Hello,

I visited "more supermarket" by 09/09/2018 around 6:30 pm (Cm number - [protected]). I had only 3-4 items so i requested to an executive to open a closed billing store to bill small quantity of item separately so that customers who has very few items can not wait for other customer who has almost whole month grocery list.

In reply of that executive behaved very rudely and abuse me, which was completely unprofessional and humiliating.

Is this a way more does business and attend it's customer?

Do you think it is a right way to do the business in this customer oriented industry?

I tried to call more customer care number - (Customer care no : +91 [protected]) which was not reachable every time i dialed.

Looking forward to hearing from you on above mentioned.

You have been advertising discounts and combo offers via pamphlets. But the store people say they are out of stock. For example advertisement is for sona masoori rice, but store people say that the offer is for only steam rice. What is this confusion. This is the time that this inconvenience was caused to me. Our time is being wasted because of these false advertisements. It would be better to visit a general store instead of supermarkets as we can even trust them atleast. I am regular customer to more supermarkets. Don't give any fake offers anymore. I need your reply and the action you are going to take against this.

These packets are not cleaned and having more dust in those and rice hills/husks, but more slogan says quality 1st which is conflicting with it. I have opened one packet, and really disappointed seeing it. I am regular customer of morestore, but this is bad experience,.

Packet was broken but these guys made patch work using transparent tape. Which caused me more disappointed.

I would like to give bad feedback and complaint in this... Kindly do the needful.

I bought a product palmolive shower gel which is priced at an mrp rs. 150. But i was charged rs. 190 (I believe it's the old price. Post gst prices for this product have been reduced as mentioned on the product). I genuinely believe it's a problem of not updating the latest prices.
I am attaching the product and the bill so that you can have a better look.
Please take these matters more seriously as it could be detrimental not only to your company but even the manufacturer.
From my side, i want you to update your databases and servers with the price labelled on the product.

This day 3/8/18 afternoon i had rung the supermarket situated at arkakadavu, vennala, ernakulam for home delivery. The female who attended the call disconnected while placing order. This has been recurring for the past few months. As well as if we go the store the billing counter would be empty. We will have to wait for someone to turn up. Regarding the products this store does not keep what we want. Any doubts will fall on deaf ears. I request you to look into the activities happening there either directly or through electronic media. If you really look into the progress of business you should be able to understand how the stores business has declined over time.

I had by shopping at kama reddy more yesterday, there was a display showing 5% offer for paytm users, but that staff is telling server down or offer not working since 1month... Please look into the issue for sake of your brand, if you dont take any action we will complaint in consumer court about it.

It was around nine o clock sunday. Shop was at the end of closing stag. My pregnant sister was waiting outside in a thirst of water. She was very thirsty. I went inside the shop to buy a bottle of water. When i crossed to billing counter, the guy in the billing counter said that the billing is closed. I requested him saying that i need just a bottle of water but he refused and the store supervisor also said that billing is closed and asked me to leave the shop. I was really frustrated. I dont know why these people are so in human. Hereafter i have decided not to step into any more supermarket.

I only kept one product with me and i go outside for my wallet at bag counter. They say you go without billing actually i want to do all payment. They called thief..

Sir, I am a daily customer of your retailer shop. but on 10/07/18 I brought some goods from authored code:512132 and problems arised which needs your correction for good customer service as with me these things happend which i find it very annoying as:
* I called one of the customer service provider to give me dal, but I waited there for more than 20 min. still no body came for it.
* every time when Imake payment with my card, they give bill but without any pin attached with it . when I asked for it the lady who was at the billing counter made such comment which is not at all expected from a customer provider.my invoice no is 000408. I can not provide you the detail of the staff because there is no I/D card of any staffs. Please do that for customer benefit.
*another day I brought some goods and when my child was coming out they gave him some plastic bowl as free gift. Sir do you think is it good for man to use plastic items. We all should try to free our India from plastic use please do not encourage it.
*please make sure the staff should behave in a helping manner so that we feel comfortable in going to your store.

