I was a huge cadbury fan and right from my childhood, i've only had chocolates from cadbury (I'm a big chocolate lover), but not any more. Today my father brought a dairy milk for me from a local shop and to my utter surprise (Read shock), there was a worm present inside the sealed packet. It was moving. Thank god that i saw it, else i would have consumed that worm/ insect as well... I had never expected that something like this would happen with me that too from such a huge company.. Immediately i called the shop owner.. Just because of this, i will quit buying products of cadbury.. I have not posted anything in facebook as of now, but maybe i will to make others aware of the same thing and i have even taken photos of it. This is such a disgusting matter.

    I have a Cadbury gift pack in which the dairy milk chocolate is whities and white dots in it.
    This is not we expect from such a big company.
    Where is the check before packing.
    Never ever I will eat Cadbury chocolate.
    I still have a pack to open.
    And the manufacturing is 07/17.
    I will need to take it to social media and media for not being serious on food check and quality.

    The dairy milk in cadbury celebrations is having whities and white dots.
    I'm attaching the photos.
    Manufacturing is 07/17, which looks ok.
    This is very serious on food quality check.
    Need to take this to social media and media, so that the issue is taken very seriously as this can effect humans health and some times can be very serious.
    Not sure if cadbury has a good quality check in place

    Chocolates inside the pack were not of good quality and shape, Most of them were sticked to each other and some white colour on few dry fruit chocolates.

      Hello cadbury,
      Since childhood, you were the best lovable chocolate o[censored]s. But taday i believe in the pace of doing business, you have prioritize "margin of profits" over "trust of common consumer".
      I purchased this "cadbury dairy milk lickables" for the 1st time, (Mostly we prefer cadbury silk) for our toddler baby.
      But i was shocked to see inside the 70% area to vaccum (For so called toys) and next when i opened the bottom pack it was again lesser not full.
      You are hurting the customer by such practices. These are cheap practices to lure customers and then dissapoint them.

      Please take your products and refund my money.

          I bought a oreo silk and just opened it to get a bad oily smell. The white covering inside has turned greenish and the taste of the chocolate is also altered! Smells like some sort of oil. Never expected this from cadbury! I loved oreo silk till date and cadbury just lost a customer! The minute i opened it i could sense there is something wrong. I wonder where the oil came from!

            Few days back a family gifted me a celebration pack and when i opened one of the chocolate from the box the chocolate was in very bad shape with serious growth of pathogens in that chocolate and most of the part of chocolate was already destroyed. This had happened with me twice. I need a serious action on it. Thank you

              Hi there,

              I had purchased a cadbury silk chocolate a few months back which came with a free ccd coffee offer.
              On trying to avail my free coffee by smsing the code, i found, much to my chagrin, that the coffee code wasn't getting activated, thereby depriving me of the opportunity to have a nice cup of coffee.
              I'd be grateful if i could elicit an answer from the cadbury team as to why the code wasn't getting activated.

                Purchased a cadbury fruit & nut, lot k70417 pkd 04/17 b11, purchased from vishal departmental store, industrial area - a, ludhiana.

                When i opened it was all sticky (Not melted sticky) but rotten sticky. It smelled like acidic... Sharp rotten smell. I tried replacing it to seller, but it refused totally. He said i am not inside the packet. You complain to makers.

                Its manufactured in baddi, such a polluted industrial area.

                Along with money my time and energy is totally wasted. I want refund along wih damages.

                  Dear sir iam the retailer my shop name = jaya general store, kaushambi, gzb, i took the rich dry fruit collection gift pack and silk miniatures gift pack. Near about rupees 35000 in october 2016 and its expiry date is from 9months from date of manufacturing. When i was purchasing the gift packs distributor promise me that he will replace the expiry material or provide me some other material of that amount. But know he refuse me. I asked him many times to replace it but he is denieing of his words please provide me the solution of this matter as soon as possible. I bought from hindustan agencies, gzb. And distributor name is shuresh budhiraja ji. My contact no. [protected] and i also call mondelez toll free no many times but they dont have solve my problem

                    I bought 6 oreo dairymilk silk on 7/10/17. When i open the covers, it smells like rotten oil and it is the same with all the six.. They have a very strong scent of oil and i found it so suspicious and when i goggled it on the website, there were even several customer who had the same complaint... So astonsing, cadbury is been my favorite chocolate and i find it difficult that the product has lot of complaints and am starting not to trust this manufacture again. I want to return the products, i got 6 of them which is a worth of 455.

