Found cockroaches on bakery items sold at more kothapet, hyderabad. It is so ridiculous there is no proper response. After insisting they send me a msg pizza is thrown away.
Will the cockroach move only on pizza item when all others are next to it in the same storage cool area? No reply

Moore cannot brand itself and play with peoples health. Will take this further. I want the appropriate dept to take severe action on such kind o[censored]nhygienic environments which play with the health of people.

Today 4th i had visited ur mega store at kothapet hyderabad and found cockroaches moving on pizza and other food. Recorded the same.
Made the same complaint recorded at your store.
I can say there is lack of hygiene and i can say you lost me as a customer.

I got a reply from the person we threw the pizza, what about other food. No apolozy nor corrective measures told.

I am. Also giving the same to food inspectors.

On 31st march 2018 i made a debit card purchase for an amount of rs. 340.84 from your aecs layout bangalore store. Pin code is 560037 due to the payment failure message paper. So he swapped the amount again, now double swapping had happened and twice the same amount deducted from my account. I have contacted to bank as well but they told me that the trasaction was successful not failed. You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful to return the same to me as early as possible. Thanking you.. Bill copy is attached...

I went to purchase shampoo instead of that bimistake i took conditioner. I asked for exchange. Store manager told me exact amount has to be exchange as money will not be return. But shampoo was for 62 rupees and i exchange it with conditioner of 90 rupees. As i am on tour i told him i don't require anything excess you return me my money. He denied, & told me to purchase something of 28 rupees. But as i am on tour i don't want anything else. This is ridiculous policy... Pathetic services of more. It not about 28 rupees but the attitude of the manger. I think more is having too many customers so the employees are behaving with an attitude of we don't care.
It's absolutely fine i will prefer and recomandate reliance fresh next time. Worst experience...
I don't even have any hopes that you will take action on my complaint. But this was my worst experience i shared and informed you as my responsiblity. It's your duty to take action. Which i think you will never going to take...
If rating youre store is possible, i will rate it in negative. You're store didn't deserved to score even zero... Worst and pathetic service...

I feel so terrible getting this kind of service from more i have been regular customer of more mega store since years if you check my history most of my electronic aaplicane is brought from here be it mahadevpura or old madras road.
I bought refrigerator in the year 2015 december from "more mega store old madras road." all of sudden the cooling compartment isn't working nor colling like it suppose to do they promised us bunch lies stating you would get 10 years inverter compressor warranty and all of that now i don't get proper response we call the lg tech he states that we do replacement hence please pay us 12k are you like serious? We payed 25k for refrigerator now your asking 12k for replacement this ain't fair i never expected this kind service from more or lg.
Now again this lg tech guy call us n states you can sell of the fridge to us for 13k this disgusting i expected them to be professional rather being so cheap dishonest to the company i would kindly request you to looks into this m replace my refrigerator asap thanks.

Dear team,

I am very surprising by purchasing packed cashew 500 gm and the packing was so good but after open at my home what i have saw that cashew is broken and in 100 gm cashew is in good condition but rest 400 gm cashew is very bad condition.

And here i just want to say that megamore cheats their customer by selling packed item there is no guarnty that if you have purchase a packed item of food or any other thing then you opened at your home there is no surety that it would be ok or not.
Now team can you please confirm me who is responsible for all this you charged a lot but quality is very bad and a very simple way this store and all workers easily make every customer mad and cheats with their money and time.

But this is very bad services provided by aditya birla group.

Very bad experience.

And i dont think that any body can take any action about this complaint?

Because a employee of megastore said to me please launch a case if quality is not good but it is our surity that it is not bad product that employee also said to me that it is very good. Only on faith i have purchased and lost my money 500/- due to bad quality of cashew.

I have purchased a kurtha on 22nd march at more megastore near rajajinagar. When i have purchased no one has mentioned there was a clearance sale neither no board nor billing section has not informed us. Next day visited to the section and asked for exchange. Staff argued but still they said ok for exchange. But after half an hour staff said not possible to exchange. This is not the way to respond with the customers. Minimum i do a shopping in a month more than 1k.

I use indulekha oil regularly. Last week i bought indulekha oil from more supermarket infosys mahindra city chennai. The oil was 50% mixed with normal coconut oil. The consistency and color of the indulekha oil looks plain like a coconut oil. Usually the pack comes with 2 rubber seal.in the product i bought one was missing. I realised that they used the original indulekha oil and mixed the oil with coconut oil. How cheap the workers are working over there. I really felt bad for buying a regular brand in such a popular supermarket.
Kindly take action.

