We are visiting this store shopping purpose on 09/07/17 and buying some items and given to cashier for billing cashier asking my mobile number i provide to him but he was enterd different numbers and wrong billing i asked why enterd other number but he started to shutting loudly as my wish just pay the bill and go but as him wish why they're asking my number he is also wrong billing i m going to complaint to csd head but no one is there asking for customer concern we are very disappointed by above retail company pls take necessary action to him and this company and provide better service to customers in figure if any more clarification pls call my number is [protected]

    To whomsoever it may concern,

    I have made a purchase at a more store located in perungudi, Chennai, 600096, on 17 June where the total bill value was inr 916.42. I have given my Andhra bank card which was swiped twice. Both the times it was declined. Hence I have given my wife's card from icici bank for the purchase. Though the POS machine shown an error, later the receipt came. I thought the transaction that was debited twice will be refunded however till date the same is not received.
    Hence as advised by your store manager writing this email to you. Request you to credit my amount of InR 1832.84 on priority
    Enclosed are the screenshot of SMS received from Andhra bank (2debits), ICICI (1debit) and the invoice copy
    Please note that i will escalate this matter appropriately on non receipt of refund in the next 2days.

      I bought furniture from your bangalore more megastore on 4th june. Complete money was taken in advance and i was promised delivery in next 10 working days. I am still following up with your people in more but todate they have been giving false promises on delivery of the furniture bought. This is the worst service i have seen todate from any of the reputed brands. I feel now that i have made a mistake to buy from more megastore. I need immediate resolution for my problem if i don't get necessary response from you than if required i will go to any step required. You cannot fool the customers this way. I rate you zero in your business ethics. 👎👎👎👎

        On 12/05/2017 i made a shopping of rs 984.21/- @ more store in ranebennur.When i swaped my debit card for payment, the amount was debited twice.On the same day i complained in more store & also in lakshmi vilas bank..After 30 days od verification bankauthorities have given statement that both time the amount was debited to more retail outlet account only.
        But when i reached morestore no one here is ready to listen to my complaint..I need immediate action regarding this matter

            We have visited more store in hal 2nd stage in kemp port mall on 26th june 2017. The service was very bad and very most and important thing is products are being sold with completely wrong price. I have noticed that 100gram almond packet has a price tag of 429rs where i purchased the same quantity almond a week back 129rs. However i have done my shopping in more store that day which is billed 3700rs. I am really not able to figure out how much they cheated. Kindly look in to it and take serious action.

              I went to sector 49 store faridabad. Your store manager very bad. He said and store has gowns starting from 7-8 k... So he passed a ridiculous comment that at such budget u will get our own brand only in road side market.. Never ever this has happened to me before in any store.. Teach ur staff to be courteous or else ur store goodwill is at stake. Very low level staf[censored] hv kept.

                Please be advised the staff you have working for parow branch have absolutely no idea how to deal with customers the person i spoke to was very rude and each time i have had any encounter with staff there it has been terrible i pay a lot of money to have my belongings stored there and the fact that the person i dealt with was rude also disclosed to me of how they worked long hours and it was a favor on how they were assisting me if this is how you run a business then i truly hope u review your employees

