Complaint Regarding Contaminated Cadbury Chocolate with Unpleasant Odor

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent purchase of Cadbury chocolate. Complaint for no cream in Oreo biscuit

Please find attached pictures of biscuit purchased from D-Mart Airoli Navi Mumbai.
This is a Jumbo pack and we have received a biscuit with no cream in it.
Attached are the pictures for reference. There were offered to a person and it was very bad impression while receiving the feedback due to non cream biscuit found while having it.

Complaint for product quality and taste

I had purchased a box of cadbury daily milk chocolate worth rupees 1080 from my nearby shop on 20/12/21 for my niece birthday. But I found all chocolate in the box spoiled and looks like some bacteria present in the chocolate.

Dairy milk is my favorite chocolate. I test every new editions.very tasty. But I bought that chilly orenge edition and to be honest, it's the most worst version of dairy milk, I just wasted my 40 rupees. One major request from me is that while you make plain chocolates please provide same taste to every chocolates. Rotten Bournville dark chocolate!!

This is the third time, it has happened. I have purchased a Cadbury Bournville (50% Dark) from a local shop in Howrah, West Bengal. When I opened the product it was ruined, white granulated duplicate substance inside, no 'Bournville' sign engraved in it.

bad odour and smell of product

Well i just bought this dairy milk silk oreo (Red velvet). As i opened it it’s smell was so disgusting and still i thought its something else not the chocolate but as it tasted it also have a bad bad flavour and it was not the first time this happened to me few days before too with dairy milk caramel. It was such a waste of money and i seek justification for this as soon as possible....

white spots on dairy milk bought

I bought 2 dairy milk chocolate from my nearby shop and those were sealed properly but when I opened it I found it moustourised and found some white spots on that. I called on customer care no but these cut my call. My issue is I took care while eating but you can't explain the reason to a child. Eating that may cause food poison. fungus growth on chocolate

I have just opened a diary milk chocolate and i saw fungus growth on that. It is very disgusting. It is a 40 rupees chocolate. Cadbury is not taking enough care in manufacturing the chocolates. This is not the way to manufacture chocolates. I want my money to be refunded. So i want to file a complaint on cadbury for not maintaining proper hygiene.
