We had purchased 620 pieces of Dairy Milk Chocolates from a store at Worli Naka- Foodspot, on January 11, 2017 costing Rs.6200/-. This was distributed to office staff on 12th January, 2017 on the occasion of a birthday. On the 13th of January, we were informed that most of the chocolates were SPOILT (very dry and powdery; picture attached below). This is a serious issue and could be a health hazard. This is besides the embarrassment caused to us by distributing these substandard chocolates.

You are requested to immediately refund the entire money to us and make good the embarrassment caused to us on account of this.

    I had purchased Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate and it was kept in the fridge the very same day i was bought. Opened it and found it to be so gluey and slimy. i didn't have the guts to taste it further. Date of expiry is valid. i felt really very bad as i have given same one to one kid as present. please take a action or awareness about the product. and please tell me the procedure

      But was denied coffee at CCD Sonwar Opp Yatra Bhawan Srinagar J&K .He told me that it does not get redeemed. I could not understand what he meant.

        My wife opened Silk Chocolate Cadbury gifted by her student today. To our surprise, we found that the chocolate was partly eaten.

        I am attaching the pictures with the complaint. Request you to be please be careful in future. I feel that it has been eaten by a mouse.

        As a compensation, I want an apology and an assurance that quality control measures will be strictly adhered to. Also, would want a brand new chocolate pack.

          I had purchased this DairyMilk on 1/1/2017 and had fungus on it signing health hazard to the customer. I request you to look over to the matter and try to reduce hazards to other customers(especially kids).
          This is very important for u to improve yourselves and also to rectify the problems that you come through because this is not the first time we have seen this thing on your product. This complaint has come out of frustration .
          I hope you work on it and respond to me as soon as possible.

              I purchased a Cadbury Dairy Milk Crackle Chocolate from Spar Hypermarket, MG Road, Gurgaon on 22.12.2016. While eating the chocolate i felt something hard and sharp in my mouth which actually came out to be a plastic piece of significant size. The plastic piece has injured my mouth and if swallowed it could have became fatal.

              This is clearly a violation of the standards prescribed by the relevant authorities for food and consumable items and I reserve my right to lodge a complaint against Cadbury before the appropriate courts of law.

But that number is not working-- please don't cheat.the customers by giving ads like this... For your kind information I'm consuming for the past 25 years...

                  Dear Ashish, With reference to your experience it is clearly seen that it is a worm infested chocolate. Handing over the sample to the manufacturer is not advisable. Let them inspect, take photos and respond. Presence of worms in chocolate clearly shows the retailer has not followed good practices in storing.                     I purchased a pack of Dairy Milk today and i was shocked to see the chocolate in such a rotten state with fungus all over it, immediately i flipped the cover to check for expiry date and it was 06/16 and this item is said to expire in 12 months which means even before its expiry date its dead out of its bounds. Is this what cadbury owes to its customers ?? I want a strict scrutiny done on these kind o[censored]nhygienic cases, Hoping for a rightful investigation on this by Cadbury Dairy Milk before i can escalate this any further

                      We purchased silk 65rs 24 nos and bubbly75rs 24nos from Muthu store Choolai kaliatapa street it was my daughter birthday and we thought Cadbury is the best available brand in india so thought of giving this in his class and teachers but she felt so bad when every one gave back the chocolate because it contain fungus on the chocolate and even teacher told not to give any student in the class my daughter cried when she return home with the chocolate all open condition and fungus on it I want you to reply me on this

                        I purchased a Dairy milk chocolate code a60829, pkd 8/16. & when I ate it without much observation I found it horrible tasting & saw it spoiled. The shopkeeper confirmed detect but refused exchange & dealer refused to take complaint. I was sick next day & got treated. I got no response from mondelez after contacting by phone. I am angry & would be compiled to take samples & deal with it at court & socialmedia if no immediate response is given .

                          On 22nd Nov 2016 I, Mrs. Daya Bhupesh Maladkar got an Iron U Clip in mouth while eating Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk worth Rs 65/-. The Bar Code no. of this Cadbury is[protected]. One more code is written above Mfg date of 07/16 is H60718.