                  I am vijaya durga physically challenged women (Hearing handicapped) from udupi staying in mysore along with my husband sh. Vishwanath n. I am giving my husband’s contact number ([protected]) for communication because of my physical disability. On 09.06.2017 my husband got a call from country club vacations that i won a lucky coupon which i dropped in mega more store mysore and we can collect it from their office in ramaswamy circle mysore. My husband have got around 20 calls repeatedly and we decided to go there and on reaching, they informed us that they got my details from mega more store and selected me on lucky coupon issued through mega more, narayan shasthri road, mysore (Few month back i dropped a lucky coupon issued at more store and dropped it in box after filling all my detail and gave contact number for communication of my husband sh. Vishwanatha n because of my physical disability as we are regular customer of mega more store and fully believed them) country vacations personnel informed us that i was selected for “free tour programme” and started explaining about their holiday package for hours and we refused to take and later they took to another room and started giving many offers and they claimed that we are one of the selected families and they are giving some privileged offers to us which we will not get if we are not taking that day itself etc. They were pressurizing us to take the decision that point in time by brain washing left and right and it was almost 9 pm in the evening and unfortunately we believed on what they said and paid rs. 50, 000/- for the holiday package using my husband’s sbi maestro debit card.
                  Later they have provided the agreement form to sign which i couldn’t read completely as we went along with our two small children aged 8 and 5 years and i was carrying and wanted to come out of the room. Later after reaching home i go through the agreement which doesn’t have anything they offered and some contents are completely opposite. They have told us that this membership can be cancelled but it is given exactly opposite in the agreement.
                  I started thinking about this poor marketing strategy that they played me to take this membership and browsed on internet and really got shocked. There are countless victims who offered the same from country club but they never could satisfy its customers. Considering the way the country club cheat its customers, i could realize that it is a big fraud and i am now 100% sure that that the country club was bluffing about the lucky coupon, gifts (Ridiculous), selected families, privileged membership which is for two generation and many more. I am sure they will not exist for long with this strategy to save me for my life-time and my next generation.
                  So we decide to cancel country club membership and request to refund the amount collected from rs. 50, 000/- as we are very disappointed due to this cheat and also to lodge complaint at police station.

                    I have drawn rs 2000 from icici bank atm and shopped for 590 in more megastore nagaram, hyderabad. To my surprise they didn't take that money and asked for another note. Some stamp mark was there on that note. I requested them to take the note and they said that strict instructions were given. I kept all my grosory items there and went back home again paid with other note. This happened at 8pm. Nearly one hour wasted for this.

                    Next i went to bank with the same note and they said that nothing will happen with that note. My sincere advise is don't play with the customers and loose the regular customers.

I m really unsatisfied with ur cashier mr. Virupaksha. I just asked pls remove the items from bag when u weighing. Or just u minus the paper bag weight while u weighing. For that he told not possible to do as u said.. I asked y not? It's easy way to save ur time like that i explained calmly.. For that he raised his voice nd came to like hit me.. And he told u come here​ nd make the bill.. Nd i ll walk out.. There was store supervisor mr. Santosh. After that he handled very nicely. Regarding bill issue i made many times complaint but none of you solved. I ll never go to more in future

                        It is very embarrassing to deal with the staff of more. Not only they hardly listen, but they have been arrogant quite number of time. Let me highlight some of the issue.

                        (A) first and foremost - stores manager thinks that he is the only person who can take decisions and talks in a abrupt manner.

                        (B) customer satisfaction is getting deteriorated every time i come across the cash counter.

                        (C) today, i purchased two boxes of oil, provision items amounting to rs.2020/-, one of the person named prakash, who claims to be a manager, but not rudely said that we will consider sodexho for one box. I flatly refused to accept his statement. So, i called my sriram, who mentioned that he has spoken to the concerned person and it will be taken care of. After discussion, another person... Sorry... I forgot his name, he came and told me that we will consider this time. Next time, we will not consider. I mentioned if that is the case, i will not come. He flatly said it is okay with us. Is this the way your staff behaves. Who has given them the authority to talk in such rude manner. Please understand that your store is running because o[censored]s.

                        (D) when we purchase the combo offer of rice - 25 kg + sugar + atta + oil, i was being informed that we will deliver only the rice. As it is i had purchased more items worth 3000/- plus amount. I firmly told your manager, if that is the case, it is mandatory to write whereever you have combo offer.

                        (E) i dont think your store manager has the capacity of running the show. It should be the peoples manager and not the selfish manager.

                        (F) i do the business with spar & big bazaar, they are much better off that your more stores.

                        Hope you'll are going to reply as soon as possible.

                          Each and every month, we used to purchase from more store (Thippachandra).
                          Evry time we are facing a issue in home delivery...