My self ambili from mahadevapura more store on july 1st i brought one dainning table. Chairs got damage. I have informed to store 2, 3times still no response. I have 1year warranty. We r believe more store product so we' r always choose more. I have been following up and asking store to get the maintenance since long back and am fed up of the pathetic service offered from such a reputed store.
Kindly do the necessary as early as possible,

Actually some old staff verry good but present staffsome one are verry care less. Actually i purchased daily no of items. But your manager dont take many items. Any rules.. Per head one drink, one chocolate, biscuit pack, 6 no's of childrens in my family. How many drinks take, how many biscuits are tacke in your store. And no door delivery, in your store. Response not good. Please take action. If dont any action...

Yesterday i bought 2glaxys chocolates for the more store near me adressed carshed junction, beside andhra bank, vizag. He took my mobile and came to slap me without no reason. I asked him that show me wat i did in cc camera but he didn't and argued with me he came to slap me i am very hurted because with out doing anything he was scholded me. This has happened more than 3 times now. The offer labels on the shelf and billing price are different.
Today i bought funfood spread as the store offer on shelf label was 72/ and on bill they charged me 79/. When i informed that this product is under offer as per shelf label the staff person said the offer has now changed. They should have updated the label price before we buy products.
We buy product seeing the shelf labelled offers in this store but they are not available many times. Please ask ur staff to change or update the labels timely to avoid our disappointment.

I brought mattresses from more mega store mysore on[protected], they said they will deliver within 5/02/2018 after full payment of money. So we paid all amount of 20381/-. Till now ten days gone but product not delivered, they are not calling us, even though we call them they are telling cock and bull stories about the mattress. Not responding clearly. Im regular customer to more mega store everytime i shop for 2000/- around i never expected this type of service from more.

Actually i purchased feasters products at more store and i got a coupon of worth 50. I tried to fetch use of that code but i didn't get any use. They said that the code in the coupon is not supporting to the scanning machine. I really got upset. They said me to come again tomorrow. It's really disgusting. Pls make your system clear and try to make customers happy. Thank you

This is a worst experience in more hypermarket in mysore, where i purchased a kurlon mattress, with bajaj fin corp card, lot of procedures i am ok with that but still now even after this many days i getting calls from your employee saying today you will get the material like that but still i have not received the material, why misleading and wrong commitments being given by your staffs which is irritating and to be frank this will be my last purchase in your stores thanks.

I'm poonam from bangalore. I purchased a kingsize bed from more megastar sarjapur road on 14 jan 2018. Kosmos new classic along with kurl on mattress classic 6". The bed that, was delivered is not what was, shown to us at the store..
The storage is hard... The design is different and wood is making sound. I've been repeatedly complaining.. And requesting for a refund for bed as, well as the mattress as both were bought together.. So without the bed the mattress is of no use...

I request them to resolve the matter amicably.. And not force me to take a legal recourse.

I purchased a LG refrigerator (paid 16, 000 INR) from More shop available at Sarjapur Road, Bangalore on 28th JAn2018. Details are attached with this email. The store manager Manjunath promised delivery of fresh model from warehouse on 29th 5PM. He delivered in unpacked demo piece with full of scratch on 29th 8 PM in night. I called him immediately about the issue. He promised, to deliver new model on 30th Dec. But, on 30th Dec, he mentioned following:
•He will deliver by afternoon, then he said, he cannot deliver fresh item because price is going to increase
•then in few hours, he mentioned he has completed all paperwork with the company to deliver new item but it will take 10-15 days. Then I did not agree for this, And, I asked for refund.
•I asked him to share the email communication which he had with the company, because he mentioned that he will share the email communication with me. But he did not do that as well.
•Then I asked to talk to His Manager and strictly need my refund. He gave Ashraf's name as his manager. I visited the store and Spoke with Ashraf.
•Ashraf agreed to refund through RTGS and requested details which I have attached with this email (below email with attachments), and he promised to take pickup of the refrigerator before 1PM today (1st Feb).
• I called them today in the morning, they are denying pickup and not ready to give any written communication for refunding my money.
•Ashraf and Manjunath both changing their statements every now and then and have stopped picking my calls and troubling me.
•They are disconnecting my calls and continue torturing me on refund.

Need your help on Refunding my amount which is 16, 000.00 INR and help me on this.

I am a regular customer to your Aditya Birla More Shop @ Siddhartha layout Mysore Karnataka. About 60 days back Rs 522 was deducted twice from my account while using debit card and next time Rs 150 deducted but it shown as transaction failed. Then I had paid through cash. But both amounts Rs 522 and Rs 150 are not refunded yet. I had contacted your customer care centre and shop regularly but no solutions yet. I had attached all photo of bills. Please refund my money at the earliest

It is an awful experience to learn that the professionalism to manage personal belongs with the security at more stores is missing. I had forgot my mpa helmet and the very next morning when i went back to collect my helmet, to my horror i was informed that one of the store employee had taken away my helmet and is on leave for 5 days. Initially the store manager was clueless. On asking why the cctv was not working, he had no answer.

For a company like aditya birla, this kind of mismanagement does not suit well. Request you to resolve and assist in getting back my mpa helmet.
