Sir, I Dr. leena had purchased cadbury dairy milk on 23rd from local shop in bangalore, it is totally spoilt and tasting rancid or spoiled taste. please replace this one.
I buy dairy milk chocolates and often eat them regularly. this is first time I am facing such problem with quality.I am enclosing photo of chocolate for your information.
for the first time i am facing such problem, please look into this to improve quality and to avoid further defaming of such quality product and also not to dissappoint your regular customers

    M/s vivek agency at alwar (Rajasthan) not giving us order & delivery service at our collage canteen.

    So many times self had visited at agency & requested them to deliver our order at mitrc collage canteen. Whereas vivek agency is giving their service till chikani alwar.

    We are your regular customer & we are giving you regular service.

    We have so many canteens in delhi ncr. If you will not take action or resolve issues, then we will not continue with cadbury.

        Today when I was too hungry in my office I went to canteen to buy Dairy milk from the vending machine.
        Out of all excitement when I opened the pack it had small white spots on it.
        And upon googling we found out that its a kind of fungus which is seen on it.

        I was so shocked to see it, as its always been my favorite since childhood and never expected this to see.

        Dairy milk which I bought had code number D60309C2
        and MFG date is 03/16.

        This is well within the expiry date as, its good till 12 month from manufacturing.

        Please look in to the matter so that others don't just eat it and fall sick out of it.
        I shall send the packet to Mumbai office for further action.

          Today, 18th july, i bought 5 10rs cadbury dairymilk from a shop near my office and in one choclate i found some filthy looking green fungus at the bottom of the choclate. The major part of it was stuck to the wrapper. I think cadbury should change their line to "15% extra fungus". Will upload the same on consumer court forum also that how how you guys are playing with people's hard earned money and life.

            Had purchased a product dairy milk silk. The product wasn't upto mark. Mailed to customer care with pictures some 20 days back they said a sales executive will call me n pick the product from my address but nothing happened.

              Dear concern,

              We have bought cadbury dairy milk chocolate yesterday from a nearest store in hyderabad and found some serious fungus inside the wrap for which the expiry date is 09/2016. i really got surprised with this and this is the second time in the recent past that i have observed this. what would have happened if i would have consumed this without seeing that and who will be responsible if something happens. so please take some serious action on this and impose ban on cadbury chocolate. i am sending the pictures of the same for identification purpose.

                I had purchased a dairy milk silk choclate which had a mfg date of 12/15 and whose expiry date is in a year ie 12/16. I purchased this choclate yesterday at one of the shops in b. Narayanapura (Near mahadevapura, bangalore) for rs. 150 and when i opened it, it looked bad with white marks and the taste was horrible. I returned the choclate to the vendor today, but he refused to give me back my money saying that i should raise a complaint with you guys. Is this the quality of stuff you provide? This is my second or third experience now, but this was my worst experienceshad already received a call from them saying they will do the needful 2 days ago.. But after that no responses.
                Kindly do the needful to return my money back.

                File a complaint with District Designated Officer Food Safety with the product for regulatory action. Notifying with their consumer cell will not yield any result
                Mr.David from Cadbury Services had contacted me and has spoken to the concerned shop owner.The concerned shopowner has said he will give me a new piece of choclate.I will close this complaint after I receive the new piece.

                  My daughters have consumed those and now they are facing health issues.

                      I purchased a gems ball today..9th july..from a reputed confectioner. As my little one opened d gems ball..there was a whiff of plastic like smell. .He popped 1 piece..into his mouth..and immediately spit it..complaining of plastic smell and bad taste..I tried tasting 1 gems piece..and it was awful. .and smelt of burning plastic.
                      Its a SHAME...how a company like Cadburys..can cheat on kids n ppl in general by producing CHEAP AND ADULTERATED food items.
                      I'm writing d complaint here..and will NOT STOP just at this!

                        This is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased two Cadbury Gems Surprise Angry Birds for my kids on[protected] from M/S Shopping Basket, Shop No: 18-20, J M Orchid, Sector - 76, Noida vide their invoice no. [protected] dated:[protected].

                        When my kids opened the Gems Surprise and ate it, it was tasting of Paper and smelling of plastic. We immediately approached your dealer from whom we had purchased the Gems. To our disbelief the dealer bluntly refused to change the Gems and asked us to approach the company directly for any replacement issues.

                        This was not the first time we were having any Cadbury product. If this is the kind of behavior of your dealer in regards to replacement on any genuine complaint then we must rethink before buying any Cadbury product in future.

                        You are requested to please look into the matter and see if any replacement can be done or not and direct the dealer as to how to deal with customers in regards to replacement complaints in future. As far as we are concerned it's a matter of mere Rs. 80/- but I firmly believe for you it's a matter of GOODWILL.

                          Product but i have got only three candies remaining two candies are missing. so my daughter were refused to
                          Take her favourite chocolate candy. i have kept this item safely in my custody. if you want to check
                          You can do this.

                          I really worry disappointed from this incident because "cadbury" have a brand name and such type of
                          Packaging issues are lost gained trust on cadbury products.

                            We had purchased temptation chocolate and when we opened it we could find the chocolate was in a different color, and we broke it we found the worms coming out of it.
                            We usually give the complete chocolate to the kid, but fortunately we had to break the chocolate and we found the worms coming out of it.

                            This is ridiculous when it comes to cadbury.

                            I would like to know what action will be taken on this at the earliest.

                              The quality of "cadbbury silk" purchased was very poor condition. This is obviously because of improper handling. The chocolate was flattened and all the butter had leaked out of the packing.
                              The vendor (Kaushik general stores) has claimed the amount and deprived me of the chocolate.
                              I have the copy of the sale and will take this to consumer court.

                              The vendor also could not provide me with an invoice and have received the bill on a cash memo. I have made him write his vat number on the same. I have attached it along with this complaint.
                              The amount of rs.65 is small but has caused me tremendous stress and i refuse to eat defective choclate that i have paid for.
                              This is a matter of ethics and our country needs to understand and adhere to the basic priciples of business.
                              Treat as urgent and serious.

                                I purchased a cadbury dairy milk yesterday of rs89 on 25th june, 2016 with. I am also attaching several images where you can also find the details of the packet from the barcode. The product, when i took out from the packet was not in full shape of a rectangle. Also with it there were many white pores all over the body of the product.

                                i'm very upset for this poor quality product...

                                I purchased a cadbury bounville cranberry (50%) flavour worth 99 rs manufactured 4/16, thus it hasnt crossed the expiry date, but on opening the wrapping i found it to be decayed with holes inside it and half in quantity, with a foul odour!
                                This is ridiculous.. My child could have consumed the chocolate and fallen seriously ill. This is utterly unaccepatble.

                                  I purchased a cadbury dairy milk silk bubby worth rs 70.

                                  The product was packed in february 2016 and reads that best before 9 months from packaging. Hence, the product had not expired.

                                  Product was taken out from a freezer but as soon as i opened it, there was oil all over it and the chocolate smelled like a dead animal.

                                  I have been calling various customer care numbers, truecaller shows them to be valid but I my network provider shows then to be invalid.

                                  There is no customer redressal system in this company and it is highly disappointing.

                                  I want compensation for the wrong which has been caused to me.

                                    Two roast almond packs each of 137g were bought from one of the stores in defence colony, delhi but on opening found that at some stage between leaving your factory and me buying it, the chocolate had melted and been frozen again. You need to ensure that transportation and storage is done in cool temperature.
                                    Let me know how you propose to compensate me and assure me that next time i buy cadbury that it had not melted and frozen.
