Dear Sir

Yogesh Kumar Sharma here, my registered number on the money tap is [protected]. I opened a money tap account around one year back I never did any transaction. Now I want to close my account and Get No objection certificate from MoneyTap, but MoneyTap don't provide any helpline number and they are not responding on mails properly . please help

Issue not resolved . They are (Money tap) only asking why you want to close the credit line . They do not talk on issue

Dear sir
My name is yogesh Kumar Sharma and my money tap account or mobile number is [protected].
i want to close my credit line, regarding this I mailed to money tap so many times but my credit line is not closed. this is the very poor response from the money tap . i am attaching some screenshots of previous mail. if my credit line will not close within three days I will go to consumer court definitely. This delay must have really not happened. We have raised the request to the concerned team on a priority basis to get your Credit Line Cancelled.

Request you to give us 3-4 working days of time to get your account canceled.

    Am writing this Email Regarding loan which i have taken from money tap 120000 For hospitalization purpose i have paid some EMI after that due to health issues i lost job then DMI executive came to my house asking me to pay EMI or final settlement that time after negoitation. They gave 103000 final settlement in which i have paid to requested accounts attached for your reference. But am getting calls every 15 days asking me to pay loan and also am getting continuous EMI emails from Razor Pay. Please advise on this matter on urgent basis

    I have paid 14000 to DMI finance link also after that.

    Please investigate am not ready to pay the amount or EMI again or else will raise issue in police department

      My resgistered mobile no. with moneytap app is [protected] & gmail id is [protected]@gmail.com, name aditya prasad, when I was sign my a/c on money tab app its showing that my bank & pan details being use with another a/c, I complained the customer support of moneytap but no response yet, yestarday I recived a msg from my bank that they process mandate to his finance partner, Kestesu Saison Finance India PVT LTD, and on my device that showing my a/c has been terminated, will recreate after 3 month, please confirm me that why my bank will issued mandate for that which my a/c is terminated, means I did not take any loan or credit from there, & why my details being used by another a/c even I login that in my device only.

              I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services . Despite of sending emails multiple times neither received any resolution or acknowledgment for last email

              It's been a month and the issues aren’t resolved regarding money transfer. I've tried both alternative of diminutive and Big amount transfer however still stuck on the page initiating fund transfer.

              I'm look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 5 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies .

                Dear sir,

                I have applied for pre sanction personal loan of Rs 40000/- and after successfully making all process, uploading documents, giving telephonic verification and giving E mandate for automatic EMI cutting i still haven't received any of my loan amount .

                Also it still showing that it's in processing since last 5 days and no calls or massage from your side.
                I haven't found any customer care number of yours in your app or anywhere which is disappointing.

                Your company claims that you provide instant money transfer but it's fake

                Plz help me to credit my loan amount instantly in my bank account or cancel the loan and cancel the E mandate process.

                  No i am not being charged on the APP, also last assuarance mail received from moneytap of the amount will not autodeduct from next month, however the account is not being seen as closed on the app yet, and no reply since then

                  it's been a month now, and I have not received the loan foreclosed certificate, even I have started getting recovery calls and messages from Moneytap recovery vendor 'CreditMate' that my amount is pending, and threatening to pay or we will keep sending the messages and calling you, also we will send the executive at your home for recovery.

                  I have all the proofs and sent to the agent, however no respond after sharing the confirmation proof, the proof contains the screenshots of payment done through razorpay showing as paid, bank passbook stating of amount paid as requested for foreclosure

                  please help.

                        We have been trying to get the foreclosure details but except saying that you can close after 10th of every month, there is no response on the details required for foreclosure. There is no customer care number too. We need to keep writing to [protected]@moneytap.com

                            MoneyTap is the most disgusting app and service I have ever used. I believe they are in a lot of financial trouble right now and they are not able to transfer the loan money. I applied for loan of Rs. 3000 on Saturday when I urgently needed the money and they falsely sent an email saying that the money is transferred. When I checked my bank account the money was not there. I can share a complete detailed proof for anyone who wants to know but we need to expose this fraud company now. I now have to pay Rs. 3000 out of my pocket to the moneytap linked rbl account. See the unbilled transaction screenshot that i have attached from my linked RBL account and the associated false transaction from moneytap where they did not transfer any money to my account. This is total fraud. Their support is completely unresponsive. They falsely promised me a day by when money will get transferred but it still hasn't. I am a very honest spiritual person who believes that one should not say wrong about others but this is complete fraud and I dont know how many people like me are suffering like this because of these cheats. Please close your accounts with MoneyTap right away because this company is just total fraud. Please tell your friends and family to not open MoneyTap accounts. They will suffer a lot. If i had an option to give minus rating I would give them minus trillion star rating. Just absolute disgusting and pathetic. People like these are the ones who bring shame to our motherland. Truly irresponsible and pathetic so called citizens who can only cause harm to our country. These fraudsters should be nabbed by the government and sentenced to life imprisonment.

                                    My loan was paid up on 25th June 2021.
                                    I wrote a mail and requested for Loan Closure Confirmation Document or NOC from the company on 23 July 2021. Since then I have sent 5 reminders and each time an ETA is provided for the letter but still haven't received one in email or hard copy.
                                    False promises are made each time.
                                    Last notification was received from them on 30th Aug 2021 that I should expect letter within 48 working hours.

                                    My Loan reference ID is - ICMT[protected]

                                      My EMIs were auto deducted from bank account on time each month. But Moneytap has reported late payment to CIBIL each month causing my CIBIL score to drop drastically having an adverse effect on my credit health and rejection of other loans due to False reporting.
