Hello,
I am manish singhi, resident of bengaluru and i had bought 5 dairy milks from patiala (Punjab) on 30th december, 2017. The manufacturing of the product was 05/2017.
It was evening and we were driving from patiala to nangal and was dark. I had gifted this to my 3 year old nephew and he finished one. The 2nd one i opened to have it and were shocked to see the product. It had gone completely dry and was tasting like rotten food.
Immediately, we gave a lot of water to my nephew, assuming it might reduce the effect after having. I have kept the bar safely and had taken image immediately.
I wish to ask, what action would cadbury take on this and what cadbury would do about it. We are very regular customers of cabdury and since 30 years, this is the first time we got this issue and really taken aback.
Look forward to resolution.
