We bought a diary milk silk oreo flavor today and had the biggest disappointment of our life. The whole package smelled of leaked oil and was stinking. The outer packages seemed drenched in oil, and the whole chocolate smelled of stale oil. We checked if the chocolate is edible, but the package and chocolate smelled of oil. For the higher pricing of silk chocolates, as a normal consumer in india, we expect little more of better quality. I am not sure if there will be any response to our complaint too. Still we want this to reach the respective authorities so that proper quality check is maintained for the product and we hope that others dont come across this bad experience from cadburys, a brand that we all trust, at least used to trust!!

    Such an unsatisfactory service by the Mondelez India. What do you think that the shopkeeper's Who are selling your products are some ######S or what is there only an dairy milk brand or what whose chocolates can be sold or what am such an old customer of your company you can just see my Records Company has provided an Display to us like an Dumb-### we are complaining from last six months that our Display is not Working properly no response from last month We are been Calling the service engineers but no one visited since our refrigerator which is been given to us is not working What according to you we are such an ###### ok just bring this into consideration that if i didnt got a proper service within next week then i will see in my whole circle who will sell dairymilk products

      I have purchased two Dairy milk lickables from sapna stores, meenakshi mall, Bangalore. One of the product did not have the toy inside the pack. The batch number is P70424 B2. Manufactured date 24/04/17. The toy was missing and this is the first time we are trying the product and the experience is very disappointing. Never had this experience with the competitor (read kinder joy) product

      The day i bought chocolate from MK ahmed store in hsr layout 560102, bangalore i.e dairy milk 54g i opened it at the same time and found it to be so gluey and slimy with some abnormal white lill ball like things was seen. date of expiry was fine too. it tasted bad too. please do something as soon as possible now i am afraid to buy any dairy milk

        Subject: Sub standard quality cadbury chocolate from Nilgiris
        Dear Sir

        I went to Nilgiris store at C P Ramaswamy Road Alwarpet Chennai and purchased a cadbury Bournville rich cocoa 50% dark chocolate for rs 45. I picked up the chocolate from their general shelf as they do not have a refrigerator for cadburys chocolate. Its batch no is 170218B pkd on 02/17.

        I brought it home in my airconditioned car. hen I opened the chocolate, it had completely melted away and was not solid and edible.

        Kindly ensure your chocolates are stored inside a refrigerator and sold in a solid and edible form in the future.

            Dear cadbury, your customer care is so horrible that they have taken almost a month to resolve an issue.

            I had purchased bornvita refill pack from a reputed store online in april (Bill available) i found that there is rava mixed in the pack which is food adulteration. I immediately called your cc and told the issue but first time on 7th april the cc din register the complaint.. Again when called on 12th for followup the issue was registered.

            Now till date your executive has not turned up to take the sample or to give a resolution of the same..

            Your customer care executive is doesn't have information of the postal address of head office and regional office.

            Let me know what you can do to resolve the issue or i[censored] want me to resolve it my self legally.

              Initially I have contacted to the customer care of Modelez India Food but I didn't get any response. They were holding the thing off by saying it will take some more days and so on. I have purchased one packet of choclairs (batch no B70217) from a nearby store of Big Bazaar and then when I opened it there were lumps of chocolate and apart from that some chocolates were missing too. I have called the helpline and registered complaint but they didn't give me proper response and told me that their representative will give me a visit and do the needful but till now I had no proper response. So I want you to help me to resolve my complain as early as possible.

                  On 15th Sep 2016 i bought a 5 star (fruit & nut) chocolaty from one
                  Amika Retail, No.3, 29th Street, Nanganallur, Chennai 600061 as per their Credit Card ill at 17:24:30 hours including some other provisions for a total
                  value of Rs.444/=. On returning home I found that the chocolate is an
                  expired product. I went back to them and informed about the mistake.
                  To my surprise they have not even othered to respond properly. I have not
                  even claimed back a replacement. I told them that it is in their own interest i am making the complaint.

                  I dont need any replacement. Just for your information
                  i have the wrapper in which the mfr date got erased, but from the bar code you may find out the date which is[protected].

                  I m retailer. I m selling all cadbury product .cadbury distributor told that if there is any expiry of product. Company changed it but now i told to cadbury i have some expiry.company denied and not exchanged my expiry.

                        I am a regular consumer of Cadbury Celebration products and often celebrate various occasions withy your products.
                        Last week, I received a gift from my cousin of Rich Dry fruit box for my daughter, when I opened it I found product completely dried up and in powder form. It looks it is an expired product. It is having manufacturing details as 07/16 and best before 10 months tag on the box.
                        I tried to call customer care no, but could not reach.
                        I am sure you will revert back with appropriate actions.

                        Thanks for your response.. If mfg pkd detail is 07/16 and product is sold in march 17 beginning, it is 8 to 9 months, not 10 months. I want proper justification on 1. how product is expired before mentioned date 2. I need replacement for the same..

                        Why does Bournvita leave a powdery residue in the milk despite repeated stirring? We grew up on this drink and now it's getting difficult to finish the drink as the powdery residue irritates the throat n results in a feeling of nausea.

                                I received three packs of Rs. 100/- dairy milk chocolates as a gift on my daughter's birthday party and when I opened these packs they are just like third class product...all are looking like powder and foul smell was emitting from all the chocolates...I have all three packets still lying with myself.

                                this is really pathetic when on a brand name you get things like it..i request you to probe into this matter so that this should not happen with other one.

                                I had bought a chocolate of Cadbury Dairy Milk on 12/02/2017 of Rs 40/-
                                As I opened the chocolate I found some liquid content coming from inside.The chocolate smelled different and it was covered with a liquid which made it clumsy, though the chocolate had not expired.
                                Please look in to the matter.

                                  Yesterday I was purchase one dairy milk chocolate for my son. When I open it I am shocked to see quality of chocolate. Photo as per below or attachment kindly suggest it is OK to eat. Packing date 04/16 and your best time period is 12 months from pkd
                                  Cadbury dairy milk maha chocolate packet with manufacturing date of 12/16 was found with fungus when opened. Kindly ensure safe packaging to avoid food poisoning.

                                    Dear Production Department,

                                    I received a pack of 100 dairy milk chocolates as a gift from my office on occasion of company founder day. As I took one chocolate out of the pack to consume, I noticed that there was foul smell emitted from it. I tried another the same happened.

                                    I threw the whole pack in dustbin as this a gift pack I received so I don't have much details of the product. I just wanted to bring it to notice as Cadbury dairy milk is the most loved product among masses and people should not get disappointed for the same.

                                    Please check and do the needful so that this instance is not repeated in future.

                                      I bought a Cadbury roast almond dairy milk chocolate, the price is not mentioned on the chocolate as well as ingredients, fssai mark, licence number and bar code are not mentioned anywhere on the wrapper of the chocolate. Kindly look into this matter urgently

                                        I purchased a CADBURY CELEBRATIONS on 21/Jan/2017, It was around 9.30PM i just removed the pack and ate one 5Star chocolate from the pack and I did not observe anything as i was travelling, Today morning i.e, 22/Jan/2017 my stomach health was completely upset; Hence i visited a doctor and after the consultation i came to know that it was because of intake of contaminated food. I came home and my younger brother complained about the quality of the chocolates then i realized the seriousness of problem and your companies vision.

                                        Have you got any collaborations with any of the doctors associations? Do you want to reach the sales target or patient target?
