Dear sir, your billing format not good, you description goods show box packing & weight (In gm), and billing amount direct cases, how can search any product of 1 case... Many qty?
Distributors look one by one case learn top, than wright the bill... Pcs of case

Just example - cdm 25gmx40u flow pack, batch-1a70512 qty - 1c/s amt-6331.72, how can search this product mrp & qty.in under of cases.

Kindly sir, billing formate update.. Very difficult presses your not mention any pcs rate & any case o[censored]nder qty.

    Craving for a chocolate, I bought my favorite #cadbury and munched happily. I was about to take my last bite and saw a live worm inside the pack !
    Yes, you read it right ! A Live worm !!!
    I bought this chocolate from a store in Pune, was not expired or anything. Below are the pictures I could take in a shocked state of mind!
    This is NOT expected out of a global brand like Cadbury!
    And what worries me more is that this is not the first time it happened.. We all remember what happened in 2003 in Cadbury chocolates Maharashtra !!
    Sincerely hope this would be dealt with utmost seriousness !!

    I had purchased six Cadbury Dairy milk. Three of them are in non eating condition I mean faulty. Next week m gonna lodge a complaint at FDI.

I would like to inform you that i have used to enjoy a cash discount of 1%and payment side of 7 days from billing through m/s r. K. Agencies mandore road, jodhpur. My average purchase of the month is around 40 to 50 thousand per month i also enjoyed pushing your product at my own. But now a days the distributor refuges to provide any cash discount or payment side. So it's very difficult us to pay cash in advance and hold the stock. So kindly do the needful

      Today on my way back home i bought 3pcs of dairymilk oreo chocolates. I checked the expiry date on the product and bought it. I went home opened one of them and it tasted like machine oil and smelled disgusting. I have all the 3pcs in my fridge. The production date was 5/07 and it says best before 12 months from packed date.
      When i had open the dairy milk product. It was not proper in taste as well as in look. i am attaching the image and the expire date of the packet is also proper.

        I have bought a cadbury silk oreo on 11th of august 2017 from a nearby store for my wife but after having the first bite it smell like some kinda oil something very bad in taste rotten like it was the first time we had such a bad experience with this cadbury i still have the remaining cadbury as a proof and i cant go to the shopkeeper for this thing so want u to take some strict action against it and find out the reason of this smelly bad taste of oreo cadbury silk oreo as have read and heard of this same problem with many before complaining it to u and m sure u would have had such kinda complaint before also the batch no of it is i70316 b1 plz look after the matter.

        We bought a pack of Cadbury celebration and those chocolates are not suitable consumption. Small egg like structures are there in chocolates, by mistake we consumed some of a them and fell ill .Thereforest to pay the attention towards this case and improve the quality of the chocolates.

        In shalimar garden we open a new shop one salesman come and said he is the promoter of cadbury and wear cadbury t-shirt and take order and payment and said give me one empty rack and then no given any products and ran away.

Bt still there is no response received from your side... I have called 3 times in the consumer care and everytime all i get to hear from your excecutive bhagyshree that i have forwarded the complain to the sales department... Its been 1 week still i havent received any call from your respective department.

            Sir i previously complained about it through call but i get responce after 4 days the sales person came and affering us 2 chocolates to hide the case.. Sir i brought 10 chocolates of approx 500 rs.. My small brother ate that and become sick.. Who will pay this..? Why it was like that even before the expiry date.. Is that was a right way to send sales excecusitive for discussing this by giving us two chocolates

              I purchased 1 dairy milk silk oreo on 07 august 2017. First chocolate opened had a taste of machine oil in it. We kept it in refrigerator thinking that it might be because it was melting, but after an hour of freezing, it still tasted like machine oil. We bought the chocolates from a vendor nearby our home but he did not return it back as reason he given to me that its open i am attaching here pack photo for batch no detail you required
              However, it was tasting like machine oil, so i kept the opened one for proof.
              Kindly take appropriate action and fulfill my damage.

                  Cadbury is one of the oldest confectionary company in india and we believe the chocolates made here are really tasty. But for our surprise we found that cadbury oreo bar chocolate tastes machine oil taste. Was shocked. Today that is 8th of august 2017 i bought 3 bar chocolate of cadbury oreo as my kids prefer it but after having a machine oil smell now i 100 percent hate to buy also ill ask all. My friends and their friends to avoid buying this particular product. As an educated person people like me can complain. What will happen to the people of low middle class and the low class kids and family. This is my complaint against the cadbury oreo bar chocolate.

                  Bought a celebrations pack and opened up the dairy milk (Rs 20 pack). Not expired. Opened it and found it to be full of fungus! Was totally disgusted by the look of it. This is just horribly sad.

                      The chocolates were worth Rs.75 each. The chocolates were packed on April 2017. The outer white wrapper were covered with oil. Even tried reaching out to the customer complaint number on the chocolate cover but they didn't pick up.

                          I bought a rs.160 cadbury celebration today. But when i opened it, i found that all the cadbury dairy milk choclates of this pack have small white spots all over them, these were infected.
                          I am furious at being given such a product and feel cheated at the same time. Cadbury is such a big firm and i never expected this kind of a product from cadbury. I want strict actions.

                            I regularly purchase daily milk chocolate. Today when i purchase the chocolate it was not smelling nice and after opening the packet the chocolate was smelling very bad and also there were some worms seen inside the chocolate.                                 Purchased 5 dairy milk oreo chocolates last month and all have oily smell as if the chocolates have gone bad. They have been terribly stinking ever since i opened them.

                                Even tried reaching out to the customer complaint number on the chocolate cover but they only talk and register complaint with absolutely no action.

                                Last week i sent an email to the consumer complaint email id but no action has been taken yet.

                                  I recently ate a silk orea but didn't realize that the packet in which it came was drenched in oil. Also the golden wrapper used to cover chocolate was covered in oil completely, but i ate that silk.

                                    Purchased this chocolate bar today (04/08/17) from a store in ghatkopar, mumbai. The entire bar is covered in a foreign black & white substance growing on it, probably fungi.

                                    On ingesting 2 of the pieces without noticing the irregularity i have doubts of what this will do to my health.

                                    The packaging date on this pack says 09/16 19:25. So this is we within the expiry period of 12 months.

                                    Such product quality is never expected from a reputed brand.

                                      Hello team

                                      I bought few diary milk lickables for my kids. I opened one for immediate consumption and was shocked to see that the packet in which the toy was packed was empty.

                                      The kids are excited to buy these kind of chocolates only for the microscopic toy inside it and hence they were extremely disappointed when they couldn't find the toy.

                                      I am sending the photos of the outside cover and the inside packet which is empty.

                                      Could you please look into it and take the necessary corrective action and also provide me with a resolution for the faulty product that i purchased.
                                      I sent an email to ([protected]@mdlzindia.com) as soon as i found the fault yesterday but i have still not received any acknowledgment also!!
