            I have been observed that attached card details are not yet closed with Cibil due to which my previous card ending with '6075' reflecting in CIBIL and thus my credit card utilization showing way high.

            Need your quick support to close this ASAP. To my understanding if the card is upgraded then balance amount should not still show way high in old card.

            With both my cards it showing outstanding of over 7.5Lakhs where I have only 4 lakhs limit where by impacting my credit utilization. Please help to resolve this issue.

              In 1st December I withdrew 25000. But even after 2 months in 13 January no emi has been converted. It's still showing entire amount as outstanding and paying interest amount on the entire credit amount of 25000. This is just like another credit card. No emi scheme or anything. Not only that I was charged 1158 extra without any reason. We are defrauded. Please don't use money tap.
              This is the most opaque scheme possible.
              Its moneytap but moneytrap.

                Dear Sir
                I'm Libu George . In January 2020 I took Rs.42000 rupees loan from moneytap . This load Totally closed at march2021
                after still this time I didn't apply any loans in money tap and any loans amount didn't credited in my account.. But today Razorpay EMI amount deducted from my account. Rs.4136, Rs.3293, Rs.1. total Rs.7430 debited from My account on
                Now in Money tap app showing I took Rs.14762 loan from moneytap on 16 December 2021. But I didn't get any loan through moneytap till now. and I didn't apply for loan.

                Please solve this issues as soon as possible.

                                    Hi all please don't take any loan from MoneyTap (DMI Finance) the company is not good they hired gundey type staff they always torture for EMI after taking loan and hamesha maa behan ki galli detein hain, Pahele pyar se loan ke liye sir sir karte hain or baad main jo emi collection k liye bhaade pe baitha rakhain hain unse maa bahen ki gaali dilwatain hain. is number se [protected] aur dusre number se bhi.
                                    Please bhai logo koi bhi inke chakker main mat padna bahut pachtana padega.

                                      I had applied for a loan on 25th November 2021 and after passing 15 days the process is still in pending state even though they say it will be approved within 24 hours my email them many times for cancellation of NACH mandate and cancellation of my application but they are not taking action against that though asking me to wait every time I clearly e mentioned in my email that I don't want to to move further with the application and cancel my NACH medate but they are not taking any action I request higher authorities to take strict action against these companies who are not complying with the RBI I norms