                      Im very much dissapointed with the quality of your products. Because recently i purchased a dairy milk fruit and nut worth rs 42 and it had horrible taste with fungus.
                      Earlier i purchased cadbury 5 rs dairy milk chocolate it too had fungus.
                      Its been two times now that same thing has happened to me in one month. Now i think twice before buying your chocolates again! This wasnt expected from a reputed company like yours atleast!
                      Even the expiry date had 4 months left still it had fungus. I request you to kindly look into the matter and revert to me as soon as possible!

                        My husband bought a few big oreo silk chocolates from wh smith at the delhi international airport a few days back. They were supposed to be a birthday gift for our 10year old. We gave it to him as we woke him in the morning wishing him a happy birthday!
                        He was heartbroken the moment he opened one and took a bite. He ran to the bathroom to spit it out and had to brush to get the rotten taste out of his mouth.
                        The chocolate smelt of rancid oil!! I am shocked!!!
                        I have been a fan of cadbury chocolates growing up and prefer to give these to my children over any other brand. But it was shocking and disappointing to have come across this piece that was so rotten you could smell the rancid oil in the other room. I've thrown the other theee pieces away while keeping one in an airtight box that i would like to show you people.
                        How do you think that can be done? I hope to get a response to this message and redressal for my son as this spoiled his birthday morning.

                          120g bornvita buscuits packet was purchased and opened on 1/10/17.
                          Though the label says that the product expires on 20/10/17, it is clear that the product has already expired. One cannot take another bite as it tastes bitter and feels soggy. There's also a certain smell in the buscuit.
                          I advice cadbury india to at least put correct expiry dates on the product.
                          What's the point of purchasing the product if it smells and tastes gross much before it's expire date.

                                I bought the product and gifted it to my friend without checking. Found it very disappointing. Cadbury is known for its quality and customer satisfaction but its really disappointing to find out product like this. Also it is embarrassing for me as i gifted it to my close one. Its a request to take action against it. As i bought it from a local vendor i want a refund from the company.

                                  We have recently purchased cadbury oreo in zaheerabad, i could find nothing but the foul smell emanating from the product. I have checked the expiry date, it says it still has 7 more months. Even the shopkeeper checked the product, but could do nothing since it's still in the range.
                                  Considering the fact that kids love it, i find it really astonishing that cadbury has minimum caution towards their product quality.

                                    Dear concern,
                                    I am very much embarrassed with the quality of your products, my son got sick just bcoz of eating such chocolates. I observed a fungus in your product, respond immediately on may mail and attend the same as early as possible. This is very much serious and will not tolerate this in any case.

                                    If i will not get any response i have to take a legal action.

                                    Very bad response is given by customer care . My complain is registered on 20 sep 17 vide complain no.in S9317940 is still not resolve . My time call to customer care but the customer care us not supported .

                                      I am a consumer of your product which is a chocolate named cadbery dairy milk silk oreo. I am really dissatisfied with your product it was horrible. There was a horrible odour of refined oil coming out of it. I throwed that thing up and i will never buy any
                                      Cadbury product after this scenario. I will recommened others also to not to buy this product.

                                        We bought stationary items from Suman Sationary, Patiala, Punjab and in place of Rs 5/- coin they gave us Cadbury 6.3 g Rs 5/- Dairy Milk chocolate (Code AT0112B 2 6 Pkd. 01/17 21:39). When my daughter was about to eat that chocolate, coincidentally I observed green color like material in it which seems to be fungus. It could have been harmful if consumed. This is really an unexpected incident from a such a big and reputed organisation like Cadbury.
