Dear cadbury,
Yesterday i bought a couple of pieces of dairy milk silk oreo, 60g (Code 7051, mfg. 05/17) (Bar code[protected] yesterday. On opening the pack it was smelling like kerosine oil.
It happened few days ago too but i thought it's delusion. But again it happened yesterday on opening the pack. I request you to review my complain on priority.

    Dear sir/madam,

    I purchased a cadbury oreo silk on 17th of september 2017 from a general store in borivali west. When i opened the wrapper, the paper over golden chocolate wrapper was completely drenched in oil. It smelled terrible and tasted pathetic. I just had one bite, but i have kept the part of chocolate as proof. It is my favourite chocolate and now it saddens me as everytime i buy this chocolate, it'll be a risk.

    This is two times in a row. Cadbury dairy milk silk oreo catches up a weird oily greasy smell making it impossible to eat. Do something about it.

        Hi,

        I bought cadbury bournville rich cocoa (45 inr) code: 170217c ; pkd: 02/17 on 15th sept 2017 from agarwal provision store, amrapali zodiac, sec -120 noida.

        Chocolate was eaten by insect (Pic for reference along with all details) and it was smelling like a rotten egg.

        It was terrible to even hold in your hand.

          We purchased your new launched product dairymilk in lickables. We buy 2 cups of it but there is toy in only one cup another chocolate cup is empty as my son he is only 5 yesrs old and fond of this chocolate because of the toy as his cup has no toy so he is very sad. Iam sending you the picture of cup also. Pls take my complaint seriously because it is not matter of a toy but the emotions of a child with it.

            I buyed a dairy milk choclate near t-junction bandra and when i opened it was of pale white colour and i asked the shopkeeper to change it at first he rufused do so by saying that now the chocolate comes of this colour and then other costumer who was there came in and said it does not comes like this and then after some arguments with him he said that this will not be changed for him by the distributor and he changed it for me but again the other chocolate was same. Both of chocolate were with manufacturing date of 07/17. I do not understand how can the colour be changed within 2 months from manufacturing.

            When i opened my dairy milk silk, oreo i saw that the wrapper was drenched in an oily substance. The smell of the oily substance was pungent. I have not opened the white wrapper as i think that the chocolate from inside would be spoil and so that i can open it in front of you. i either want an replacement or refund.

He assured me that will be getting the pay out but now suddenly the they are telling that i have not achieved the target and will not receive any payout but i am having all the bill which i showing the achievement of my target.

              Now i am worried how this kind of big companies can cheat us.

                This 264gm box i purchased from a store in delhi. I live in the uk and have just opened to find out that the chocolate inside has deteriorated. It has a funny whitish texture and is very crumbly.

                The batch code is y70518b packed on 05/17. The box says the expiry its 10 months so well within the use by date. Should i contact the office here in uk or i can be sent a replacement or refund.

                  This is the second time i am having cadbury oreo. When i had it for the first time i thought that something is wrong with the pack. But due to my faith on cadbury i bought it for the second time. That foul smell and oily texture disappointed me tremendously.                       Last week we bought 3 oreo silks which was distributed amongst us. My younger brother was travelling and on his was he wanted to eat but found some oily smell in it. He ate 2 piece of the chocolate and puked. Later i was about to eat mine, the wrapper smelled of kerosene, and the chocolate was drenched in it.. We still have the third chocolate which also smells the same. My concern is what is anyone o[censored]s would have fallen sick. We are grown ups so we didnt eat but my younger brother who is fond of it, ate and puked after just two pieces. How irresponsible the manufacturing department could be. And what about us trusting the product. Aldo the money on three of these chocolates that got wasted.
                      Everything is a concern from health to money to trust. Do look into the matter

                          I opened dairy milk crackle chocolate and found fungus on the chocolate. Bought it from a shop nearby my house.Disappointed and not expected. Been a customer since way long.Hope you will look into this matter.

                            Very sorry to say but i never expect such a hopeless response from a multi national company like cadbury india.
                            I have inform you both by email and telephonically that both the cadbury maha pack price 40 rupees each are found to be fungus infected. And in response you informed me that your representative will visit to check the item. But till today none of your representative came to my house yet.
                            It looks like your company is behaving like a hawker who has no responsibility of his product after sell.

                            Response to customer through mails and calls will not be addressed effectively. Please file a complaint with your area District Designated Officer (Food Safety) to look into your issues
                            The cadburies that I bought a few days ago have this white, spiny mould on them. I asked for a recompensation and was told that an inspection of the product would be done. No one has come yet and I am extremely disappointed.

                                Dear sir iam the retailer my shop name =jaya general store, kaushambi, gzb, i took the rich dry fruit collection gift pack and silk miniatures gift pack. Near about rupees 35000 in october 2016 and its expiry date is from 9months from date of manufacturing. When i was purchasing the gift packs distributor promise me that he will replace the expiry material or provide me some other material of that amount. But know he refuse me. I asked him many times to replace it but he is denieing of his words please provide me the solution of this matter as soon as possible. I bought from hindustan agencies, gzb.                                     I have bought a cadbury silk oreo on 8th of august 2017 from a nearby store but after having opening it smell like some kinda oil something even i afraid to taste it. It was the first time we had such a bad experience with this cadbury i have the cadbury piece as a proof and i go to the shopkeeper for this thing he told me to contact to customer support so i registered a complain on 9th august and i was told that it has been replaced within a weeks time but still after 15 days i havent got any call or replacement.
                                    Called up your customer care thrice but every time they said wait for 2-3 days, i want u to take some strict action against it and find out the reason of this smelly bad taste of oreo cadbury silk oreo as have read and heard of this same problem with many before complaining it to u and m sure u would have had such kinda complaint before.
                                    Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Customer care team will not solve this issue. Please contact Designated Officer (Food Safety) of your area and lodge a complaint along with the evidences you have.

                                    We had got Silk Bubbly and when opened we found worm and insect inside the chocolate. Have necessary proofs for the same.
                                    One of my kid already ate a piece of it and I am worried if anything could happen to him.

                                      I bought a 10rs diarymilk.. I have bought many diarymilks before and have not found such a problem.. the chocolate had some fungus like something over it and it tasted bad.. So i wish to contact with the diarymilk company authorities for this !!

                                        Very sorry to say but i never expect such a hopeless response from a multi national company like cadbury india.
                                        I have inform you both by email and telephonically that both the cadbury maha pack price 40 rupees each are found to be fungus infected.and in response you informed me that your representative will visit to check the item.but till today none of your representative came to my house yet.
                                        It looks like your company is behaving like a hawker who has no responsibility of his product after sell.
