I am mailing them since last 15days, i am not getting a single reply from them.
I am not able to transfer amount from money tap into my bank account as it shows me an error ' incorrect beneficiary details'. And they are least bother to resolve this issue.

Please help me getting resolve this issue also, my total credit credit limit is 215000 but available limit it always shows 51000.

Please refer attachment for error message.

Also, i had changed my mobile number to [protected] but still my old mobile number is reflecting in their profile section.

    I have an ongoing EMI with this company. moneytap is just a lending partner and the EMI/loan account is with DMI finance.

    They both have a faulty system and application. My due was auto debited through ECS for the month of July and this was not updated in their system.
    My savings account holding bank has provided the confirmation of payment sent to them.

    Even after providing so many details and proofs these people keep saying I haven’t paid my dues and are sending me legal notice for this.

    Such a scam and a cheating company in my perspective

      Every Month my account gets auto-debited with the EMI amount on 5th of the month. It gets updated in the App in 2-3 days.

      I have all the payment screenshots and the App update Screenshots of Moneytap.

      But from Jan 2021 they have been giving the wrong updates to the CIBIL and other financial Institutions due to which My CIBIL score has come down by more than 100 points.

      I have raised a mail in April month for their incorrect data submission. But after almost 4 months still there is no change in the Records.

      I have badly suffered with my Credit Score due to Moneytap.

      The biggest fraud company. They dont have a customer care number and when you mail to them they are least bothered. Always says they are looking into it.

          Extra Emi's added to my money tap loan I need clarification on this I tried to give complaint to RBI but RBI told to give complaint to RBL and if my problem is not resolved they said they will take compliant, I tried to reach your customer support but no ivr is connected respond to me immediately [protected]

            Hi Team
            Just note I did not received new upgraded card since log time wit my new updated address. Now my old card showing null information in RBL app and I can not do any transactions and repayment on old card. Kindly send new upgrade card to my new updated address. Multiple times I sent email to RBL team and even I call them to resolve this issue but no luck so far.

            Also note now I am unable to get into money tap application, stated that please activate card for transacation.

            My old card:- (XXXX5826)

            New Card:- (XXXX9172)

            My new communication address:— (Aadhar card proof given to RBL team twice)

                I have written to support several times to close my application and delete my KYC documents, but every day morning I receive a message that my loan is pre approved and pending for appointment schedule. Please don't play with my KYC data, close my application and delete my documents. If I need loan in future, then I will apply freshly

                      I have paid the foreclosure amount to close the loan but the same is not reflecting in the application and amount wil be deducted from next emi

                        The only way tp reach money tap customer care though a email id. They do not respond to emails regarding pre-closure of EMI's.

                            Hi, My name is Prem Kumar. 13 months ago I applied for personal loan through MoneyTap app. I have paid 13 months EMIs but 3 months back that start taking extra charged on the name of GST even in the coming month they are going to charge Rs.8500 approx. My actual EMI is Rs.6739 but from last 3 month they are asking to pay Rs.7005. I am not able to understand how a company can charge more than EMI amount. I am already paying another bank EMIs. which are running from ICICI bank & Axis bank. But still EMI amount is same as mentioned in the approved letter. I have mailed to MoneyTap on [protected]@moneytap.com 2 days back but nobody is reverting on mail. Also there is no alternate option to talk with concerned people. Request you to resolve my issue.

                              Paid by loan closure amount before two months, till now their is no response regarding confirmation of loan closure, .

                              Mailed several time to their support team, , no response

                              Check my transaction dated,

                                  I opened a chill-pay postpaid account in april'21 month. I used it and the bill was 710. Today I transferred 450 amounts though amazon pay UPI by copying the chill pay UPI ID & amount was a successful debit from my DBS bank account account but I check my chill pay limit there is same limit no increase my limit after payment. I request you to please check where credit my amount of Rs.450/-. Please refund it.

                                    Hi I hve done all my payment with extra charges and everything it's been 6 months my payment is done than too I m getting so mnay calls n msg from your side tht this payment is not done after that I emailed on [protected]@moneytape after that I raised the complainant on your complaint num +[protected] they asked me to download app quick support after that they are asking me my credit card photo so I refused so he asked me to share any card pic again I refused than he disconnected my call than I called on another num [protected] this person asked me to give 900rs so that you will not get calls n msg Isiad I already done extra payment why would I do again more payment he give me bad words so badly he behaved and disconnected the call... please update I don't want me to assault by anyone pls update my payment

                                      Every Month my EMI got debited on 5th of month and still not reflecting on application even after 25 days. Everytime Money tap asked for bank statements and this time my credit score decreased 30 points for late payment to moneytap. Where I have email communication from money tap that they got my payment on time every month and it was a fault from there end during reconciliation.

                                      At d end of the day i am suffering due to credit score impact even after making all payments on time. I am not getting any response from them now and for april also it is showing pending while my emi got debited.

                                      Please let me know whom should I reach

                                        An amount of Rs.2146/- got debited from my account today without reason. since my EMI amount is RS.1364/-, and my due date is 05th of Every month. Then how it is got debited???

                                        This MONEY TAP is very very very Worst Financial institution i have seen. not even getting approval from concern person, they Re-structured my loan and amount got debited from my account apart from EMI due date

                                        Friends Please help me how to take to complaint in RBI & Human rights.
