I want to foreclose the loan with Money tap and I have written 4 emails till now from the 10 th of April to provide the foreclosure link and complete details but no one has replied .Can I get a quick resolution.

    Got a call from the mentioned No. [protected]… this person was abuse to the core and threatening me …

    I want a strike action and also need a callback from u guys to understand the problem …. I have requested something from las 6-7 months and the day os not addressed and now this kind o[censored]nprofessional calls this is really bad and also show a how downgrade is this company…

    I and forwarding this no for a FIR in police station..

      After requesting multiple times for closing my loan they send me a link to pay full amount and i made the payment accordingly but now they are harassing me to pay upcoming EMI. I still don't understand why i should pay EMI after fully closing my loan account. I requested them to send me NOC they told it takes 1 month never heard any lending company taking this much amount of time and it also effects my CBIL score. After payment made they told me it will take 3-4 days to update account and it's been more than 10 days still no response. I request you to take my complaint seriously and never allow such fraud companies to operate their business. I want to delete this app but before that i want my NOC for my loan closure.
      Same here..have you got NOC?
      No, i am requesting them to give but they are not willing to provide me.

        After raising so many request these company is not taking serious on my account. I requested them to close my account based on the foreclosure of my account but still they are showing upcoming EMI pending. These fraud companies should be banned from operating business

          I've already closed my loan and requested them to give me NOC as a proof, It's been more than 10 days i don't see any response. Each time i have to raise a complaint and they take more than 5 days to respond. Now they are asking me to pay upcoming EMI which is not fair

            I have taken Loan from Money Tap App and after paying 3 EMI's i wanted to close my 3 Loan accounts with Money Tap. So i have requested them by email on 15th Mar 2022 and also from Twitter. As these are only communication channel they have provided to customer.
            Till now they have provided only correct payment link for only 1 loan account and i have made payment for the same on 25th Mar 2022.

            But for remaining 2 Loan account they are still not provided correct payment links. and also no proper commutation coming from there end.
            They are making very much delay from there side which is causing paying more money to me.

            I request to make correction actions on such bad company. So they learn and take corrective and timely action on the customer request.

              Hi all,

              I requested this people to foreclose my loan and after couple of follow up they send me request to pay the full amount. As, I was already eligible to repay. Based on agreement i payed full and closed my loan amount. I requested them to give me NOC but still they haven't send me and now they are sending me to pay my upcoming EMI. I don't understand after foreclosure why should i pay EMI. These people are frauds i want to raise the complaint and take necessary action against them. I don't know how government is allowing these people to run this business.

                I want to foreclose my loan. I am following up for more than 2 weeks but no response from them. There is no helpline no. I have dropped mail but i am receiving only automated messages.

                  Hi all,

                  I requested them to close my loan account as i had necessary funds to close. Based on that they send me the payment link and i made full payment and requested them for NOC doc of proof of my loan closing, Its been more than 2 days they are not able to send me. Worst customer experience.

                    I am yogender singh, registered email with moneytap is [protected]@gmail.com... i have raised 9 tickets but no customer support yet recived of any single query.. due to salary delay i was unable to pay my emi on due date but after 2 days i paid all emi..but now its showing me 20rs due amount.. i have paid more than 1000 for this amount but its not stopping to show again.. why?? Cant u tell me exact amount of due emi ? Why 20 only? How i will pay this if my daily transection limiit is limited .why u cant give me total amount of due in one time so i can pay in one time..this is like harrashing your customer and keep cheating with them . I cant even see my statement of loan..kindly solve my issue thanks

                        Hi.. I have taken a loan from MoneyTap app, for two years. Currently, one year have been passed. Now I need to Foreclose my loan. But. There is no response from them yet. Because of their irresponsible behaviour, it seems I may need to pay interest to them for next one more year. Interest for one year itself coming around 28K extra. It is such a cheap tactic of cheating. Indian govt should never allow this kind of company. I'm wondering how RBI allowed them. Someone please help me to save my money from them..

                          Hello,

                          This lending company has a bad customer support. In the month of Nov I took 80K loan and paying my EMI as per schedule now i want to close my loan and I contact this people regarding the same by creating ticket and sending an email and this people never bothered to response.

                          Fraud People - Can't you guys understand that I'm eligible for foreclosure and want to repay my loan but these people never bothered to reply. Very bad customer service. I request not to take loan from this company

                              I would like to inform you that.Which is linked to my account no.[protected].on I have to pay EMI amount Rs.15580 every month time.Every month available sufficient balance in my account.But bank/Moneytap has been deducted ECS/Extra amount charge in my account Rs.18000.I also talking with Moneytap executive but He/She didn't give the positive response. Moneytap take the extra ECS/Extra charge my respective respective bank.Bank has been deducted total amount to till now is Rs.180000.It is effected my CIBIL score.In case future i have apply any type loan, but any bank don't given the loan due to bad CIBIL score.Moneytap charge the amount in my account in december Rs.1700/January Rs.4600/Feb Rs.4000 and March Rs.2200 also Rs.-6300 amount showing my account till now.Please return my total debit Rs.18000 in my account or adjust next months EMI also remove Rs.6700 nagetive amount in my account.
                              Please return my ECS charge and improve my CIBIL score.Otherwise i will go to consumer court and take the strictly action to theMoneytap.

                                  this is lakshmi narayanan sivakumar, i'm one of your customer using moneytap instant loan services.

                                  my emi date always falls on 5th of every month, where I kept sufficient amount of money (inr 8754/-)

                                  emi 1 - inr 2364/-
                                  emi 2 - inr 4605/-
                                  emi 3 - inr 1785/-

                                  you deducted the amount only for two of the above emis (inr 1785/- + inr 4565/-), i have enclosed nachauto email, razorpay payment & my internet banking statements & receipts for your kind review.
                                  i have statements of the emis you deducted, where my money was sufficient for 3 emis and you have deducted only for 2 emis.

                                  you have debited the amount for the 3rd emi (inr 2364/-) and reimbursed that to me back. and as you have debited the amount of 2 emis (inr 4565/- + inr 1785/-), your application shows that you received only one emi of inr 1785/- ???

                                  please do the needful & update my emi payments what you've received, please.

                                    Hi MoneyTap after replacing MoneyTap CC I am unable to transfer fund from MoneyTap app to my saving account, application shows my credit limit available but when I click get money app pop up says your Credit card is blocked permanently… but I am able to use online and swiping machine request to help on reset my MoneyTap Credit line.

                                      I have raised a complain to foreclose my loan on 14 Feb 2022 but till now I haven't received any reply.

                                      They have a policy that i can foreclose my loan before 25 of the month if I completed my 3 Emi and already it is completed.. Raised request through mail and even they portail but still nt got any resolution.

                                      No customer care no, no online option to pay the fc amount

                                        My name is Surekha, few months back I took loan from moneytap. For foreclosure of loan I’m continuously sending mail to their mailid - [protected]@moneytap.com( this is only id of customer care where we can contact them), but I’m not getting single reply from them.

                                        And as per their terms and condition loan closure is process only between 10th to 25th of every month.

                                        But they will reply the mail only how we have close the loan.

                                        Please try to help me this too close these loan asap, as I’m looking for homeloan.