On 8 July 2018 around 8:30 am to 9:00am in morning I have buyed some products and came home after seeing the bag I have came to know that mothers recipe ginger garlic paste is missing I think at the time of billing the staff didn't put the packet into the bag and In the bill the amount for that pack is there

Today I had been to more mega store we took gemini refined oil with 6pc but the strore gal put 10pc in bill and charged the same and also we came to know that today surf excel powder has offer buy 2 get 1free so we bought 4and free 2but they charged for two also as the store is too far from my house we cannot go back today kindly check this issue and revert asap

This is the bil no [protected] i purchased the product from the more store at rejender nagar sahibabad ghazaibad up pin code 201005 the product was venkys processed food frozen chicken kabab and chicken nuggest he charge me extra for frooti 1 lt bottel and did not give me the product and even i did not ask for trhis product when i check the bill at home i found he charge me for the frooti bottle i iimdeately fill the complaint at customercare more strore receice the call from them mentioniung that the store incharge will get back to me which never happens i try the store no also but the phone was not responding

I visit more store in rajouri almost every day.
They have introduce the offer in which buy any 5 biscuits get 15%off.
I did same and purchase the biscuits 9 in number but got discount only on 5.
Then after billing got to know the offer is for 5/10/15.
But my question is that how would u expect it customer to be aware of it.
If the person on billing counter is busy in his own. World and payingno attention to customer

I have purchased head and shoulders of cost 285 and offer says it will come at 205. But its shown as 225. When i asked her about same she is reluctant to answer and asking me whether i want to purchase or remove it from billing. She is very unhappy to remove it from billing. I bought another with mrp 275 its coming as 215 after discount. I said either of them should come at 205. She says offers will be changed and they dont have time to change them. I asked her name and she is reluctant to respond. This happened in more hayathnagar depot and her age is above 40. My mobile number is [protected]. Im a regular customer and never faced such a rough handling of customers. This is a really bad experience for me and may loose few customers for such behaviour.

I've purchased a nivea face wash at more nizampet branch. And made payment through card, but due to low battery issue of swiping machine the employee said payment is not successful. So i paid using cash, later i checked with net banking it shown as amount has deducted at your pos store. I went to store there they are not reacting well. The transaction has done on last friday i. E., 22nd june 2018. Since they didn't helped me regarding this transaction. I want my amount back.

This is to inform you that the staff member named, Kajal, of gaur valerio, indirapuram branch of More supermarket has been found misbehaving many times. This time it has been heights when she behaved rudely to me and didnot agree to return me the change for 500/- rupees. Her rude behaviour has been reported many a times.
Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible otherwise i'll have to take strict actions against the matter.

No protection for ladies in more super market!!

Hi, this is Lal Ahmad. My wife went more super market in balapur with her brother & mother. When she was talking to me in mobile one waste fellow pinched her hand and behave so badly. She went to staff and asked him about his bad behavior. Then he strarted bad words which can not be shared. He told that this is my area and nobody can pluck his____. He abused with religion, language, gender and tried to beat her and her mother too. The staff of More was just watching. Nobody came to stop him. And they were telling my wife to excuse him and go. But nobody tried to protect her from him and nobody warned him against his bad words and behavior. Today my wife. Tomorrow it can be your mother, sister, wife or some body else. The muteness of more staff made me so bothered rather than that fellow's bad behavior. My humble request is BAN such super markets and don't visit and don't let ladies visit. If they can not give protection, they can not be called as super markets. We will take police action against to that person as we have already tracked him. With a sleepless night me & my wife... :(

Sir i have bought rice from more supermarket kanchipuram west raja street on 18.06.2018. I swiped dena bank debit card. Twice but the sales girl said that it did not get through. Hence i paid cash rs/1325/=
I note that twice rs.1325/- had been debited to my sb account with dena bank.

I happen to face an insult from more employees including manager few months ago... So i raised complaint via email for almost 5 to 7 times since these 6 months period but nobody even care to reply.
Also i tried calling the customer support phone number which given in the website, but seems the number are also not working.

I do not understand what type of cheap company have some incompetent services...

However now i am planning to send them legal notice regarding the issue but some are details not mentioned which will be given to my lawyer.

This incident/issue took place in one of the more super market (Adiyta birla group) branch in bangalore.