                          What ever we are telling... None of them are listen our words... Thy are delivering the product as there own...

                          For any queries, if we call manager his not ready listen our problem... Irresponsible he s disconnecting the call... Tis s nt hpning... We are taking the product free... Evn we are paying the amount...

                          Next time we never buy any product from more... Waste service...

                            Hi Team,

                            I am regular customer of more more megastore sohna road gurgaon . I always buy cocacola 2 ltr bottle on every alternate day. I realized twice that there was no gas in it. I spoke to one of the agents they said you can replace it. This was the third time whene it happened again. So I went to this store to replace it and your representative says rudely 'MADAM THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE SEEN SUCH CASE, COMPLAINT COCACOLA NOT US' .Wow so this is how you deal with your regular customers.Completely dissatisfied with the service and way of talking. I still have this bottle in my freezer if you guys do not respond on this I will take it to the next level.

                              I have done purchase from more superket on april 13th for 1, 087 rs. But the transaction was failed and still money got debited from account. So i called to bank customer care and registered the complaint. The kotak bank credited back the money to my account. But again the same amount 1, 087 got debited from my account and credited to more super market without my knowledge on 8th may 2017 (Reference number :[protected] and [protected]/morestorethorapakkam/dsdsd). I have asked more market and they asked me the proof. So i went to kotak bank and asked them. They told clearly that the money was credited to more super market and they gave the proof (Bank transaction statement with bank seal). But when i showed them the proof which was given from the bank, still they are telling they didn't get the money. It has been more than one month and daily i am checking with them continuously. Still no response. Now i understood one thing how much care more super market is giving to it's customers and how they treat us. Really it is worrest i have ever seen before and i won't be seen in future also. Could you please check this as earliest and kindly revert my money (Am not asking your money).

                                I have been purchasing products from more from last 6 years in bangalore. Recently i bought a dinner set from more megastore, but my experience was very bad as multiple times i have compliant for leg shakking and leg came out from the dinning table. Every time they repair it and now show of that glass dinning table is gone. When we have complaint for replacement they are not taking it seriously and only giving false promises abt replacement. It is very difficult for us and more experience is gone bad. Need solution for this. More store manager for furniture is just give false promises and not resolving the issue.

                                    I am a regular shopper at more megastore, shopping has become unbearable due to the heat in side the store. The reason is that the air condition is switched off the whole day. Today at 6 pm it was 38 degrees in side the store, when i asked the manager his reply was saving electricity, please take action or your business is going bust. Store no 2012 bill no [protected] date 05/03/17. Note every time i visit the store the ac is switched off

                                      It is to state that i am a regular customer of one of your store lacated at ferozepur punjab and also a reputed individual working as high govt. Official, today when i visited your store to purchase some grocessary one of your staff misbehaved with us in such a manner that we felt humilated in the presence of other customer, moreover he treated us like we are going to steal something from your store, it was such an unacceptable behaviour from a staff of your, so here by i request you to please depute customer friendly staff only so that such type of incedent do not take place with some one else.

                                        I Pallav Mishra (Regd Mobile No. with More store- [protected]), am a regular customer of More Store at RG complex at Prashant Vihar Delhi. There was a sales promotion at More for purchases of Rs. 30000/- or more within the period of Jan-Mar. I did the same and at the end of the period was assured by the store manager that I have qualified for the gift. But when I visited in april for my daily purchases I asked for the gift and then was told all sorts of excuses, like you had purchased some time within this period at another store, we have exhausted the gift, visit the other outlet for your gift etc. finally one of them told that he shall drop a mail and arrange it in the store and told me that there shall be a call to me. I did receive a call after 4-5 days to collect the gift. I went to the store that evening itself, but to my surprise again i was told that the gift has been handed over to some other customer and again I shall be called. This is sheer insult to any person. you either do not put message of such sort or honour your commitment. In this event i found Mr. Manish who is one of the employee in that store very rude. I do not think such attitude shall earn any value to the organisation.
