I have purchased mc chains potato pops 2 packets and keep them in temperature as suggested on packet after that also they get spoil and i wnt to more store written feedback also but they not responding me as i want and passed time of from 7 days even poor service of more indore

    Dear sir, I have purchased grocery from your More store at khanna. Details of my purchase are CM NO [protected] Trans 2045 POS NO. J5072 DATED 9-12-15 Time. 18:25 hours I received a call from ur sales executive that MORE STORE KHANNA is offering a set of knives on purchase of RS 2000 & more. The scheme was valid till 10-12-15. On my purchase of Rs 2762 on 9-12-15 I was told that set of knives is out of stock. I am a frequent buyer at the store & this thing has happened earlier also.       I bought udhayam 1kg urad dhal for 171Rs which had MRP 167Rs. The staff told me the system is not updated and shows the latest price and the packet is old. When i checked the packet is brand new june2015. MORE cheats its customers. I have attached proof with bill The idea of cheating is to force customers buy its own brand products. BUT SELLING MORE THAN MRP IS ILLEGAL

        I purchased Sundrop Lite 1 litre Pet from “MORE” (Aditya Birla Retail Limited) situated at Supertech, Shoprix Mall, Sector-5, Vaishali, Ghaziabad-201010 vide invoice no. [protected] dated 15.05.2015. I was charged Rs. 110/- for the above. I requested from Agro Tech Foods Limited- brand makers of Sundrop Lite through [protected]@atfoods.com the details of abbreviations: AR/AS/MN/NL/NZ/TR for which the rates are Rs. 110/-litre. As for rest of India rates are Rs. 99/-litre. (copy marked to you as well.) I was informed by the Area Sales Manager of the brand that abbreviations stand for states of North Eastern Region as the transportation cost is higher. For rest of India including Ghaziabad rates are Rs. 99/-litre. I sent a mail more on 16.05.15 and also registered complaint on 25.05.15 on their web site. I have not received any comments.             I manoj talreja bought a Lenovo laptop from more mega store in kirti nagar.
            but after few days of purchasing, I found that laptop is already registered on companies employee name (tarun) from 2 years .
            which means I bought a second hand laptop from that store .
            when I told all these thimgs to mr. khan & mr. tarun( employee in more mega store ) they denied that's its second hand & promised me to give 2 years warranty from Lenovo.
            but after making many calls to them, they always promise me that it will get done in few days
            and at last after 4 months they refuse to give me warranty & asked me to settle this & take 3000 rs. from us .
            so please tell me what should I do further.

              Its horrible thing to share with you people, Its MORE Megastore, bull temple road Near shanthi sagar hotel, Gavipuram Extn bangalore, Every month we regularly shop from MORE, Yesterday (22/03/14) we went for shopping, In entrane they put a board saying 50% off on Shirts Its KAUFF branded shirt I asked about one shirt for price because its not having label, That sales Guy and Sales girl they told its under 50% off you have to pay 250/- (Its exact price 499 Rs/-), My self and My wife both we asked 2 times for price they told 50%, I taken 2 shirts of same brand (at the time around 4:35), After shopping in bill counter that cashier having doubt with one of this shirt he asked us its a offer one or not we told its offer one only we taken from OFFER stall, After his coligue asked that sales boy (OFFER STALL) that time his saying this is not under OFFER and at the time another sales girl was not there in the shop, We asked why this type of confusion he told its not having tag, In same stall some more shirt not having tags for those shirts I asked what is the price They told 50% OFF, For this shirt why its not coming Under 50% OFF, there is no answer, They are speaking like rashly (Rudly) They dont know how to speak with customer, My wife asking why you people are doing like this If its not under the OFFER why its under 50% OFF display, There is no answer. I asked with a guy whose announcer in entrance, who is your manager i want speak with him, He called someone at the time 4 or 5 sales boy came they started speaking like anything, they dont have mannerse how to speak with customer and especially with ladies, Its WORST servie from those guys, After they told what "a go what you want do go and do", I asked whats your manager name they told "AJAY", Its a correct Name/Guy I dnt know still i am beleiving, Ajay your guys are worst, They dont have basic knowledge how to communicate with customers, I am realy felt bad, I want clarificationITS WORST SERVICE FROM MORE MEGASTORE SALES GUYSPlease solve this ASAP

                This is about the newly opened MORE MEGASTORE IN KUKATPALLY. I have visited that store first time today even though I stopped visiting More Super Market about 2 years back due repetitive wrong billing, improper response of store manager, high rates of products in Pragathinagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
                I am raising this complaint to communicate the poor people about the cheating being done by More Megastore. This particular store has charged more than the MRP as well as more than the quantity taken by me. Here are the details of bill and Barcode of the 3 products which was billed wrongly:-