                          I contacted on the helpline of Cadbury immediately on the same date but nobody contacted on this matter till 23.11.2016. This seems that they are taking this matter lightly. On 24.11.2016 in the evening one staff of Cadbury Mr Prashant contacted me & asked for U Clip for cheking but since I was not available in the office I didn't handover the u clip to him.

                          This is very very serious matter. I can't even think what would have happen to my kid if he had eaten this chocolate. Pl take proper action in this regard to avoid this kind of negligence.

                          Dear daya madalakar, with reference to your complaint on u clip in cadbury dairy milk silk, the manufacturer mondelez india foods / cadbury india will ask you to return the problematic chocolate to butt the genuineness of your complaint. If it is true, it is a defect in manufacturing process. If you have photos you can share with them. At the maximum they will replace the defective chocolate with a new one. You can also file complaint with district designated officer (Food safety) of your area with evidences to take regulatory action against the manufacturer.

                            I am the owner of the retail shop loacted in pimpri chinchwad area, in pune, we keep all cadbury's choclates, like dairy milk, bornville, 5 star etc, and these products are been supplied by one of the wholesale firm, as the choclate storing refrigerator which was provided by the cadbury itself is not working, so we had requested to give the another refrigerator, but the wholesale firm is not responding to the complaint, thus we are unable to keep the choclates and the sale of the product has been reduced, thus requuesting you to please look into this issue of providing the refigerator.

                              I bought your product (Cadbury diary milk), a few of them from my local super market for a little children party at home and before the party started i thought to a have one of the chocolate and found a lot if fungus on it and it was kind of powdery and i ate one of the chocolets accidentally, so i thought is this the only chocolate which has fungus on it or all of them, then i found all of them had fungus on it. I checked for the expiry date it was packed in may 2016 and it was written best before 12 months.

                              I hope it doesn't lead to any kind of illness.

                                Some days before my father had bought a dairy milk crakle from the shop and when i went to have a bite of it it was completely full of insects n fungus. The retail counter also does not accept the complaint or chocolate. I just wanr to inform that how a renowned company can do this type of activity which is very dangerous...                                 Dear Amishadey,
                                Customer Care Rating is 19%. Even if they respond, the manufacturer / distributor will ask you to hand over the defective chocolate in the garb of testing. I suggest to file complaint with Food Safety Dept. Designated Officer of the area from where you purchased the chocolate.
                                Bought a pack of celebrations and the dairy milk packets inside were both spoilt. The piece of chocolate seems to be rotten and not healthy it luks as if there is some kind of germs in it. It needs to be checked as i had bought it for my son who would have fell ill after eating this.

                                  Hi I got a cadbury celebrations pack and the chocolates are spoilt with fungus.The code is F61013A.It was packed on 13/10/2016 and best before 05/17.butI have opened 2 products & they are already spoilt.dairy milk and five star have fungus.this is pathetic as this may result in serious harm to one'health.I am escalating this complaint to food ombudsman.

                                    Yesterday, we have bought cadboury dairy milk few minuts back and we have found it totally perrish condition, infected with fungus. For your reference we have enclosed photographs of the same for your ready reference.

                                    I request you to kindly revert on the issue immediatly. If no action is taken, we will take up the issue with the concern fda / fassai authorities on very next working day (I. E. On tuesday).

                                    If you need to verify your product then it is being preserved by me in intact form. Also the product is well with in the expiry date. Manufacturing batch number and month of manufacture is clearly viewed from the enclosed photographs.

                                        Hi team,

                                        I have purchased cadbury celebration on 23rd august 2016. Celebration chocolate manufactured in april 2016, when i have opened on the 23rd august 2016. I have seen white fungus like dots in 2 dairy milk chocolates over making it inedible almost 4 months before expiry date. I have also seen that among bunch of chocolates, one small dairy milk chocolate manufactured on february 2016 which was quite surprising.

                                        I have registered complaints in email on mondelez india customer care email id on 24 aug 2016, till date i have not received any further update on the issues.

                                        Consumer is advised to file complaint with the evidences to District Designated Officer (Food Safety) since the response from Manufacturer is poor
                                        I brought a Cadbury celebration pack, when I open the dairymilk it's full of fungus on all the dairy milk.i lost my money on them.how can I eat a fungus ? I paid and I lost.i did not expected from such a Big Brand.
