This is very very very bed in taste

We bough a Cadbury rich dryfruit boxes to gift in Diwali. On opening one of the box, we found it had fungus and insects in it. It is covered with white layer of fungus. Completely unacceptable. My brother ate few pieces from another box and he is quiet ill.

    Hi,

    My cadbury is 3 month old of a manufacture.

    I bought it today, and it has got fungus.

    I am very disappointed with the chocolates. I bought few of them for my colleagues and i had to face an embarrassment at it because they all had to check the packs if theirs was alright.

    This is pathetic. Had i not seen it, i would sure as hell be sick.

Dairy Milk Chocolate on 16.10.2016 Finity Distributor, Vasai, Palghar Dist. it was totally expired and I asked the shop keeper, he refused to change the chocolate b'cause before expiry date there not response for that, then who will response, but in this who is response kindly draft mail to me [protected]@gmail.com

      I purchased a dairy milk silk 150 gm pack with batch no i60317 a3 and manufacturing date is 03/2016 and i purchased it from ghaziabad, up - 201002. this chocolate bar was really foul in taste and smelly. i sent an email to customer support of cadbury's on [protected]@mdlzindia.com, consumer. service. [protected]@mdlz.com, vijay. [protected]@cadbury.com, parveen. [protected]@csplc.com, consumer. services. [protected]@cadburyindia.com on 18th sept 2016. first of all i want to write here about the quick reply from an official within 2 days time who committed he would meet me that day however till now i have not received another reply or any other phone call from that person. when i tried to call that person (official) 4-5 times he always take that for granted and replies that he will be coming either today and tomorrow each time i call. last time when i called i told him that i will escalate this however this time his attitude was really irritating as he replied you can escalate this, no problem. is this the type of customer support cadbury's india is providing. i did not expected this from a company like such. my contact number is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com if anyone from that company is interested to contact me

          On 05.10.2016 we purchased three diary milk chocolates at a small shop on Chennai which is situated near to the guindy Railway station (300 meters away from le royal meridian hotel) Tamil Nadu.This affects the brand image & its customer health. Please avoid this kind of instance in future to nurture the market and to compete with your competitors.

          If we didn't see any progress on this we will take up the whole issue to next level.

              I have purchased a cadbury dairy milk silk chocolate of 150/- rs. Batch code - 160208b, nd pkd date is 2/16 and it says best before 12 months from the date of packaging. While now its still 27th september. And when i opened the chocolate, the inside white wraper cover having the name written "silk" all over was completely oily oily stinking foul smell full greasy, i assumed it that it might be only on the wraper, but later i found the same on the golden packing cover too. And even on the chocolate too. Its smelling so bad foul smell full oily oily greasy smell nd such a bad taste, feeling nausea. I dint xpect this. I just want the chocolate to be replaced as soon as possible

                  I have posted this complaint several times but yet u guys are not efficient enough to handle the Cadbury complaint board job.
                  I[censored] have any ethics or love for your job take action against Haseja Distribution Network.
                  Undercutting of cadbury stocks Haseja Distribution Network Vikroli, institutional distributor of Cadbury is spoiling the market by selling his 65% stocks of his monthly allocation to the general market. He bribes the Cadbury sales officer Mr. Karan Manchanda and Area Sales Manager so that he can get his forged claims nd damages approved by the company. Tarun Kukreja owner also sells Cadbury Fridge nd visicoolers to the Market which are actually provided by the Cadbury company for his retail customers. Tarun sells Cadbury stocks to Masjid Bunder, Pune, Nashik nd many local retail areas of Mumbai. Dis area are not under his contract. He is cheating with the company. He also buys expired Cadbury stocks at cheaper ratesfrom the Market and then he claims the same stocks to the Cadbury company at the end of the month. There are many things which he does wrong with Cadbury Company. I request you to please take severe actions against him and remove him from your Cadbury Distributors.                     It is supposed to be an edible product. Being a company of international repute, such transgressions are not pardonable. This is not the first time Cadbury is having this problem. Seeking remedy ASAP.

