I have visited the store located at hyder nagar kphb hyderabad two months ago i have purchased footwear for my mom, after the billing process is done they didn't took off the magnetic tag from the foot wear, and i don't know what your security is for even after the beep also he allowed me out of the store he checked and left. After going home i have sent footwear to vijayawada to my mom by courier service after going there, there is a magnetic tag which is not removed.
This is very bad experience i have felt as i am very regular to ur store.

    Today i had been to your store which located in sajjanrao circle, bangalore. Here i found gilty in your store systems.. Price was keep on flactuating on products..1st time it was showing some other price n aftr sme time was showing other price.. Id

    If systems not working properly than y u ppls opens the stores n make fools to customer

    Even miss suhasini doesnt know how to behave with customers... She simply making fool to customers by her nonsense meaning less comments and answers..

    Today i check sunfeast gift product which mrp is rs 150.. At 1st time its price was showing rs.135.. N i checked one dark fantasty gift product which mrp is rs. 200 but system was showing rs.500...

    Like this this store ppls making fools to customers...

    I am having idli mix counter adj to more store. (dwarka lords, pimple saudagar, pune).
    Staff of more using my place and because of that, people cant see my counter properly. Plus they are throwing their plastic bags, bills, wrappers etc when i am not at my place.

      September 21, 2017. 11:50am please check out d cc camera footage. Worse service never ever seen such type of staff. No uniform, i was asked them dat offer was 180 rupee and he charged 195 and then 191 was finally taken i have shown him the offer and he just rubbed the price and that picture was uploaded check it and one of staff was without dress code and was talking rude. All this happened at khaman branch karimnagar 505001. Once again worse service by more super markets karimnagar.

          On 11 september 17 i had purched one rice bag of 25kg and it was told that it is free home delivery upto 2km and within 24hrs of billing but it is now 14 september 17. Today when i personally went to store and ask the reason for not getting delivered the item then it was told by mannager mr. Sarvana that it is not a service it is a privilege and told that you take the rice bag self when i ask for complain register he simply ignore and misbehaved with me.

            Every month i purchase groceries from more supermarket located at housing board moula ali, hyderabad.
            To avoid rush hours of the evening, to save time i prefer to go in the day time. But in day time whenever you go only one counter will be available for the billing.in spite of having more customers in the queue staff refused to open another counter. Today when i requested cashier to open another billing counter, she asked me to call the staff for the same. Is it customer duty? When i asked where is your manager then she took some efforts to call another staff. Second girl came to middle counter and as usual previous person was not logged off from the system so i have to move to first counter for billing? This is not the first time that i faced problem with service. Today it was limit so i thought of complaining.

            Please train your staff how to deal with... Behave with customers. Our time also important... If in day time to keep opening of more billing counters not possible, then please shut your services at day time.

              Hello,
              I had purchased few items from more-store, shankara nagar, near maha lakshmi layout last bus stop, bangalore on 6th september 2017. I took 1/2kg of dal and the bill is showing 1 kg and there is a difference of 40 rupees that i realized after i paid money through card and after questioning them immediately they corrected and given a new bill with proper amount and returned money in cash. Same way they did while purchasing some juice, mrp is 25 and they put it as 30 and i asked for bill, this time they corrected as 25rs and gave the bill. This is not about money, some old people comes and purchase and if they do the same to them? This is a serious problem, it's hard earned money. I am customer of more from past 3 years and i lost trust completely. Please correct it immediately, have regular checking or take cctv footage.

                This incident happened on 29.8.2017 at around 3'oclock at a outlet in gola residency valencia mangalore... When i entered more the guy at entrance probably a security (Not in the guard uniform) disrespectfully asked me to leave my small sling bag containing money on the rack when i requested him if i could carry it inside as it contained cash and my precious belonging in it he used slang on me, so when i asked him to behave himself another staff o[censored]rs came to his rescue and abused screaming at me to get out of more... And that they have many customers like me and they dont care for business... Now i want to ask u is this the way u treat ur customers... Ur staff anyway will not have problem as they will get another job... But its you who will loose ur customer... I have even planned of lodging a police complaint against ur staff for harassing a lady. I have been a costomer of more since the very day it started in valencia mangalore... I hope u will ponder on this matter seriously and take strict action against ur disrespectful staff.

                  The cashier was rude he removed my son who was standing with the shopping bag waiting for his turn for billing as he was merely a kid i had a lot of items for billing and i just went to put a tag on the corn that my son missed out. I told her to bill the rest of the items and i took only 5 secs to be back. The cashier instead took the items of the person behind who was not even there in the counter and he also went to tag his items like me. She even told my little boy to carry such a heavy basket and to move aside is it justified?? I refused to purchase anything from more anymore

                    More store bhashyam circle. I got defeat item of baby corn pls don't purchase. This is second time for me. So please don't purchase the items in more store i lossed two times, so no one can suffer

                      Sir/madam,
                      I had purchased few items from morestore. I have been billed more than the amount which had to be billed and inappropriate amount is reflected and even the gst tax collected is more. They have kept me waiting and i have to stand for more than 1 1/2 hours and i had to go through the process of explaining so many people about the problem. Whatsoever the problem is not rectified and even now the billing is showing excess amount. I want morestore to pay even for my time and the suffering i had to go through for no mistake of mine!! The personal loss happened to me because of this time is only because of mistakes done by morestore. The reference bill cm no is: 3123-[protected] & 3123-[protected]. Please do the needful and take appropriate action.

