But sales man (om parkash ) and dealer Aditya trading don't change It.
Sale man said *(online he change ker wha lo.)

Sir please see this mater ASAP.

And I want to return all chocolate?

    I was eating cadbury dairy milk - fruit&nut and suddenly i happened to have a walnut shell in between my teeth..
    It was not only irritating to have it in my mouth unexpectedly also it was so bloody hard and thick shell that i started having pain in a tooth..
    Cadbury please don't compell me to stop eating ur chocolates as i don't want to lose my tooth!!! Give a pre warning if you want to serve shells alongwith nut, so that we cn be careful while eating them!!!

      Sir,

      We purchased Cadbury silk from More super Market on 29 Aug 2016 (Murgeshpalya, Bangalore) . On opening the choclate rapper, we saw that choclate is spoiled and there are fungus on it. Attached is the screenshot of same.
      We returned that chocolate to the More super market, They checked the whole box of cadbury silk and found that full box was spoiled with fungus.
      Cadbury is a renowned brand, but unfortunately they are providing worst quality product now.
      Strict action should be taken against this product as many children love this chocolate and may fall ill or can have food poisoning after consuming this unknowingly.

        Purchased cadbury celebration before few days, found all items are sealed but when we open it all the chocolates were covered with fungus. White spots were there all over the chocolate. Gifted these boxes to society members on janmashatami. Feel so bad when i saw majority boxes in the society dustbin. Your reply on this matter will be highly appreciated

          I had been a part of Cadbury chocolates since my childhood.
          Today i bought a Dairy milk silk but when i open the pack i saw a slimy layer of white coating which was unpleasant. When i tasted the chocolate it had a very minor taste of chocolate but more of a condensed milk. it was giving a little bit of foul smell. The item was packed properly. I am totally not satisfied with the product.

          I got Cadbury celebrations on Raksha Bandhan (19/08/16) when I opened, the chocolates inside the packet it was full of fungus (white patches) and the chocolates were dried out and powdery.

            This cadbury silk manufactured in january 2016, when opened on the 21st august had developed white fungus like dots all over making it inedible almost 3 months before expiry. Bad quality. The wrapper says due to humidity/temperature change the product may develop a white layer, however they are ugly fungus looking dots.

            Really sub quality product from cadbury india.

                Dear representative,

                This is to inform you that i bought two chocolates of cadbury

                (Cadbury dairy milk silk caramel 136 g and cadbury dairy milk silk bubbly 120 g) from

                Gupta fresh in rana pratap bagh, new delhi-110007, on 18th august, 2016.


                Out of these two, bubbly was already expired, with manufacturing date of 11/15 and caramel silk (Mfd :12/15) had an ageing expiry but had a very strong unsettling foul smell coming out of it, when i opened the pack.


                Being a faithful and regular consumer of cadbury, i purchased your product in full confidence without checking the expiry date and consumed it.

                Post consumption, it triggered food poisoning and i've been feeling nausea since then, that is when i checked the expiry date.

                Now that i remember, bubbly chocolate was kept at the counter by the shopkeeper as a gimmick/malpractice to sell it to the customer, since it was expired and people would’ve bought it on a was festive day. It shouldn't have been placed in the outlet if it was expired, rather should’ve been kept away from customer’s reach (Instead of putting it at the cash counter) or the company should’ve taken it back from the shopkeeper.


                Caramel was placed in your fridge which i think now (Keeping in mind the faulty smell), was not working properly. Even if it had an aging expiry and the fridge was not working properly, the company should’ve strictly instructed and barred the outlet from selling such a delicate product for some time.


                Not only the outlet, the company stands equally responsible for not enforcing strict measures regarding removal of aging and expire stock from the outlet.


                I planned to gift them to someone on the occasion but was left disappointed and in an embarrassing situation after eating one of the chocolates and opening the other one.

                This is highly unfortunate and displeasing, at the outlet level and company's end, as i've been buying your products ardently, without even bothering about the other options available at similar prices.

                For a brand like cadbury, i can’t think of associating something like this as the level of standards that have been set, are humongous.

                I want you to revert on this a. S. A. P and provide me really suitable solution as i’m grossed out of this experience and am in a mood to escalate this matter ahead!

                  I bought a box of cadbury diary milk (Rs. 25) in mid august with code no. - k60404 dated 04/16 b2 from my near by store. All the chocolates were in powdered form and having bad smell. Even on melting the chocolate instead of smooth texture, small granules are there. Its very disappointing. Such quality is not acceptable from your company. Some action needs to be taken. I need an urgent reply.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, Today I Bought a dairy milk silk candy bar from a store nearby for my daughter in the eve of Independence day. I was really disgusted to find the entire bar of candy littered with white spots, removed as it is from packaging and has a unfamiliar and foul taste with bad oily smell. The bar has lost its smooth texture and has white granules all over it even though only 2 months old! The packaging was in place with no tear or open end so there's not bacterial or fungal activity. Please look into the matter as this has previously also occurred with cad bury selling bad products to consumers.

                            Sir today 14/08/16i purchased a box of cadbury diary milk (rs.5) with code-k51213 dated 12/15 c5 from a shop near changanacherry in kottayam to distribute it to the childrens. i'm residing at thiruvalla. all chocolates are bad smelled and a type of insects and worms inside almost all packets. suddenly i collected almost all packets and the box is kept with me. i need a quick response for this.

                              I bought a dairy milk gift pack containing 2 dairy milk chocolates and 1gems & 4 five stars in it.
                              When we opened the dairy milk pack it was all having powdery surface with a very bad taste.
                              While the manufacturing date on pack was 3/16. Such sub standard quality is not expected from a reputed brand like cadbury.

                                  Batch no t60302 a, packaged march 2016. When we were eating the chocolate, broke a piece and found a live worm inside it. The hole it had made in the chocolate is also clearly visible in the piece. Have preserved the left over chocolate, worm and the packaging.

                                  Have video graphed the worm and the packaging.

                                  Was horrified!

                                    It takes a lot of time to devlope trust and brand image of a company... But as company grows it forget its responsibilites.. I love dairy milk since my childhood.. Now as a father i purchase only dairy milk for my children.. Becoz its a trusted brand for us we can belive on it and we have blind faith on cadbury...
                                    But this company failed to fulfill its comitment of best quality... And failed to maintain quality of product...
                                    Yesterday i bought 5 cadbury silk caramello but when i open it and ate it, my god its taste like poision and it also has foul smell which i have never felt before.
                                    What the hell is this? Looks like disease caused skin... Didn, t expected this from cadburies!!.. Pls do nessecary helps and take needful action
                                    I suggest all the people dont buy silk caramello i[censored] love ur children
                                    If any one eat they would suffer from food poision or any harmful disease

It vl only expire on december only packed on 12/15.. Its clearly mentioned best before 12 months of packing bt look the pittiable condition..                                         I have you cadbury chocolate refrigerator. Which is not working. From last 10 days. So i complained to distributor b. D singla about this. They said they already registered our complaint to company but still no engineer yet visited to our shop regarding issue which is very disappointed. So i request to take immediate action.
