crores of people had to suffer a lot just because of their mistake which violated consumers right. Please consider our problem and request. We want justice for our and other's suffering. The amount I written is very less than our loss, that's why we are expecting a call from you because the loss amount is just a approx without travel and more that's why we are expecting a call from you.