                      After standing and explaining process of 1 1/2 hours, i was able to take a refund of Rs. 80 at the store customer service desk. But my question is that 1) Who will pay for my time and the process i had to go through. 2) What about the people who do not observe the excess billing done to them as even now the bill will reflect excess amount only(dt 19-08-2017).

                        On 12/08/17 i bought sapota. I made this purchase at thiruvankulam (Ernakulam district, kerala

                        Unfortunately your fruit (Sapota) which i buy from this store is not good. I went to this (14/08/17) morning 9. Am& told to one staff about my complaint but she dont know what is sapota and she is acting like first time seeing this fruit. She take it to manager he return new fruit, the fruit which he given also tender one.
                        I can not use it for eat/making juice.

                          I have brought chicken from marathalli (Bangalore) more store on 13/08/2017 that is freezed for more days i guess they charge money and why cant they sell fresh products this is not the first time happened selling worst freezed chicken as discount comparing with market price when you compare sell fresh as market does. Kindly take appropriate action against this.

                            To day i brought some apples to feed my son from more madhurawada store. There is a label on it like imported from usa but looks they are local apples and coated with some chemicals for coloring. Please find the attached screen shots.

                            This is not good, we believe in morestore but you guys cheating people like this.

                              I visited indore morestore on 4-aug-2017 and bought some mens wear jeans and shirts all product are inclusive of tax as written on the product.
                              All clothe i have purchased at 50% discount but somewhere discounted price is correct but somewhere gst is charged on discounted price (In highlighted figures) in my invoice after giving 50 % discount again gst charged as applicable 5% or 12%.
                              If product mrp is inclusive of tax than no gst should be charged in discounted price. If gst is charged on discounted price. Than first tax should be deducted from mrp (That already included in mrp) than give 50% discount thereafter charged gst.
                              Kindly clarify this issue this is copy of bill attached here check the 2 shirt of mrp 599 and two jeans of rs. 1099 and 1199.

                                Before i relate my reasons for logging this complaint, i must confess that all my previous belief about honesty and ethical behaviour of aditya birla group has vanished. With what has happened, i can only say 2 things: 1.) company is cheating customers and 2.) it has drawn a curtain between itself and consumers and left them in the lurch in case of any grievance or complaint. Pathetic i would say!!
                                I had place the subject order at around 10 p. M. On 05/08/17 for delivery on 06/08/17 during the 7-10 p. M. Slot. The ordered value after discounts was rs.1236/-. On 06/08/17 when i logged on to your website, to my horror, the invoice had been raised for rs.1270.85/- (Increase of rs.35/-, i. E. 2.8%). The discount of rs.30/- for an order rs.1000/- appears to be a hoax when prices can be changed at will. I think customers who are not discerning enough are being taken for a solid ride.
                                On trying to complaint, the contact no. Is of your zop now outsourced agent who are responsible for delivery. I managed to locate the no. Of the manager - mr. Devraj who said to call me back after 2 minutes. After half an hour also, his no. Was unreachable and he did not respond to sms also.
                                As i know, retail stores of your kind operate on a margin of 6-7 % in the industry. If you are increasing the prices against a confirmed order to the extent of 2.8%-3%, would i not call it foul play. How can the price be changing for a customer who has ordered online vs the one visiting the store? Home delivery is a facility "more" has extended to customers to increase sales. So why should a home delivery desiring customer's interests be compromised?
                                Any third person will call it a case of pure cheating. I would be putting this episode on the internet for customers to exercise caution when ordering online from your stores. Maybe a small article in the newspaper too will help in bringing awareness on the unscrupulous behaviour of aditya birla group.
                                I think in our race to compete, all values of business for which the aditya birla group stood for, are being overlooked and short term objectives are being sought even by compromising ethics and legality.

                                  Hi team,

                                  This is chitikela. Praveen i have been to more mega store (Total mall) at madivala bangalore for shopping.

                                  I have purchased some products along with feasters chips and some other chips.
                                  I went to the checkout to pay the bill, the staff are really not aware of what is the discount on the product.
                                  And there are every where big hoardings displayed near the products.
                                  But what surprised i was asking the staff to check and bill but he is least bothered to check for the customers.
                                  This is just cheating and fooling the customers, by placing the products in the bin on the floor where there would be promotional offer products.
                                  And when i ask the staff about the price of the products and discounts they are not aware of them.

                                  I went to customer service desk but i see there is only one person who is assisting the customers, how can only one person handle on a busy day i. E: saturday
                                  Evening.
                                  He asked me to get the offer hoarding screen shot or photo copy, how can the staff say to the customers to get the photo copy?

                                  I have asked the customer service desk staff to call up to the manager, it took overall they kept me waiting for more than 1 hr 30 mins.

                                  Is this the way you respond to customers?

                                  This is really bad experience to me, and bad image on more mega store (Total mall).

                                    I like quality of more store especially vegetables. I don't mind spending few bucks extra for quality. But in recent times the quality is being compramized. Yesterday 28.07.17. I bought a pineapple for rs. 65. Which is too high. It is found to be rotten. Other day i bought apples 70% of them were bad.

                                      I went to more supermarket this afternoon to buy a pocket of aavin milk, i took a 500 ml pkt & went for billing. Unfortunately i didn't have ₹19/-, i had two ₹500 & two ₹100 notes. The billing girl refused to take a ₹100 from me & asked to bring the change of ₹19. Having no change i went to aavin booth & got a pkt of milk. नाम तो बड़ा है मोर माल का पर काम में नही

                                      The eggs which you are selling are either spoiled or not original eggs. Out of the 6 eggs of a box there are at least 3 eggs which are spoiled. I shop at the store which is in nijampet.