                Error : At weight counter the quantity was 2 which also correct. But, at billing counter the quatity billed was 4

                Error : MRP on the wrapper is 130 whereas it is billed with MRP 260

                I AM RESIDENT OF HYDERABAD. I HAVE BECOME VERY MUCH ANNOYED ON RECEIVING BULL SMS ALERTS ON MY CELL PHONE +91 [protected] FROM MORE MEGA STORE, KUKATPALLY. IF I SEE SOME BODY OF MORE MARKET BEFORE ME I WILL SHOUT LIKE ANY THING ON THEIR FACE. ALL BULL CHEAP TECHNIQUES SENDING SMS AND DISTURBING ALL THE TIME MORE THAN 4 TIMES A DAY. I AM SAYING THAT IF GET ANY MORE SMS ALERTS FROM YOU I MAY HAVE TO APPROACH HUMAN RIGHTS AND LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR SMS ALERTS AND DISTURBING FROM EVERY PERSONNEL LIFE AND DIVERTING ATTENTION.

                I ADVISE ADITYA BIRLA GROUP NOT PLAY SUCH CHEAP AND BULL TRICKS AND DISTURB OUR ATTENTION.

                  Hi,

                  I bought a Samsung LCD TV (Model No. LCD32C480) from More(Delhi Rohini,City Centre, Plot no 1B3,twin district center ,sector 10 ) on 1-Nov-2010 for RS 31000,CM No: [protected].
                  At the time of purchase, Vivek & Gaurav (MORE Staff) was dealing and I told them they are selling at higher price from what i can get from other shops. They asked me to come up with quotation lower than More's Price and also said that if i come up with the quotation than i would be offered TV at same price as that of other shop..
                  I got the quotation from Sargam Electronics for Rs 28500 and asked the MORE to give me the TV at same price. Now they are unable to answer and are trying to hide themselves. Vivek is hiding himself and is not meeting diectly.
                  The CRM manager, KK Choudhary is so rude , I told him that i would complaint against them and he said "don't waste your time and make the complaint, we are not afraid of complaints". It means MORE is not afraid of law & order and are making customers fool.

                  I want my Rs 2500 back as i have purchased TV for rs 31000.

                    I went to the MORE MEGASTORE in Mahadevapura Outer ring road, Bangalore 560048 today. I was surprised at the audacity of the staff to tell me that they will not be able to sell me a pack of cheese cubes as it is not listed in their billing software. The staff also did not make any attempt to get the billing done and stated that i should come next week to buy the item. They were not willing to call the Manager to add the product in the list also. After a lot of persistence the staff asked me to go to the customer help desk.

                    When I approached the Customer service desk, I was made to wait for 15 minutes and then I walked off as I was getting delayed for picking up someone. I also was not able to buy the product, just because their software did not have the item listed.

                    Its a new store and barely a month old. Such misfires are common even for existing big stores. They will surely improve over time. Overall had 2 satisfying weekend shopping experiences.
                    Offers were good.
                    But the way billing is done is horrible.Stores like big bazaar have billing on every floor.
                    But here in MORE its only in ground floor, so if you pick up something from furniture also you have pass through those big lines.
                    I am reguler customer of your outlet, i have purchase one equity steam iron with you under item no 8106888, bill no[protected] dated 16feb2010, the press is not working, i made claim under warranty [showing card and bill].the item is steal under warranty and will remain upto 7month, your shop floor electronic head behaves awkward, commenting that we dont have service franchicee of equity press[iron], we can not give you service, then WHY DID YOU GIVE WARRANTY? This is under negligency in ofter sales service, your bill print is a volatile copy, thats why we copied it xerox to avoid disapearancy.kindly consider & repair it, i am worried since i have bought a lot of warranted item with you, what will happened? if your ofter sales attitude will be like this.it is clear we will never buy any thing with you in future and suggest to otherone also.if you will not respons within 12 days, then the issue will be rightunder consumer forum.SHAKEEL AHMED KHAN, MO [protected].[protected]@gmail.com
                    Last week i went to "Mega More" for shopping which is located in Mahadevapura outer ring road bangalore. I observed that there is no sign boards and exit path visibility in the first and second floors to escape if any accidents happens.
                    Toys and other things are dumped infront of the escalator, lift and stairs. If any accidents happens the people can't find a way to escape. Please take the immediate action. The exit path should be clear. Keep sign boards with big letters and visible.

                    More Megastore — no service

                    on 17th of may i bought an a/c from more megastore rohini. i was given assurance that the same will be installed on 18th of may. but after making 100s of call and visiting the store for about 10 more times, the same has not been done. imagine the service delivery for a customer whose purchase value is 36000. i just pity how they are treating ordinary customer
