I have buyed the cadbury silk chocolate from the retail outlaite and when i opened it i am shocked to see the chocolate was smelling very bad.
And has very tiny white spots on it on the whole chocolate like it is getting ruined.
Plz take an action on my complaint.

Sir today 14/08/16i purchased a box of cadbury diary milk (rs.5) with code-k51213 dated 12/15 c5 from a shop near changanacherry in kottayam to distribute it to the childrens. i'm residing at thiruvalla. all chocolates are bad smelled and a type of insects and worms inside almost all packets. suddenly i collected almost all packets and the box is kept with me. i need a quick response for this.

I bought a dairy milk gift pack containing 2 dairy milk chocolates and 1gems & 4 five stars in it.
When we opened the dairy milk pack it was all having powdery surface with a very bad taste.
While the manufacturing date on pack was 3/16. Such sub standard quality is not expected from a reputed brand like cadbury.
I can even mail images of the product if required

Inki nayati yeh h ki customer direct hamare SE akar le jayenge...

Batch no t60302 a, packaged march 2016. When we were eating the chocolate, broke a piece and found a live worm inside it. The hole it had made in the chocolate is also clearly visible in the piece. Have preserved the left over chocolate, worm and the packaging.

Have video graphed the worm and the packaging.

Was horrified!...

It takes a lot of time to devlope trust and brand image of a company... But as company grows it forget its responsibilites.. I love dairy milk since my childhood.. Now as a father i purchase only dairy milk for my children.. Becoz its a trusted brand for us we can belive on it and we have blind faith on cadbury...
But this company failed to fulfill its comitment of best quality... And failed to maintain quality of product...

Wot the hell is this? Looks like disease caused skin... Dint expected this from cadburies!!.. Pls do nessecary helps and take needed actions!!.. It vl only expire on december only packed on 12/15.. Its clearly mentioned best before 12 months of packing bt look the pittiable condition.. If any one eat they would suffer from food poision or any harmful disease...

I have you cadbury chocolate refrigerator. Which is not working. From last 10 days. So i complained to distributor b. D singla about this. They said they already registered our complaint to company but still no engineer yet visited to our shop regarding issue which is very disappointed. So i request to take immediate action.

Bought a dairy milk silk candy bar from a store nearby. I was disgusted to find the entire bar of candy littered with white spots, removed as it is from packaging and has a unfamiliar and foul taste. The bar has lost its smooth texture and has white granules all over it even though only 6 months old! The packaging was in place with no tear or open end so there's not bacterial or fungal activity. Please look into the matter as this has previously...

The worst experience ever with any food product. I got this dairy milk crackle from a local shop. The product is within the expiry date. But has got terrible fungus on it n tastes bitter.
Such a renowned co. Serving such terrible food has put consumers to shame. There are so many complaints on same subject and yet new consumers are facing the same issue. I think your co. Is not taking this seriously. You might have to pay for this...

Dear Sir;
I have recently purchased 02 Silk as per attached photograph.
Manufacturing date: 03/16.
Odd smell is coming from silk and look like old product with new packing.
Please do the needful and arrange to replace on top most priority....

It is very sad to say that distributors are cheating the retailers. Last month we had ordered for oreo biscuits. I had ordered 120 oreo biscuits and the distributor charged @ rs10 each. These is very much disappointing that distributors are fooling the retailers. I have attached photocopy of the invoice.
And many a times 2 to 3 dairymilk chocolates are missing even from the seal pack box....

Purchased a small cartoon of cadbury park of 42 pieces from bharati stores, baruipur, kolkata 700144 on 22/07/2016. Product batch no m60 109 9 pkd 09/01/16 b as written on cartoon. Product was not crisp, but as it was within in 9 months children and older while on tour consumed and got stomach trouble.
It is written best within 9 months from date of packaging. How a product get spoiled within in so short period from such a branded...

I have purchased cadbury 5star today dated 29/07/16.
After opening the packet found maggot in cadbury 5star
I brought the pack opposite kamala city, kamala mills compound lower parel.
I through matter was very serious so i make complaint on this issue

Sir, I Dr. leena had purchased cadbury dairy milk on 23rd from local shop in bangalore, it is totally spoilt and tasting rancid or spoiled taste. please replace this one.
I buy dairy milk chocolates and often eat them regularly. this is first time I am facing such problem with quality.I am enclosing photo of chocolate for your information.

So many times self had visited at agency & requested them to deliver our order at mitrc collage canteen. Whereas vivek agency is giving their service till chikani alwar.

The chocolate is within expiry date and still is slimy and sticky and foul smelling.

Today when I was too hungry in my office I went to canteen to buy Dairy milk from the vending machine.
Out of all excitement when I opened the pack it had small white spots on it.
And upon googling we found out that its a kind of fungus which is seen on it.

I was so shocked to see it, as its always been my favorite since childhood and never expected this to see.

Today, 18th july, i bought 5 10rs cadbury dairymilk from a shop near my office and in one choclate i found some filthy looking green fungus at the bottom of the choclate. The major part of it was stuck to the wrapper. I think cadbury should change their line to "15% extra fungus". Will upload the same on consumer court forum also that how how you guys are playing with people's hard earned money and life....
