Hi, i found a worm and worm eggs in the fruit and nut chocolate i purchased for my daughter from famous bakery in kadirur, thalassery kerala. Pincode 670642. It was really shocking to see the worm in such a branded company's product. I will never ever buy any cadburry product in my life. I will insist my family and friends also to stop buying these kind of chocolates....

I am manish singhi, resident of bengaluru and i had bought 5 dairy milks from patiala (Punjab) on 30th december, 2017. The manufacturing of the product was 05/2017.
It was evening and we were driving from patiala to nangal and was dark. I had gifted this to my 3 year old nephew and he finished one. The 2nd one i opened to have it and were shocked to see the product. It had gone completely dry and was tasting...

I bought a silk oreo yesterday, which had an offer from paytm for ₹100 cashback on movies, printed on its cover. But on opening, i realised that i was unable to read the offer code, due to smudging because of the oil from the silk oreo. The inner cover, on which the offer code is printed has always been sticky and oily from past experiences i have of eating silk oreo. So i am sure the manufacturers knew of this issue when printing the code...

The product was found defective on 01.01.2018.
Just opened the wrapper and it was in an uneatable condition as the color of the dairy milk was different.
Request you to refund the amount and look after the pertaining issue, else i will move to the consumer grievance redressal forum.

Dairy milk choclate is fully affected with fungus. It doesnt seems to be eatable. It has 12 months warranty. But it was packed in 08/17 and today is 12/17.. Just in 3 months how it could be like this. It is wasting the user money. How terrible people will feel when opened a pack and seems it was fully ugly and unhealthy to eat.

I had purchased a cadbury fruit and nut chocolate from a store near my work place. After consuming pieces i noticed a white web like substance on the chocolate so i pulled it out of the packet only to see maggots coming out of it.
I immediately spat out the chocolate and preserved int in a sealed plastic packet as proof.

Your distributor leys traders st. Inez panaji goa does not take orders of less than 10 pieces of each items. We have been taking stock from them for many years now. He is just dumping the stocks on the retailers. Is this the company policy or does the distributor does this at his end. At present we have stopped giving orders for bigger chocolates, as the stock will otherwise just pile up. Request you to kindly sort the matter out....

Purchased a cadbury celebration, just after opening one of the pieces, the chocolate was in powder form with a real wierd taste and smell. Even though the expiry date of the chocolate is not over yet but looking at it, seems as if wrong manufacturing date is given. It's really shocking to have such an experience. I visited mukteshwar, andhra pradesh and bought some cadbury dairy milk chocolates from there. All the 8 10 rupees chocolates are in bad condition and the expiry date hasn't even crossed yet.
Forget about the 80 rupees, thank god i haven't gave them to the children there.
Kindly check the product batch before you distribute it. You are a well known company, people value your product. So, kindly avoid negligence when you are...

I bought a cadbury silk oreo chocolate today 25.11.17 with batch no[protected]. After opening the packet, i am surprised to smell this product as it stinks badly. It seems it spoiled and seems like very oily. And it also tastes too bad to eat. My throat starts infecting after eating it. If something happens to my health i will go to govt. Authorities.

I am writing this complaint to inform you that today I bought a 10rs packet of Cadbury Shots. As I remember the ad they used to show that "2rs ka 2 laddu". So I was expecting 10 shots in the pack, But as I counted before eating they are only 9. And I am so disappointed. I wanna ask that in all 10rs packs is 9 shots are their or 10?

I purchased cadbury bournville rich cocoa chocolate from spenser's allahabad on 18 nov 2017.. I opened the same on 23 nov 2017.. The chocolate was spoiled.. Looked like very old & breaks like powder.. But the packed date was 10/2017.. I don't understands why it was like that.. When it was with the expiry date... I bought a pack of five star and it has twenty pieces and the price is 150. My friend also bought the same one but in pieces and each one cost only five rupees and she bought twenty pieces for hundred and the piece looks bigger and tasted better. I feel that i have been charged fifty extra and they have cheated me. I never expected such a company to cheat like that and next time i have to think twice before buying a product from cadbury....

I have bought a box of dairy milk which contained 56unit of 12.5gm each of chocolate. Its code d70316 b1. Its manufacturing date is 16/03/17. It is not expired and it has sawtoothed beetles (Sureri) inside the chocolate. Its taste also changed. Cadbury is a well known brand and we trust it blindly. We nvr expect such things form cadbury. Send your supervisor to check the box and chocolate....