                      Today when I took a dairy milk chocolate from the office vending machine, I found it covered with a green layer and broken from the sides. Being a chocolate lover who takes 4 chocolates every day from the vending machine for myself and my colleagues, I was highly shocked to see this kind of product.
                      The packaged date on the product was of June 2016; Code 060EJ9 A1; Barcode number –[protected] and the same was within the 12 month shelf life.
                      The new tagline of cadbury’s is “Tastes like it feels”. Seriously? This is ridiculous!!

                        Please note that the chocolates inside are very very dry and not good in taste. The appeal was not good nor the taste.                           Dear customer care officer,

                          I am very sorry to share that i had purchased a box of cadbury - dairy milk chocolate some days back.
                          Date of packing and and batch number mentioned over the wrapper as below, but when i opened the chocolate that was completely broken in pieces, colour has got changed cream. When i tried to pick it up from wrapper i has converted in power form.
                          Its clearly mentioned over the package its "best before 12 months from packing"

                          I was one of the fan of cadbury but now i am very disappointed seeing this level of quality with international brand.
                          This chocolate was for my family. If they would have eat it, it would have been a cause of some medical issue.

                          I am going to escalate this issue to consumer forum.

                            Cadbury Dairy Milk has been my first love since childhood, until now. Around a week back i opened a pack of Cadbury Celebrations with a hope to again feel the delicious taste of Dairy Milk on my tongue, but the first unit of Dairy Milk i opened was highly disappointing. It had bubbles on it and had a bit sour smell, i just thought that it might be the problem with this unit and i will throw it and try another unit. But when i opened the second unit, it too had the same problem and i was shocked. Opening the third and fourth units were an eye opener as they too had the same problem. It was the last straw left and i knew that i have to take an action now. It is highly unexpected from a company of your stature. It is like playing with the health of your consumers who have placed their trust in your products and have stood strong with you even after the fiasco that took place years ago. And even the packaging of normal Dairy Milk has worsened and it seems like you people are just placing the wrapper for the sake of putting it, which is again contributing to its already degraded quality.                             So i kindly request you to stop adding new products to your line when you cannot maintain the quality of your existing products and compensate me for my useless purchase.

                                I bought a Bournville -raisin and nut from big bazaar, Bilaspur (chhatisgarh)On opening the packet..I found it badly destructured with numerous spots with fungus in it..I tried to taste it a bit and it was tasting so bad.
                                Request you to look upon the quality of products from such big brands.

                                  I was very disappointed to see the chocolate in such a pathetic condition. It was actually supposed to be a gift to my girlfriend. It was a special day for both o[censored]s and I had bought her a few gifts along with it this Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolates since she loves it. But when she had opened it, we were shocked to see the condition of it. This was not expected from such a reputed company like yours. This had spoiled our special day, I was very upset because I had bought it with so much love for my girlfriend and it turns out to be such a flop!

                                  Please take it as a feedback and make sure a proper quality check is done before the products are sold, because there are many reasons that people purchase chocolates and one of them was mine.

                                  As the tag line goes "Kuch meeta hojaye" there was nothing meeta about it.

                                      I was eating cadbury dairy milk - fruit&nut and suddenly i happened to have a walnut shell in between my teeth..
                                      It was not only irritating to have it in my mouth unexpectedly also it was so bloody hard and thick shell that i started having pain in a tooth..
                                      Cadbury please don't compell me to stop eating ur chocolates as i don't want to lose my tooth!!! Give a pre warning if you want to serve shells alongwith nut, so that we cn be careful while eating them!!!

                                        Sir,

                                        We purchased Cadbury silk from More super Market on 29 Aug 2016 (Murgeshpalya, Bangalore) . On opening the choclate rapper, we saw that choclate is spoiled and there are fungus on it. Attached is the screenshot of same.
                                        We returned that chocolate to the More super market, They checked the whole box of cadbury silk and found that full box was spoiled with fungus.
                                        Cadbury is a renowned brand, but unfortunately they are providing worst quality product now.
                                        Strict action should be taken against this product as many children love this chocolate and may fall ill or can have food poisoning after consuming this unknowingly.
