      I totally wast my 185 rupees on this ... it smells so bad like rotten food and the taste was disgusting.. not accept from Cadbury to sell these sort of things. Its smell and taste was able to bring gag reflex to any person

        I have received one less biscuit in the packet when I opened it
        in a 10rs pack there will be 5 biscuits but i got only 4

          I bought 5 star from near by store on 09/09/2023 and it was fully spoiled with fungi. The whole batch has same effect and doesn't reach its expire date. cadbury is a world wide company with many customers and this drawback was never expected. unknowingly some of them has consumed sometimes it may effect their health condition.
          i need a good solution for this complaint and the company should be responsible for the problem.this complaint can be informative for others who face problem.

            I Bought a Cadbury celebrations Pack of INR. 100/- on 28/08/2023 from the local shops. Packet was fully sealed. But when I open one Cadbury diary milk chocolate then I was shocked some white bubbles are showing on its surface in all chocolate excluding Cadbury Gems. In this pack mention MSg date May 2023 and Expiry date Jan 2024 and Pack was sealed, So, It was not a expired product which I bought. I request you kindly take some stong action against them and refund the full money .

              Sent Partial order and now not working to solve the issue

              I had ordered a gift hamper on the occasion of rakhi for my sister. When the delivery person came for delivering the package, by seeing the package it was clear that something was wrong.               I purchased Cadbury twice from a local store and found it having a foul oily smell. When I showed it to the store they upfront declined saying the Cadbury has any foul smell. I have handed over the two Cadbury to the store and asked them to show it to the distributor.

                I am from a retail store in Mumbai. Today, 18/08/23, a cutomer purchased Cadbury Dairy Milk Fruit & Nut from my retail store. He came back with the pack showing that the cadbury had worms in it.

                          I ordered a personalizef tin box on 18th July. It was worth Rs 1000. I have still not recieved the product. I have been calling the customer care daily and no one is registering my complaint, they are not issuing refund and they don't know when will the order reach. This is highly unprofessional. The birthday has passed and by now the chocolates would be completely spolit.
                          But the customer care is doimg nothing, they say we will call you back with information but they are not doing anything at all and are acting as if they are not responsible for this.
                          Will never order anything again from this company, really bad service. Disappointing

                            I have bought a cadbury dairy milk chocolate from a local medical store on 22 July 2023. The pkd date on it is March 2023 and it has used by Feb 2024. The product barcode[protected]. When i opened the packet the chocolate is degraded/ spoilt. I am very disappointed in your company. This is not hygienic at all. It tasted bad too. It can cause severe food poisoning. I want an explanation and apology from your company.

                              retailer name is - vivek kumar jain and his shop name is JAIN GIFT HOUSE, deen dayal nagar, moradabad - u.p.
                              complaint - the wizicooler provided by company and distributor, wizicooler is used to chill other products instead of cadbury products.
                              as - PAPER BOAT DRINK, FROOTI, APPY FIZZ, SMOOTH (MILK SHAKE BY PARLE AGRO) and other drink products.
                              distributor and sales person is not taken any action against the retailer.

                                I purchased Cadbury Dairy Milk Minis to give it to kids and to my shock I found very substandard quality of the chocolates. Dry and brittle, peculiar taste, I was almost afraid if it would be infested. We blindly trust your products and it is very disappointing to see the quality of your products drop to this extent. I definitely don't blame the shop vendor as the products I have received from them have been of good quality and if you see in the pics it is well within the expiry date. Sending you pictures of the same for your reference. Please take some action to avoid such disasters.
